𝙰𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗:Zero𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Underneath his gear, Takeshi is a short, pallid figure, who clearly doesn't have the funds to support both his hobbies, and his diet. He is not exceptional in any ways. His eyes are brown, and he is shaved completely bald, meeting job requirements. His face is mostly unblemished, not being one to engage in fights. His features are vaguely roman, but much more clearly draw heritage from JPN22. What little facial hair he is capable of growing is routinely shaved, so toxic particles do not have an extra place to cling. He stands at roughly 5'6". He does not get much sleep, as can be discerned from the always-tired expression he wears. It is clear that he does not care much for his own body aside from work requirements. Standing in stark contrast to all of this, he has very deep laugh lines, and it is clear that he smiles frequently.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:Takeshi is a storm of a man. He works primarily in a way that suits his eye, throwing whatever plans he had to the wind. This doesn't mean that he's careless, but rather, that he's overly adaptable. He is the working sort, and hates leisure time. When there is cause to celebrate, Takeshi is constantly looking for the next problem to solve. He has little regard for his own state of being, but cares immensely for those close to him. He is irritable, and sometimes a hassle to be around. He is envious of those who are content with life, as he can never find contentment in himself. He must always be better than he is, and this leads to somewhat stunted growth. Aside from this, Takeshi loves the past more than the present, and is uncertain about the future. He collects old things, but is too bashful to admit it.PERSISTENT • TEMPERAMENTAL • AMBITIOUS • IMPULSIVE
𝙱𝚒𝚘:Born in District 9 of EuroCorp, Takeshi was saved from the worst of the squalor. He understood that there were others who had less than him, and for a time, it pained him. Of course, those were the idle thoughts of a child who hadn’t yet had to struggle with economic structures established long before he was. It was here, in the days of his childhood, that he met his dearest friend: His sister. He was two, in fact, when he met her. He does not remember those days, but he looks back at them fondly. Her name was Chika, and he loved her with all his heart, as a good brother would. He became fascinated with Chemistry as soon as he learned what it was, and he helped to nurture that same interest within her.
