Isaac once again found himself on the outskirts of Magnolia.
Though he was on the opposite end, away from the Ragged Brotherhood's territory.
He wasn't doing much, he didn't even know why he was there.
Isaac had been visting Magnolia more than he should've for the past month.
Worse yet, he never informed any of his superiors.
It was dangerous too, Magnolia was home to Phoenix Wing, which is the Ragged Brotherhoods' main threat.
If anybody in Phoenix Wing knew of him and his Brotherhood's intentions, they would surely kill him, or worse, kidnap him.
Isaac knew though, nobody would figure it out, The Ragged Brotherhood is known by so few.

The place where Isaac rested was smelly, but good smelly.
He seemed to be close to a bar, he didn't really know.
Isaac never drank, he only eats and drinks when he needs to because without a tongue, eating and drinking was not pleasurable.
He decided to sit outside the bar and listen to the ruckus inside, completely bored.
Isaac would take jobs from his guild, but any jobs that require more than one person are difficult because it's hard for Isaac to communicate with his Guildmates.
So he walked around Magnolia town, bored most of the time.
"The Raggered Brotherhood, huh? They're been a pain in my butt for years"
In response to this, I'm pretty sure it was explained in a PM to Caits that the Ragged Brotherhood was not known widespread, especially by Phoenix Wing.
I'll check with Skrub Mage, but I'm nearly positive.
She's planning to join our guild... Right?
~whoops~
Isaac soon found himself in a plaza.
He decided to take a break.
The masked man sat on a bench in the plaza.
"Pheonix wing is around here I think." He thought.
Isaac was told of the Pheonix Wing and how they were, "Hoarding knowledge,"
He didn't know if it was true, but if The First had said it, he believed it.
Recognizing the area he was in, Isaac glanced left and right, looking to see if anybody he once knew was around.
He wanted to avoid any unnecessary confrontations.
Isaac used to live in Magnolia city, remembering how great he thought the city was.
But since he'd been away from the city, it had lost it's former luster to him as did the Pheonix Wing.
"I wonder if any people around here know of the Ragged Brotherhood..."
Isaac Milton, Ragged Brotherhood; Currently in Magnolia city

As Isaac wandered the bustling streets of Magnolia, he realized he was hungry.
Coincidentally he was entering an area with many food stands.
He approached a food stand with assorted fruits and was greeted with a smile by the woman that ran the stand.
Isaac took a piece of paper from his bag along with a pencil.
He began to write on the paper in slightly messy handwriting,
"Two appl-"
His writing was interrupted by the woman pulling the paper from him and looking at it closely, then slamming it on the table, "What is this? Why don't you just talk, eh?"
Isaac paused a second and then leaned over the food stand and pulled his mask up just enough to reveal his mouth.
He opened his mouth as wide as he could, revealing the tongueless cavity that was his mouth.
The middle aged woman cringed, looked away and gave him the two apples, "They're free."
Isaac shrugged, dug in his pocket, pulled out a few J and dropped it on the stand.
He didn't pull his mask over his face only to take a bite of his apple.
The lack of a tongue made eating a hassle.
Isaac would have to chew his food longer than usual, and to swallow he would have to throw his head back, because without a tongue, he had no way to push the mashed food to the back of his throat.
Along with this, Isaac could not taste his food.
Once he finished his two apples, he thew the cores on the side of the street and pulled his mask back over his face.
He continued to wander, but considered going back home soon.
The only thing that could be heard while Isaac Milton was walking though the forest was the crunch of dead leaves and other decaying organic debris under his feet.
He was on his way from the Ragged Brotherhood's territory to Magnolia city.
Unmasked, he felt like he was doing something wrong. What if the one he hunted recognized him?
"No that's absurd... I MYSELF don't even remember what he looks like." He stopped walking a second and glanced left and right, "But what if I miraculously recognize him? I have to be prepared."
As he walked, he recognized a familiar figure in a grove.
"Selk"
Isaac ignored it.
Many more minutes of walking ensued
As soon as he sighted the outskirts of the city, he pulled his wooden mask from a small satchel that he wore on his back.
He lifted the mask/helmet over his head and brought it down over his face.
Isaac felt safe.
City sounds filled his ears as he wandered deeper into the city.
He didn't know why he was there, he preferred to be alone or around the Ragged Brotherhood's territory.
Isaac received strange glances from some people, noticing his mask and his swords, Avarice and Malice.
They were unsheathed, for no sheathes could encompass the curved tips of his masterfully crafted swords.
This seemed to make a fair few of people uneasy.
He continued to wander.

