That's what I'm gonna do so I have easier access if I need a refresher.

Name - Bert Hughes

Alias - Quicksilver

Powers - Mercury Mimicry (can become like liquid mercury, can hit with force, can expel bullets and things made of iron)

Weakness - Very heavy/dense and sinks in water, prolonged exposure can poison people.

Experience - Doesn't have much experience apart from stopping some environmentally unfriendly corporations.

Appearance -

When not on patrol, Bert has a shaved and shined head and no facial hair. He has an emaciated look, with good musculature under skin that ends up resembling sweaters in a vacuum bag. When he goes out to fight crime or perform espionage, Quicksilver wears a set of resistant black pants and a pair of black steel toed boots. He wears a black glove on his left hand, which helps keep the weighted punching hand intact when hitting something or someone hard. On his torso, he creates the alchemical symbol for mercury on his chest like an emblem with his mimicry powers so that it stands out in dark silver. Similarly he manipulates mercury to cover his lower face with something that resembles a mask of silver mercury and manipulates his eyes in the same way.

Age - 25

Brief Bio - Bert was raised and lived in a landlocked city surrounded by fields upon fields of crops. He worked at a law firm that specialized in environmental issues, and when a food corporation known for its use of GMOs set up shop at a local farm, he went out to snap some photos and see if anything was being done illegally. He was horrified to learn that they were using a good portion of their land as a landfill and a facility. In the pursuit of truth and justice, he slipped into the underground facility to find a complex in which there were a large number of seemingly different experiments being performed. When an alarm went off, he quickly darted into a room to hide, but ended up exposed to a variety of chemicals and energies in an experiment room, which lead to his powers. After draining through a floor grate, he reintegrated and woke up outside and naked -- and confused -- but soon learned the extent of his abilities and used to it pursue a combination of revenge and environmental justice. He came to Millennium City after hearing that the same corporation who was operating in his home city opened an office there.

Commitment - At least once a day, with only a slight hiccup once I get a job again.

Name: Oanez ar Kernev "Agnes de Cornovia"

Age: 23

Appearance: Oanez has shoulder length auburn hair that she binds and sets off to one shoulder. She wears a silver torc around her neck, decorated with a pillowed texture and bulbs at its ends. Her features don't stand out terribly much from the Romans she lives with, apart from her eyes of the color glasz, resembling a gray blue like the seas of Brittany. She stands at 5'4" and is slender, not as buxom as most of the Romans, and walks less daintily. She dresses in the same dresses, togas and stolas of the Romans along with sandals and leather shoes. In battle, she wields a spear with a broad blade at the end and a small shield.

Culture: Celtic (Breton)

Religion: Celtic Christianity

Backstory: Oanez is not a native of the island Brittania, but rather the Celtic settlements on the shores of Gaul in what is now Brittany. She migrated to Cornovia upon receiving orders from the rex of her home province due to her prowess in combat and her ability to work without as much conflict with the native Celts. She is seen as an object of fascination by many of the soldiers who do not know her for both being sexually objectified and for being a soldier as a woman. Despite this, Oanez had several successful negotiations with the Celtic kingdoms to the north, which lead to her gaining the respect and further fascination of those men she served with. However, the rest of Cornovia has trouble accepting her as a citizen both for the aforementioned reasons, for her language barrier (both her Latin and her Welsh having a strange Gaulish accent), and for her religion. Though she practices Celtic Christianity, a religion that takes the best of both her father's Catholicism and her mother's pagan beliefs, there isn't enough homogeny with the dominant Mithraic Christianity to stop the gauking and gossiping. Oanez knows that the Romans have been kind to her home during the ransacking and pirating of foreigners and she hopes that by her coming north, she might be able to aid them and to convince the other people like her that they can provide aid amidst these vicious attacks and invasions.

Can you elaborate on the super speed? I'm not sure I understand but the turning into a mercury like substance sounds cool....~KL~

Certainly. So I'm not picturing the Flash + Inque. What I mean by frictionless super speed is that suppose he were to jump off of a tall building, or to be accelerated by something, the velocity wouldn't be slowed by friction unless he wills it. So it'd be like, jump from a height, liquify and convert the downward velocity into forward velocity and slide pretty damned fast forward.

I guess it could technically fall under the mercury mimicry too cause it'd be faster than average but not anywhere near lightning or anything like that.

EDIT:: I just reread that and that's way too much physics to explain it. It's just part of being a liquid metal. I'm changing the CS to match haha

I was doing the same thing with Burt. I wanted to have something more traditional as far as nutsy powers go