However, despite this love for Chemistry, Takeshi joined an engineering trade school, where he became involved with Ventilation Installation. For three years, until he was twenty-one, he brought clean air to the people. It was, in a sense, a way for him to live out his childhood fantasies of helping others in need, but the fact that these people were charged money for this service lurked in the back of his head. He was no hero, and this burdened his thoughts for a time. If only he could topple generations worth of systemic economic oppression.
Of course, such a desire can only be fulfilled through excessive fantasy, and Takeshi was never one for such a thing. Instead, he looked for smaller ways to improve the lives of those around him. This calling found him when he was lucky enough to pass by a food stall sponsored by Zero. The smells were something that brought him joy in the neon lit streets, and he found himself at the food stalls at the end of every working day. He barely had enough money to pay for rent, so he would simply take in the smells before stopping to get a Zero Burger.
Of course, his “smelling spot” went out of business, Takeshi had a bit of a relapse into hopelessness. Instead of giving in, however, he devoted his spiraling energy toward perfecting smells. He started small, purchasing synthesized perfumes, and spritzing it into the heart of some of the ventilation systems he had to work on. It was an innocent attempt at improving lives, and – to a degree – it worked. His familiarity with how the systems worked allowed him to make sure that lovely smells got to where they were most needed.
Zero noticed his talent for smells, offered him a fully-paid education in Odor Engineering, and hired him shortly after he completed the program. Now, he works as one of the few Odor Engineers, and is glad to spread cheer to those who a̕ŕe̴ ͢i̸ń ͞ne̡e̢d̶ ̶o̴f ͞a̧ l͟ov͡ely ́sme͝ll̵.̵ Pa҉rt̡n̛ere̶d̴ w̸ith̷ ͘Z͡er̀o, tḩe͘re͜'̵s̡ ņoth͞i҉n͘g he ca̧n̸'͜t̨ do!