Magic:

Fear Magic
Isaac has the power to harden his body to that of strong metals almost instantaneously. It fuels off of the fear and pressure Isaac was subjected to in his past. His skill with this magic has extended to the point where he is able to harden specific parts of his body - which takes much less concentration and magical energy.

Magic Level:
Being in the Ragged Brotherhood, Isaac is not ranked by letters. He is a Ragged Brotherhood Ensign, meaning he is much more skilled than the average cultist.
History:
Isaac Milton was born in a small town with a whopping population of one hundred inhabitants. He grew up being an only child and had few friends considering many of the town's citizens were elderly or older, their children gone away to bigger cities. Isaac was simple. He was content to roam the vast forests that surrounded the town. He climbed trees and caught bugs. He would occupy himself further by building shabby forts made of large tree branches and even larger leaves. He soon got older, but not much changed. He worked as a courier. He would deliver letters to relatives or friends of the people of his town. He would have to travel through the forest for a few miles to get to a somewhat nearby tram stop. As his mother and father died early deaths due to a sickness that hit the town when new arrivals settled down, he inherited his parent's house and was soon alone. He continued his job and for a few years, everything was fine. Isaac, en route to the Tram station, stumbled upon a clearing he'd not seen before. Within the center of this clearing was a shadily dressed man. Isaac approached the man and put a hand on his shoulder, expecting maybe the man was sick or exhausted and collapsed. This was the biggest mistake of his life. As soon as he touched the man, images flooded his panicked mind.
"The dead will rise, the nature will restore it's formal glory."
This mere sentence and images of said dead rising and ent-like creatures devouring the living completely consumed his mind and for 6 hours. Isaac endured these thoughts, unconscious for the whole time. And when he woke, he was not the same. Isaac tried to cry out for help, or maybe it was in anger. He wouldn't know. He opened his mouth and blood spilled out. Isaac shoved a few fingers in his mouth only to find that his tongue was gone. Isaac then stumbled back home. The images flashed through his head. As soon as he got home he knew he had to leave. But for hours he tried to recover, thinking it was like every other time he'd been frightened. But this was different. He could not will the thoughts from his mind. He swallowed the blood that flooded his mouth cavity and packed his valuables into a bag. Isaac left the next day, he told nobody (Not that he could) He made his way to Magnolia. He lived in a cheap apartment near the east end of Magnolia.

Isaac's sleeping schedule after the encounter with the mysterious specter was out of order. He would sleep mostly in the day in very short periods. He was tired almost all the time. One night he finally drifted asleep only to wake up an hour later, flailing and thrashing in his cheap bed as the terrible images filled his mind once again, like they did almost every day. As he flailed, his arm swung and hit his bedside table. The table was smashed and Isaac fell from his bed. He calmed himself and realized what he'd done. This was when he'd discovered his magic.

Isaac needed to figure out how to control his power. Until he did, he would wear a mask he made of scrap wood. There was also something else he needed to figure out; who had put this curse upon him?

Personality:
Timid, paranoid, likes his personal space. Doesn't look people in the eye even as he communicates via sign language. He hates being around people he doesn't know but if he does happen to know them, he stays near them - this tends to be members of the Ragged Brotherhood. These characteristics are partly from the eternal trauma "The Spook" had embedded deep within Isaac and partly from living in a small town with a small family. Isaac will also not hesitate to murder anybody who makes him feel threatened.

Team Members:
Isaac does not have any team members, but may sometimes be requested to travel with other cultists.

Three Strengths:
1. There is no way to tell if he's casting a spell or talking to you due to his inability to talk.

2. Works well under pressure.

3. Versatile magic if used creatively.

Three Weaknesses:

1. Mute - self explanatory.

2. Frequent panic attacks at the sight of trees.

3. Lacks courage in any sense due to his past traumatic experience.

Greatest Love:
Chainsaws

Motivation:
To find and kill "The Spook" or at least to give him the same hell Isaac had endured. The only problem being he doesn't remember "The Spook's" features.

Magic:

Arc of Arachnid's clutch

A lost magic that is only known as fear inducing and a cause of distress for those who witness it, it is also an advanced form of take over magic.

Only years of self-teaching allowed Cordelia to master this type of magic, with the assistance of old tomes and such. It allows the caster to transform into a giant spider; he or she is able to create large webs in a matter of seconds, move with rapid succession and be able to conjure and control masses of different insects and arachnids. The user may only need to conjure the creatures if there is none or not enough to meet their standards nearby.

Of course the caster will also unfortunately lack the ability to do much after returning to their previous form as this lost magic spell drains most of their energy. Cordelia finds joy in watching people squirm as she becomes such a demonic creature, however, most of the time she only uses it in dire situations because of the amount of energy it draws from her.

The magic primarily draws its power from the fact that insects are natural creatures that are weak when on their own, so they do not take much strength to create.

Magic Level:
Cordelia does not have a magic level due to being part of the Ragged Brotherhood, yet it is known she is very strong and adept with magic.
History:
Cordelia was born into a life of richness and perfection, butlers tending to her every need and maids constantly cleaning up where she had made a mess (Usually on purpose). Her lavish life was not the one she wanted, however, as she would always disobey her parents orders when she had been naughty. The young girl would be sent to her room where she would immediately pull of her frilly pink dress and climb out of the window, where adventure awaited. She would go the same route always; through the hole in the garden hedge, cross the river by jumping on the stepping stones and counting them as she went and finally swinging on a rope swing which had been left by someone who had previously seen the forest as their home, too. That's what she liked to imagine, anyway. Who wouldn't like this place?

Oblivious to the power of magic that people could use, all Cordelia would do was see how many different creepy crawlies she could spot on each of her trips, and the variety she would always encounter. This would lead her to beg her parents for a book on them. Originally, they were disgusted with the idea that she would be interested with things that live in dirt, yet the astute girl managed to convince them that she would study insects for her job and that she would get lots of money. This calmed the demons that were her parents. Cordelia didn't do this on her own, she had the asisstance of her older brother who she very strongly looked up to as he had always helped her for as long as she can remember.

One day, when she was eight, she went on her usual trip to the woods, yet it wouldn't be a normal one for her.

Cordelia noticed the bagworm moths on the trees, the woodlice scuttling along the floor and even a black widow creating a web. She came to the stream and noticed some dragonflies darting around the edge, they were one of her favourite bugs. The young girl could feel magic surging around her when suddenly a set of wings similair to that of dragonflies sprouted from her back. This greatly surprised her to the point where she lost her footing and almost fell in to the river, if not for her wings saving her. The sudden influx of magic overwhelmed so that when she changed back, she was out of breath completely. After a while of training this type of spell, she managed to successfully achieve three forms; Bug Soul: Wings, Bug Soul: Stinger and Bug Soul: Pincers.

After her brother left her family's home, she decided it was time for her to move on too, yet she was only thirteen. Cordelia, however, did not care about her age and convinced her parents to send her to a boarding school in Magnolia - hopefully she would find joy there, compared to her boring rich girl life. In one of her lessons, she was told of 'Lost magic', which was apparently very strong magic suitable for those who wished for power. The girl lusted for such a thing and began taking library books out to study what may be in store for her if she continued reasearching it.

At the age of sixteen, Cordelia finally decided that she was ready to perform it. It took a lot of energy out of her, yet the fruits of her endeavour were apparent: she was a giant spider! A craving for destruction surged through her and when she reawoke as a human, her boarding school was destroyed. A man clad in shadowy clothes had witnessed this, and approached her with an offering that she may join their brotherhood. Realising that the destruction made he slightly smirk, Cordelia graciously accepted and thus became part of the Ragged Brotherhood.

Personality:
Cordelia takes pleasure in delivering pain to others, a sadist, she finds it amusing to watch people squirm as she tortures them with her magic, but she also laughs at something simple as someone being embarassed. She takes a joyful approach towards life, grinning and smirking most of the time, yet defeat is not something she enjoys. The girl has a short temper when being overwhelmed and can easily lose her control if such an event happened. Cordelia also prefers to be with someone as she is attention seeking and can become extremely bored without the company of anybody, to be honest.

Team Members:
Cordelia usually travels around with other members of the Ragged Brotherhood, she seldom goes about on her own.

Three Strengths:
1. The ability to irritate others by constantly laughing at them.

2. Poisonous nail varnish if she cannot use her magic for whatever reason.

3. Cannot be poisoned by insects.

Three Weaknesses:
1. Able to lose energy quickly through the use of Arc of Arachnid's clutch.

2. Sometimes lets her guard down.

3. Has a short temper when losing fights.

Greatest Love:
Cordelia loves anything associated with bugs, willing to protect them at whatever cost in some occasions.

Motivation:
Cordelia's motivation is to bring happiness to herself by giving pain to others and following The First's orders.
