Bio

I like books and food and books and really love books. I hate that bookstores aren't open all the time because I always finish my books in the middle of the night and then I have to wait until the morning before the stores open and I can go get more books!
I try to be good at the roleplay thing, but I'm real bad at it. I'm trying to learn.

Willow rolled her eyes at the questions about the Tavern and it's strangeness from her corner. She tried to avoid looking like she was eavesdropping, but her eyes flickered to the three by the counter ever now and then. She never had questions about the tavern other than who was in it and if there was food. There was always food and the patronage was always changing. The Tavern was magical just like she was, though she tried her best to ignore and forget the magic boiling in her blood. Her time away had taught her that not everyone was accepting as she was about the strange things in this world and she had since hidden it from everyone including herself.

Willow backed away from her spot, choosing a more dramatic setting in the corner away from where everyone seems to be gathering. After brooding in the corner for a few minutes before electing to get food. She walked into the kitchen and started making some minced meat and onions in a pot with gravy. While that was cooking she made some pastry and set it aside for once the meat was cooked.
Willow looks over her shoulder as she hears the familiar sound of a book hitting the table. She looked at the person first, narrowing her eyes as she studied him closely. She couldn't pick up any accent since she hadn't heard him speak and she couldn't tell where his clothes were from so it wasn't very helpful.
Once she had determined that he wasn't a threat, her eyes trailed down to the book he had set on the table. It was large, that much was clear, but just like the owner of the book, she couldn't tell much about it. She turned her head back to facing the wall, her face set in an unsatisfied grimace.

Willow sat in shock at the newcomer. When he had crashed into the door, she had visibly become pale, now she saw it was someone she didn't know, she calmed down slightly, placing a hand over her heart to try and slow it. He looked in rough shape, but she had seen worse and wasn't particular worried. Though the more she thought about it, the more she wanted to hear the stories behind those scars that dressed his face. She sat thinking about this as he sat down in the booth before she got up and ducked into the kitchen, emerging with a small cake on a cracked plate. Willow set it down in front of the stranger and murmured something about how it would make him feel better and might help him heal a bit faster before going back to the bar counter, turning her back to the rest of the room and staring at the counter top.

Willow grinned and opened her mouth, gesturing to the small space, "See, no room," she said with wink. She crossed her arms and waited for something to happen. She was not in a mood for initiating any more conversation and having her mouth closed felt strangely comfortable. So for once, she decided to indulge her comfort and keep her mouth shut. @POOHEAD189 @Pineappletumble
Willows eyes flicked to Tic, he seemed very concerned and he was apparently not a blueberry. She shook her head and twisted a simple copper band on her right pinky, "No?" she said sadly, "that's too bad," she said once again looking at Tic, mischief back in her eyes. She heard the other man laughing at him and felt somewhat bad for Tic, she was, after all, responsible for his fear. She reached her left hand out to place it on Tics shoulder, "I won't eat you," she said sincerely, trying to make eye contact, "I promise." She thought his outburst was amusing, but it was not the reaction she wanted to draw. @POOHEAD189 @Pineappletumble @arca9
Willow smirked again and nodded towards the door, "There is an entrance and an exit like most places, where you go once you're outside and how you get back inside all depends on what you want," she said while shrugging, she didn't know much about how she turned up here or found her way back only she found the tavern again whenever she got homesick, only daring to come back inside once she was sure she was ready to stay again. Mirroring Ben, she crossed her arms and tilted her head to the side which moved the neckline of her shirt ever so slightly revealing the tip of a black tattoo that disappeared back under the shirt towards her back. She didn't bother replying to his first comment, there didn't seem to be any need to, he was only half saying it to her anyway.@Pineappletumble @POOHEAD189
Willow laughed at the strange man and pet her stomach, "I ate a lot of it, but the cooks will always find more, without fail," she turned to the side and glanced down at her thinness, "though I don't know where it goes from there," she added, throwing an evil grin Tic's way. Turning back to face Ben, "I've been here a while, left for a little 'vacation' and now I'm back" she said, putting air quotes around 'vacation'. She had come back a very different person, but she found herself enjoying this newfound personality she had become.

Willow smirked and bit back laughter as she took in the two strangers. "Nothing to apologize for. The food is quite lovely even when being eaten quickly" she said making a waving gesture with her hand lazily. She looked at them closed and asked the one who looked most stable, "how are you liking thw tavern so far?" @POOHEAD189 @Pineappletumble
Willow finished eating the masses of food she'd brought herself from the kitchen and yawned. She felt like she'd paused time and come back with everything having changed, she was so focused on filling the ever lasting hole in her stomach that she hadn't payed attention to anything else happening in the room. She looked around and noted everyone where they now sat while she took her plates and bowls and everything else back to the kitchen to be washed, swiping an apple on her way out again. She bit into it as she took a near place along the bar counter, making a mental note of the man and the very drunk man nearby.