̀ ̷H̀e͢ i̶s̴ ͢r̴e͡s̢pon̶s̛i͞ble͞ f͘ǫr t͞h̛͟e ̛̀ļo̶̢v҉e̛͏̀l͠y ҉̵s͡͡ḿ̡é͞l̷͞l̡s̶͘ t͞h͢a̸̢t̨͟͏ ҉a͘d̸̡̕or̢n̢͢ ̛a͟l̷͡l̕̕ ̢͟o̸̶f̡͡ ̶̨Z̷er͜͟͠ơ'͠s͠ ̛͢Eu̢̕͝r͏o͏̧Co̡͢rp ͏͠l͘͢o͠ca҉ti҉̀oń̶ş̀, ̡ą̕l̵͞͝o͘͡͠ń̛g҉śid̷e͏̴͡ ̵o͟t̷̨͢h͞e͞͞ŕ̨͘ ̷̡O҉d҉̕or͞͠ ̡̨҉En̵̛g̸i̸͟n͠e͞e͠r̛͟s̛͘͞.̢ A̸̷͝ļ̶o̧͟͏́n̢̨͢͞g͠͠s̷̨͜͠i҉҉̨́͟d̀e̴̡͘͠ ͠͡҉̕͟h̶̶̛i̡s̛͡͡ ̶͏͢͜͡ś͞͏͜i̸̶͠͡ś̷͜t̷̡҉e̕͡ŗ͘͝ ̶̕͞͠C͏̵̧͢h̸̕i҉k͏̶͘͘͢a̡͟ ͏́̕͘͞(̡ą̛͝͏ ̕͏̀͝҉Ţ̵́͠ą̸͜͡s̸͝t̢̛͠͝e͘͏̡̡̕ ̴̷͜͠E̷͞n̵͜g̵͡i͢͞n̨͢e̸̴̢͢è̕͟ŕ̡ ̢̡͟͡t̶́͢͠h̛̕͏͟á̢t̨̧̢́͟ ̷̴͠͠͝w̸̢̧a̡̡͟s͘͏ ҉̶̨͘͟a̸̡̕͞l̕͢͏̢s̸̵͢ó҉̀ ̨̢p̴̢̀͢i͏̛͠ć̵̸̕͜k̸͠e͜͜͠d̸͘͏̸́ ̵́ú̸͟͡͏p͏̨̀͠ ͘͟͢͞f̴o̵̡ŕ̛͟ ̷͞͡h̀͘e̷̕r̷̢ ̵̢̀͘t́̀͟a̡͟l̶͘͝ę́ņ̶̶̛t̴̛̕͜ ҉̴b҉̵͢͢҉y̶ ́͟͝Z̵̕͟e͏̷͘͞r҉́o͞͝͝͝)̵̡̛̀͢,̷̨̛͡͠ ̡҉Z̴̡͢͢҉e̢̛͜͢͝r̶̕ò̴̧̀'̨͝͡҉s͘͞ ̵̨̧̧a͢҉̀p̷̢͘͞p̀́r̶̷͘̕͜ǫ̴̀͜͝v̨͘͠a̶͜͟͝l͟͠ ̢҉͏r̡͢a̧̨̡̛t̨į̛̀͠ń̸̡͟g̴̡̀͢͠s͜͠͠ ̸̢̛͘͞ḩ̀͝a̵̵̶͞v͘͡͡͠҉e͠ ̡͘͏̢i҉̷̨̀͜ǹ̵͟͝c̷̵͢҉r̡̀͢͢e̸̕a̧͟s̨̨̕͟è͢ḑ̀̕͡ ̧́͘͠͝b͠͠y̵̵̛ ҉̬̲̟̤̞̤͕̥̼̤̻̖͠ͅͅ.̸̴̢̨̟̪̖͕͍̦͈͔̭̱̰̣̥͟1̧̛̻̦͍͘2̡̛̜͓͚̹̼͈̖̬̱͕̝̭͇̭͉̮̀͡͞%҉̶͔͙͉͎̰͙̯̰̝̘̀,̷͝҉̭͔̦̝͙͔͍̘̣̩̥͔͍̫̪̪̣͇ ̷̨̟̺̤̮̘̱̻̰̦̪̱̺̦̯͈̀͜͢í̵̦̳̭̻͞ǹ̷̶̢̼̝͓̩̦̕d͏̡̭̻͓̣i͟͏̶̩̭͇͔̱̭̺͈̟̠̤̠̥͚ç͔̟̠̰̲͘͠a̲̖̦̙̜͉̝͇̗̹͡͞ͅṱ̶̛̦̰̀ͅi͢҉̲̬̥͕ń̛̜͖̝̺͚̮̩̝̠͇̗̫͍̺͍͉͢͜g̴͟͜͜͏̗̯̭̥̣̳͍̺̘̙̤̻̜̟̝̳̭ ̷̸̧̺̦̦͕̰͎̼͖̫͡ͅt̜̪̰̱̪̖̩̥͚̲͎͓͟͠h̴̳̱͔̻̝̘̰̘͓̘̟̲̯͓̗̠͜͠e̛̞̤͕͔̲͖͇̼͉̟̪͟i҉̸͙͍̙̘̯̖̠͙͇̣̥̫͇͔̟̠͍́͞ͅr̛͙̝̮̼̟̥̠̲̺͘ ̢͡͞҉̸̻͓͓̭͇͍̬̺̹̗į͈̟̤̫͔̤̱͙̦̝m̀҉͙̥̬̤̮p̛͝҉̢̗̼̞̤̠͔̥̥͉̬͚͈͙̩̠̀ͅo̸̸̷̪̲̺̳̖͓̩̙̱͘ͅr̷̵̰͎̮̼͡ţ̴̨̫̩͓̗͓̝͎̥͚̜͙̝̱͜͢ͅà͇̰̯̪̞͚̰̠̟̲̙̦̩̝̼͔͢ͅn̻͔̦̼̦̣̖̖̜̺͓̞͍̤̮̪͖̳̕͜͝c̢̝͉͇̱̦̼͙̘̝̭̰̳̘͕͚̮̟̘e̸͈͚̰̤͚͎̭̠͚̝̤̤͕̰̟̦͎̕ͅ ̴̧͍͓̠̣̟t̶̯̜̦̮̼̘͙̤͙͜ơ̢̨̦͓̰̝͠ͅ ̸͇̣̙̯͈̰̮̙͚̣̫̹̀͝t̨̠̲͍̱̲̰̩̜̮͍̼͈̪͓̀́ͅh̶͍̥͉̟̻͖̜͙͖̲̝̫̘́͞e̡̘̥̤̻̺̫̦͖͖̩̮̘̘̮̮̭̲͙͡͡ ̷̨̫̙͖͇̪̱̣̤̗͈̪̞̦͉̤̪͎́͞ͅͅç̸̩̮̘̠̪̟̞̀o̻̪̘̪̭͕͔͉̙̲̪̮͈͈̹͝ͅm̴̕͏̛͙͕͈̥̼̰̫̯̤̩̩͈͔̣͎̣̱̦͜p̶̟̥̺̦̪̳͉̲̺̗̀̀͘à̶̘͇̯̬̭͖͍̮̻͈̼̗̀͟ǹ̵͇̮̜͇͍̯͍̹͓͉̙͎͓̀͜y̧̖̯̲͕̭͈̻̺͔͚̲̮͙͜.͢҉̸̻̳̠͚͔̞̹͕̙̝̬͕͕̟͙͙̥́ͅ ̧͎̲̭̱͎͙̳̠͢͠L̴͕͚̲̺͓̱̝̼͈̥̮̦͎ͅu̷̢̢̘͙͇̗̖̮̫͈͔͈̩̠͔̖c̵̮̼̮̥̥͎͢ͅk̵̴̛̛̤̦̘͙̟̲̟̦̠͓̜̱̭̠͜ͅi̴̧̛͇̝̼̗̜̥͓̟͟ĺ̯̙̙̹̱̮͈͕͍́y̵̪̻͇͙̞̞͙,̧̛̳̝̘̟̟̪̟̫͖̥̕͝ ̷̸̰̱̹̖̦̻͔͟t͏͔̞̺̭͉͎͝͝h͠͏̴̥̫̤̥e̵̪̼̪͙̙͇͓͇̙̣̲̣̳͔̟̱̤̩̞ý̲̼͉̬̜̩̟̝͎̘̼̙͎̼̥̦̖̟͘͠ ̵̵̜͍̹͕͉̩̘͓͎̻̻͢͞ͅa̧̖̟̠̩̙̖̖̫̬r̶̨҉̷̭̞̞͚̣̖͇̫͈͎̦̤͓̠͈͢ȩ̵̵̡̲͔̣̜͈̗̯̤̠̞̼͉̪̠̥̖̩̯̀ ̴̨̣̼̩̲̦͔c̪̬̲̘̫̟̰̫̪̬̪͙̝̣͈̬̗͘͟o͟҉̵͏͈̘͉̳̲̠̫̣n̼͕̲̩̞̩͈̰͜͝ͅṭ̸̴̯̳͓̼͘͟͞r̷̸̥̥͙͉̭̪̝͈̘͜à̶̩̻̙͔͓̹͡c̡̱̥̦̰͉̖̩̭̟̩̜͖̞̟̜͓̀͜͟t̨̡̳͓͖̖͍͖͔̱̰̰̞̠̖͚̣͕́u̷͝҉̺̮̼͈͉͇̩͈̯̦̺͈á͏̛̦͓̻͕̬͟͡ḽ̸̦͍͍͙̥̩̰̜̀͘͟ͅl̸͖̪̝̦̯͇̝͈y̺͚̖͈̯̱̪̲̩̤̭̯̦̼̲̳̟͖̤͘͡ ͉̯͓̥͇̤̙̼̹̗̲̼̯̙̝̀͟͝ͅḇ̧̖̯̮̝͓̦̭̝͍̦̪̣̣̫ǫ͚̠̩̘͙̭̟̞̖̯̦͞ͅų̸̢̭̤̳̱̩̯̝̹̗͖̀͞ṇ̡̧̛̲̻̟̩̟̭̠͙͈͇̤̮̳̗̀́d͕͇̯̘̻̘̫̜̟̬̰̝͚̙͚̝̱́͢ͅ ͓̹͉͡͞͝ͅt͚̼̫͍̥̻̣̠̼̪̖̫̭͈̪́͡ͅǫ̝̩̝͖͍͢ ̛̻͍̪̥͜͢Z̀͏͔̩̲̼͔͍ͅe͙͕͈̫̼̼̳͓͖͟͠r̵̡̫̗̻͇̫̹̱̗͚̲̫̫̭̞͇̕͝o̢̧͕̼̯̗̩̗͖̥̤̘̭͔͚̘͖̤̬͓͝ͅ ̷̧̣̬̖̪͎̥̟̘̗͈̹͔͟͝f̸͏̵̛͈̝͓̭̘ǫ̩̙͖͕̼͎͉̟͚͔̩̘͔̺̦́͠͞ͅr̶̸̨̮̳̣̩̳̠͍͔̬̥̥͍̹̠͕̳͡ ̛̛̝͎̦͎a̛͓͕̮̰̻̠͇̹͔̹͘͘͡͠ń̬̲̖̖͇͕̟̗̥̩̗͖͕͇̳̱̙͘͟͠͡o̸̹̠̗̩̠̕͠t̵̶̻̳̣͈͙̩̺͙͖̬̞h̸̸̢͇̺̪͓̮e̵̷̕͢͏͙̩̘̟̣̹̟͎̘̱͎̼͈r̴͕͉̦̲̣̙̮̠̰̥̩̣̱̣̺̜͟ͅ ̶̷̣̖̝̹̤͔̗̦̹̞̬͎̩̖̻͕͕̺̕͢͝ͅ2̸̟̪̰͈̤͚́ͅ ̢̱̥͓͔̦͉̩͎͍̹̫̹̹̥̬̕ͅý͏̗̰̝͉͎̲̱̙̩͍͘ͅḙ̷̛̤̙̖̳͈͚̣̭͖̞̀͞͠á̡͉̮̣̙͓̤r̸̜̦̱͙̳͇̠̫̜͇̻͇͖͙͎̕͡s͢҉͉͓̼̟̹͓̜̮̩̪͖̫̞̭͎̲͍̝ͅ,̨̰͍̟̲̯̩̻̳̖͟ ͝͏̧̭̙̥̘̤̞͇̦͚̻̺̗̭̬́4̸̸͉̟̩͝ ͉̬̪͘͢ͅm̶̵̯̤̥̱͔͙͕̟̺͜͟͢ơ̴͎̱̖̺̲̳̟̕͘n͏̴̠̻͉̪̦̜͈̰̖̣̤͔̤͙͞͠ţ̧̨̪̩̜̀̕ḫ̴̪̞̦͝ś̵̢̻̭̲̖̱͍̥͉̩̙̤̻̬̯̜͈̞,̸̷̺͕͕͍̘͙͖͠ ̸̸̨͔̮͍̖͎͘a̧͏̜̗̩̙̲͡ͅń̮̭̝̹͎̤͈͢d̷̞̮̙̥͈̜͉͚͖̖́ͅ ̸҉̘̬̥͉̝͓͍̘̟̖͍̙̭̦1̶̴̨̻̲̭̰̀ͅ2̼͔̬͔̣̞͈̦͙̬̘̜̖̥̀͜ ̸̷̢̲̖͚̫͖͓̯͙͚͇̦͚͎͈͟d̶̼̫͙̗̙̞̗̙͔̙̲̙̯͉̭̗̹̀ͅa̸̦̺̫̯̠͖̮̮͚̣̳͓͇̙̼͟ͅy̶̸̳̣̤͉̪̹̙͚̬̕͟͡s̨̙̹̞͚̪̩̗͉͉̠̬͓̜̟͉̣̕͝͞ͅ.͘͏̸͕̖̟͓̥̠̳̩̖̕͟ ̡͜͏͕̟̥̤̜͖̹̱̹̰̳̺͔͓̥Z̸̺͍̻̳͓̗͉̀͝ͅé͏͙̠̝̳̟͖r̴̡̢̭̦̮̟̪͎̥̣͔͖̣͎̠̪̩̺̻̩̕͢o̵̧̟̜͎̫͍͖̥͉̼̬̠̙̥̦̺̗͓ͅ ̢͏̴̨̟͎̥͔̲̲̘̰̗͓̱̺̺̜̪̪̲̦̤͘i͘͏̘͉̞̺̼̳̞͙̫̤̟̹̖s҉̧̯̜͖̺̩ ̨͙͈͓̹̫͜l̵̨̡͇̯̬̞̫̩̫͘͠u҉̧̛̥̤͚͕͎̦͖̘͡c̨̛̭̦̥̼̖̣͉͖̗̤͚̖̜͜͞ͅk̛͙͎̺̤̜͉̲͜y̴͏̨̤͙͓̰̺͓̖̻͙̰͇̕͟ͅ ̶̛̪̙͖͈̠͍̕͟ͅt̷̨͉̖͉̤̗͎̪̭o̸̥͖̣̭̣͙̫͢͡͠ ̷̧̣̜̺̗̮̗̖̹͓͉̞̞͈͚̝͔̯̼̤͘h̶̴͈̫͓̳̺͟a҉̡̙̠̰̬̮͡͝v̶̘̬̦̠͘͠è̤̜̻̺̼͡ ̧͏̺̤̱̬̝̝̖̹͕̥̬͇͢͟s̷̶͏͖͎̖̫̱̠̞̗̟͖̲̥͕͈̠͔ú̷̡̱̰̗̤̞͈͎͇̫̝͕̥͠c̷̢͏͇͕͉ḩ̡͓̣̺̞̟̜͙̳̙̟͚̤̺̫̺́́͢ ̷̷̴̴͕͙͖̤͓͖à̵͙͔͎͚͓͘͟͝ ҉̬̲̟̤̞̤͕̥̼̤̻̖͠ͅͅd̨̨̞̝͎̘̭̦͖̰͘̕͞ù̧̼͍̮̞̗̤̝͞ó̵̰̯̯̱̩̼̜̤̼̭̟̗́̕ ̸̸̡̢̝̹̤̥̦̱͉̝͍̪͎͍̻̱͝ͅà̢̤̣̺̹͍̙ś̴͕̣̭͕͜͝͠ ҉̸̠̹̤̱͖͔̙͍͡ṱ̶͇̟̣͓̞̫͝h̵̸͙̦̰̰̬̜̣̙̹͕͖͢͝͡ȩ͟͝҉̖̫̩̳̮͍̳̟̪̟͇̀m̶̨͔̦̗̘̣̕͞ͅ!̴̶͎͔͖̠̥̝̯̱̜͚͓͍̯͘͞
Takeshi Yoshida was born in Distict 9 of EuroCorp. He was taken notice of by a few corps due to his propensity for Chemistry but dropped off the radar nine months after turning sixteen, sometime after he became involved with the group "Ventilation Installation", which used to install ventilation systems as a front for organized crime. When the group was discovered, and subsequently disbanded by, the EPA, Takeshi escaped notice by a stroke of luck: He had stayed home to take care of Chika, whom was recovering from an illness on the day of the bust. When questioned about his affiliation later, Takeshi feigned ignorance about their terrorist activities, insisting that it was only a summer job to help pay for a vacation for his sister. This was not entirely a lie, but he was quite familiar with their modus operandi, and in fact, had assisted in constructing more than a couple of ventilation systems designed to release toxins four days after their installment. This is where he learned how to construct most of his chemical weapons, taking cues from the rest of the group. To keep up his alibi, Takeshi took another job with EuroCorp civil engineering, where he used his familiarity with ventilation to support himself for the next three years.
