As long as you're not playing as a character from the eu it's fine. Though for everybody's sake explain the source material and what it is. Even I haven't read every book or listened to every audio drama.

Now I have ideas for this rp but before I go about spending hours trying to make this thing I just want to see if people are interested in a DW rp to begin with. Ideally it'll take place between Day and Time of the Doctor. We'll being using original characters but we are basing stuff of canon so if you want to tie them into someone else in the show feel free. When I have at least three people interested then I'll start work on it.
