Inside one of the most visited blacksmiths in the Capital, a young boy was seated in his chair, his feet placed on the counter. He had his head hanging down from the back. He stopped balancing when he heard the door open and hit the bell. Quickly straightening himself up, he looked at the customer.
"Hi," he greeted the man with a warm tone. "How can I help you today?"
The armoured man, who seemed like a personal guard more than a policeman or knight walked to the side of the door as another man walked in, seemingly unarmed.
"I'd ordered a dozen swords last week," said the man. The boy looked at him, confused for a moment. He didn't recognize him immediately but he recognized the man's family crest.
"I-I remember, sir," the boy said in return. "But forging weapons takes time. I remember you had put in a special order--"
"What?" The man's harsh and rude tone caused the smith to recoil. "How long could such a simple task take!?"
"Well, it's just that--"
"How many have you forged?"
"I'm still working on the third, sir..."
"Tch. Incompetent brat," he muttered. "They'd better be ready by next week."
As the man made his exit, the boy's visage changed, shooting a threatening glare at his back. The guard swiftly followed, leaving the small building. There was nothing he could currently do to speed up the process but he'd have to figure something out. He sat back, waiting for his next customer.

And as Zadkiel asked in his CS we will be skipping forward about a month or two after the initial shcok to show how leveled our characters are and how they have adjusted

We could start off at the 20th floor? It would be a point where everyone has some equipment but not so good that there would still be place for development.
So where do the characters start? Are we already a part of Night Raid?

Both are accepted, but first, I want OutlawedPanda to go take look back at the rules...

Could I suggest that we make a Skype group? It'll be much easier to keep it going even after a few days of inactivity.

Short bio: Aiden lived a small portion of his life in Turkey. After the age of 8, his parents moved to the UK where he continued his education. His parents had given him the habit of reading, starting off his French educations with books like Essais, Les Misérables, Moliére… Though he had little to no experience with gaming. He started playing games rather secretly during the last few years. One of his friends had gotten the Nerve Gear and let him try out the new game. They were going to play it turn by turn but Aiden never seemed to get out. The reason was explained during a TV broadcast...

Personality in the game: In-game, he acts quite similarly to the way he does in real life.

Personality in real life: Aiden's a rather outgoing and kind boy who always tries to make a good first impression. He’s uncannily intelligent and quick witted, which is mainly the reason he spends most of his time in class drawing.

Their thoughts on being stuck in SAO: During his first day, what he thought was that most of the idiots there were probably going to die on the first night. He’s bothered by the happening greatly but he’s level headed(hehe pun) enough to understand stressing out wasn’t going to help anything.
Joseph was laying on the bed when Jay stuck his head out of the edge of the bed. He shot a quick glance at him as if he was looking out for danger. He sighed lightly and sat up, smiling, almost relieved. "Hey," he greeted him. "Dinner was quite a surprise, hm? I didn't actually think anyone would pull something like that." He leaned back, planting his palms into the bed to support his weight. "The stew was nice though." His smile widened as he spoke. He was quite glad to have gained a sincere friend on the first day. It had been a while since he had had a proper social interaction.

Yay!

I love it! Samuel, ACCEPTED!
It appears I won't have time for this... Sorry :(
So, when are we starting? ^.^