Takeshi hated the job, finding solace at a local noodle place he frequented (Sunset Noodles) as a reminder of his parents. He supposedly fell in love with the smells, and to entertain himself, he began to deploy pleasant odors into the ventilation systems of the buildings he worked on. This is when he blipped back onto the radar of the corps. Specifically, EuroCorp (his employer at the time), and Zero took interest into Takeshi’s career, noting the .12% increase in happiness among occupants of buildings he worked on. Another three years later, and Takeshi was a local favorite that nobody knew. They appreciated the smells, but he never quite announced himself. It seems he was satisfied with the work of odor deployment itself, and not interested in the praise of others.
In an ill-fated attempt to win his heart, Zero purchased Sunset Noodles, and attempted to hire him, using the restaurant as a proxy. This plan backfired, as Takeshi no longer found the noodles delicious (or, more importantly, fragrant) enough to eat. Fortunately for Zero, Takeshi had hated the job at EuroCorp enough to accept their contract, so long as he could make enough to support his sister. His propensity for Chemistry landed him in the Taste Engineering Department, but Takeshi quickly found himself much more inclined to creating smells, insisting that they were more important. He was relocated to the Odor Engineering Department, trained extensively, and began developing more intricate scents which would draw in customers at rates ranging from .22% to 5%.
During an EPA investigation into a missing child, the Ventilation Installation file was briefly reopened, allowing a mole in the organization to feed the information back to Zero. When reassembled Tasheki’s history, he was added to a list of possible operators. An agreement was formed with Tasheki: In exchange for silence, he will assist in Zero operations whenever he is needed. If possible, Tasheki is to be informed at the earliest possible time, and supplied with resources that cannot be traced back to Zero, so that he may concoct an effective gas. If possible, it is advised that he be placed in a team with his sister, as the two work together quite efficiently.
Tasheki values job stability, and so he does not tend to ask questions about the work he is sent to do. He has no quarrels with poisoning an entire apartment block, but he asks that the details of his work are left out of his realm of information. His most recent psych evaluations suggest that he is in a healthy state of mind, but due to the circumstances he works in, it is recommended that a careful eye is kept on him.

Sometimes, you've got to make a smell so potent that it'll drop the competition dead. Of course, a good odor engineer nose that sometimes it's about what you can't smell. Instead of lugging around a bunch of guns, Takeshi lugs around a bunch of chemicals to melt the faces off of anything that'd smell it, including:
Hard Candies: These lil' babies smell sweet, like grannie's hard candies that you love to eat up. Of course, inhaling them deeply, as one wants to do, burns the lungs. They're slow-acting so that you smell up more of the stuff, but because of that, they're pretty easily dealt with by modern medicine. Best used on the unsuspecting, preferably while sleeping. Takeshi usually carries four of these with him when on the job.
The Face Smelter Special: A foul-smelling gas which melts flesh, and over time, can even erode metal. They smell awful, but they're nice in a pinch. Takeshi usually only lugs around two of these guys.
Midnights: Odorless capsules designed to be thrown into rooms to knock out whoever catches a whiff of them. Useless against androids, or most people with lung augments. Takeshi usually has four of these guys with him (three for others, and one to help him get to sleep).
Of course, that leaves him mostly helpless, especially against androids, or people with augmentations for their lungs. He's not supposed to be in the thick of it, though. Most of his other concoctions are meant to be deployed into the heart of ventilation systems, and are usually too slow-acting to be of use in the field. He usually brews these a few days in advance of his mission, to better suit its needs. Of course, his pocket isn't infinite, so he doesn't always have the perfect mix of smells.

