Oh, btw remove the plus on his NP. Only an atribute bonus would add a plus to a stat that isn't an A.

I see. So a crossbow that exploits the weaknesses of his enemies, or at least of the ones he faced during his life. Very versatile, I like it.

Come to think of it, why does he have so many pluses? That's something you would expect of a bonus from Mad Enhancement.

Siblings, eh? You got me interested there. I don't see any problems with them other than James learning how to be an assassin in so little time. I'm honestly afraid of him. Just don't make him too good, remember that Kiritsugu had experience from almost 20 years on his career. On a side note, if I was a magus and got shot with his special ammo I'd be more worried with the bullet hole than my circuits XD.

As for Van Helsing, why is he an Archer and not an Assassin? James' personality would have some influence on his class so it would be more fitting for him to be an Assassin. This doesn't have to be changed though and I'm just commenting on it. We also have no Archers yet somehow so it would be good to have one.

And regarding his NP, what does he have on rank A? Btw, does he have bone marrow ash in his stash?