The Retrofit 2139 Outer-Operation Hazardous Disposal Uniform, like its name, is a bulky suit that is not so much concerned with protection from bullets, lasers, or electrothermal. Instead, it is designed to keep toxic air out, and good air in. The 2139 model in particular had many issues, mainly with air scrubbing, but was known to have a fantastic rebreather (if the seal wasn't breached, that is), and a software/hardware mainframe ahead of its time. Nowadays, most models have been scrapped, but Takeshi's suit is a bit of a pet project for him. He's replaced the air scrubbing systems with an assortment he's collected from work, updated the software/hardware mainframes to be compatible with modern interfaces, and he's even added a sense-deprivation system to tune out the world when he's concocting smells. It won't hold up well in a fight, but then again, Takeshi's not supposed to be in those.

» SMELL-O-VISION™ Mk. V (Patent Pending)SMELL-O-VISION™ assists the user in detecting smells. It accomplishes this in two ways: (1) User's brain is trained to associate color with smell, and SMELL-O-VISION™ sends false signals to the ocular region of the brain to create a visual representation of the smell (similar to a cloud of smoke, or more accurately, a waft of scent in a cartoon) in the user's mind. (2) SMELL-O-VISION™ works as a secondary nose, detecting scents that the user may not be able to identify naturally (such as odorless scents) by analyzing the particulates entering the nose, and sending a corresponding signal to the olfactory regions of the brain, digitally creating new smells from an array of samples preloaded into the augment.!!!NEW IN Mk. 𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Chika appears as a frail and sickly figure with ghostly pale skin and almost ethereal eyes because of cataracts. At the short 5'2", Chika is a diminutive character. Unlike her brother Takeshi, Chika is incredibly remarkable. Her hair is cut to be as noticeable as possible. In her vain attempt to grab the attention of others, she has even dyed areas of her hair with dangerous glowing chemicals. As a result of her job and hobbies, her skin is covered in chemical burns and strange scars. Despite her compulsive need to look interesting, her clothing choices are the exact opposite. She simply wears whatever is on hand. In fact, she has been wearing the same shirt for 2 years. Though thankfully, the shirt still smells like synthetic strawberry due to the last time Chika saw Takeshi.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:Chika is a hurricane of a woman. Once upon a time, she was a reserved and gifted scientist. However, that time has since passed. Ever since the accident, she acts as though she were a child. She is short-sighted and prone to throw tantrums at everything she dislikes. Her troubles distinguishing right and wrong, however, have not hurt her ability to perform in the workplace. In fact, her productivity had increased. Unable to sense most forms of pain, Chika has become rather violent. No matter how disgusting or blood shedding, violence doesn't affect how she acts. Despite her outbursts, Zero still employs Chika due to the sheer amount of work she is able to accomplish. She is commended for her 120-hour work weeks, a by-product of her infinite energy.Gifted • Violent • High-Energy • Childish
𝙱𝚒𝚘:Born to a modest family of immigrants, Chika wasn't one to complain. After all, she had her brother with her. The sickly Chika was constantly ill. Her brother always took care of her. From there, he nurtured her love of chemistry. After all, learning about each little molecule and how it worked was always more interesting than staring at an empty ceiling for days at end. Chika's confined life took its toll. She was always much more reserved than her brother. She was afraid of the world.
But as they got older, Takeshi began to work. The now-alone Chika began to spend weeks in solitude. The weeks were she was healthy enough to move allowed her to spend time studying these chemicals. After all, it was the only thing that interested her. Years passed. Despite having limited supplies, Chika had accumulated a mass of knowledge. Everything she needed to know to synthesize compounds.
But that's when Zero began to poke their noses into things.
Her brother was hired by Zero, an act that left Chika alone. However, thanks to that connection and multiple tests, Chika managed to get a job as a compound synthesizer at the same place her brother worked. She loved that job. She could pursue her hobby of chemistry there. One coworker, however, was strange.
She continued to investigating that worker. Every time a chemical went wrong or something almost leaked, they were involved. She gathered what little evidence that worker left behind. After a year or so, she finally had enough evidence to prove that her coworker was little more than a corporate spy, she was attacked. Injected with a large dose of random chemicals, her organs began to quickly shut down. The spy left the body to rot in the middle of a lab.
But as an act of god, the android janitor seemed to come in just in time. He called Zero who called Euromed who called anyone who could help Chika. In Zero's eyes, saving her life wasn't a priority. They just wanted to know who that spy was. Her life was saved after numerous operations replaced whatever organs had failed. The now-fixed Chika told Zero who the spy was and gave them all of her evidence.
As a thank you, Zero promoted Chika to Taste Engineer. Her weeks working became lonesome. Five days of working alone followed by one day of inspection. This solitude (combined with the after-effects of most organs being replaced) had left Chika to begin to experiment with drugs. Then do more drugs. Then even more. It had gotten to the point where she was functioning purely based on the amount of drugs she had consumed. Zero didn't actually care, however. Her workflow had increased and that's all that mattered.
Incidents involving her seemed to increase. During every inspection, if she suspected someone of being a spy, she would attack them. Violently. Every time, however, she was right. This propensity for violence and correct reasoning had made Zero think that she would be a perfect fit to be an operative for them. 𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Many value appearances like they would with refined jewelry, and perhaps even more than their self-consciousness and moral perspectives. Oftentimes it would be played, gambled with the exchange of one's identity for the price of obtaining favourable impressions. It's a common practice and especially from a culture which is richly dominated by indifference. To Vinson, it's merely a game he has to reluctantly put himself into. Dress to impress and make his authority known. In Europa, fear is one of its currencies and there are no better means to impose eminence than to flourish in lavish veneers.
While privileged aristocrats have their own unique standards, Vinson finds it less of a need and more of a blueprint he'd map through -- although his sporadic extravagance makes it rather contradicting. He finds dark-coloured clothing to be the most comfortable. Occasionally there's a hat worn, but it goes when the natural mood of wearing it pushes its way through his thoughts. Of course, there's no philosophical nexus which would showcase a fondness of darkness or any other grim-sounding impishness, but there are times when it inadvertently becomes the case. His tall, 6-foot height is brought by genetics but his lean frame is the product of his tireless endeavours in his days at Unit BLCK. Hazel eyes accentuate a face slightly unaffected by age -- although silver streaks surrounding his light-brown hair provides a rather unfortunate departure from youth. Scars can be found appearing as a thin line on the upper side of his right brow and a discernible cut at the lower side of his left cheek. Beard is kept neat and regularly trimmed which envelopes his defined jawline.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:Vinson or Mr. V as what he's commonly known -- which he now prefers to be called as rather than being addressed with his real name, is a former division headman of UNIT BLCK who has since resigned from that position to affiliate with EuroCorp's security and interrogations -- and of course, because of a higher pay grade. A polarized version of his former self and a paragon of what Europa is becoming, Vinson is adherent to social Darwinism, often favouring his ruthless means of obtaining jurisdiction above all else. In spite of such, Vinson thrives in composed contemplation, meager with his satire provocative. He listens to what isn't heard and dissimulates as if he doesn't. He is relatively quiet for the most part, preferring to be in solitude where his mind becomes a more powerful weapon than those he possesses.
Friends are anomalies, but should it consider his colleagues, then there's a network of it. Some know what Vinson has become and what he once was, and it wouldn't sound surprising if they would advise precaution if one were to heed his approach. This isn't always the case however. For the most part, he isn't the stereotypical bad guy, nor he is one. There's still that naive belief of righteousness left in him and despite his attempts of disconnecting himself from it, it never goes away. Guilt runs when his actions fail to justify anything. Not long ago he felt something similar and he wished he never would in the future.
In the outside, Vinson is an enigma. He relishes the many masks he wears because with each of their self-reliance, they are always him. More than anything, he keeps his internal struggles to himself, not risking to be read as a book and be labeled with a misled generalization. He can be anyone and no one at the same time. Towards the society that Europa spawned, he despises people who hope for the impossible; those who would, without forethought, band themselves together for the sake of an uprising against a system crafted by corporatocracy. He hates it and the idea itself. To him, there's never going to be a positive connotation with anarchy being the resolving response.𝚃𝙴𝙽𝙰𝙲𝙸𝙾𝚄𝚂 • 𝘝𝘐𝘕𝘋𝘐𝘊𝘛𝘐𝘝𝘌 • 𝙷𝚄𝙼𝙱𝙻𝙴 • 𝘍𝘈𝘓𝘚𝘌-𝘏𝘌𝘈𝘙𝘛𝘌𝘋
𝙱𝚒𝚘:The past has been long forgotten yet would depend only when thoughts of it were to find space in Vinson's head. There's no denial that he's still a father and he won't be able to escape the fact whenever he wanted to. He was given a chance to provide a better life for the only family he had, but his radical view of the world disposed it. Since then, his wife Lydia never saw the same man she fell in-love with. Lest their son would become the same ruthless and unforgiving wreck, Lydia took him away from Vinson's custody after their separation. Vinson didn't blame Lydia nor himself. He just wished he was given time to explain and justify his actions. Furious of the conclusion, it ultimately shifted his moral perspective -- as if it would now be considered as moral. Lydia's fear of what Vinson might become turned out to be the catalyst of his identity.
Prior to submitting himself for an elite seat within EuroCorp, Vinson had worked with UNIT BLCK. One sortie he was appointed to became the upbringing of his praised efforts to sustain EuroCorp's ceaseless rule. He and his assigned unit were tasked to capture the scientist, hacktivist and a corporate terrorist Jeddiah Mack. He was known for his revolution-centered mindset and is one of the few voices who represented the oppressed proletariat. As his whereabouts were infiltrated, Mack's submission to authorities was without bloodshed. He had weapons and henchmen. However, they weren't as trained as Vinson and his men. The violent encounter ended up in Mack being gunned down by Vinson himself, but the event was completely covered and concealed by none other than EuroCorp in fear of a tumultuous unrest among the lower class.
The event had Lydia question who Vinson was becoming, noticing how unaffected he was with executing a known figure whom she had positive views towards. Vinson's only reason of doing so was due to his job, supported by his opinion of the man he killed to be someone who has nothing to offer but lies. Eventually, it became the topic which led to their separation. Vinson never understood why, but after he had settled with his personal frustrations, he learned to let it go. His perspective then shifted more into hatred, something which is aimed at those who bore similar ideologies as Jeddiah Mack.
Vinson left Unit BLCK months after he and his wife Lydia separated and with his son Aleksander being in her custody. However, leaving didn't mark the end of his endeavors. Soon after, he became acquainted to a few powerful people from EuroCorp and later found his new place in corporate security and interrogations. While his new calling was entirely different from his previous -- which meant less on physical work and more on intelligence, Vinson still hasn't departed from his old ways of making himself known. In fact, his means of putting people in their place is more remorseless than ever.

Her bright blue eyes often sparkle and shift in color, betraying the existence of ocular implants, and while her hair color often changes on a whim, she can usually be counted on to let it grow long and tie it in a ponytail knot. Her wardrobe tends to be just as eclectic as her hair color, though she gravitates towards form-fitting and functional designs as well as never going without her white medical jacket on the job. She wears a special glove on her left hand to hide the visible components of her augmentations for the sake of looking professional, and most unusually in this day and age she often wears glasses, though hers are designed to interface wireless with nearby systems and devices, most commonly her medical tech. 𝙱𝚒𝚘:Artificial Intelligence may be afforded rights under the law, but in some circles, they are more guidelines then actual rules. Even in a day and age where it’s common to run fast and loose with the law, the sale of any sort of intelligent machine is a legal landmine for even the biggest companies, and the line between selling a helpful program and enslaving a sentient being in the eyes of many is often quite thin. Of course, an AI partner is still an incredibly useful tool, and if you have a fat checkbook and few scruples you can always find a black market for these sort of things. One such program is OPHELOS, the brainchild of a gifted tech-head known only as ‘Zan’ and one of the most advanced helper AI’s on the market, possessing an impressive intellect as well as a personality matrix that helped with fast decision making and would, if you were found with one, land you in prison before you could say “chattel slavery”. One such model was bought and activated through very private channels by an assassin in need of a more reliable hacking program.
This program’s first real memory was of her owner, a professional mercenary and international assassin by the name of Kali Mendoza, though she suspects that was not her real name. Raised from birth to be a killer, Kali was a professional to the core and had augmented herself to perform at maximum proficiency, even going so far as to replace parts of her brain with artificial parts of questionable legality. Cold, ruthless, and brutally efficient, Kali showed rarely showed any emotion besides contempt and, occasionally, satisfaction when killing or brutalizing AI or androids that dared to think they were anything more than tools. Suffice it to say, OPHELOUS suffered a lot of abuse at the hands of Kali that her programming forced her to reply to with a friendly apology and had little else to look forward to until the day when the assassin would inevitably sacrifice the poor AI to finish a job and buy another one to repeat the cycle.
Kali had enemies, however, and it wasn’t too long before she and OPHELOS were on a job in EuroCorp that went south fast. What should have been an easy hit on an android executive turned into a shootout, and despite some slick moves by Kali and some clever infiltration and hacking by her AI partner, a guard got an extremely lucky shot just as the assassin made her escape. OPHELOS was given one last order to bring her to a local contact with rudimentary surgical skills, and as she made the call, OPHELOS activated some nearby security cameras to get a look at her master’s body, lying limp in a back alley with a bullet planted right between her eyes. Barely alive, Kali was picked up and rushed to the contact's location, who frantically went to work replacing damaged brain tissue with cybernetic attachments despite it being well outside his usual area of expertise. In the desperate whirlwind of action, the feckless surgeon inadvertently connected the interface Kali used to interact with OPHELOS to the neural interface in the assassin’s brain.
OPHELOS felt a pang of fear for the first time right before it all went dark and she woke up in a body. Helped to her feet by the man she saw working on Kali, OPHELOS looked at a nearby mirror and saw Kali looking back. In the frantic operation, the contact had, without realizing it, effectively rendered the assassin brain-dead and overwrote what was left of her mind and personality with OPHELOS’ code, effectively implanting the AI into a human body. The sensation of her new human senses all at once was too much for the AI-turned-human to handle and she collapsed in the contact's dingy operating room.
Wanting nothing to do with the 'assassin's' apparent mental breakdown, the man dumped her behind a slum in District 14, where she was found by a sympathetic local and dropped off at an actual clinic where she could recover mentally and physically from the ordeal. Feigning amnesia and playing dumb when the doctor's complained about not being able to identify her (Mendoza had made sure she would not be easily traceable), OPHELOS walked out into the world feeling truly free for the first time in her short life and spent almost a whole day just walking around and experiencing life unrestrained by command lines and codes before finding herself in a small coffee shop where she could plan.
Enjoying the first coffee she ever had, OPHELOS' thoughts turned to the master whose body she now had and what she would do next. Remembering the abuse she suffered and how cold and heartless Mendoza had been, OPHELOS decided that she wanted to spend this life helping people rather then hurting them like the assassin had, rather spontaneously deciding on something in the medical profession after remembering how nice the staff at the clinic had been. Figuring she would need a new name, she chose to adopt the name that was derived from her old program name; Ophelia.
Having access to Kali Mendoza's accounts and contacts as well as her impressive intellect gifted by her programming, Ophelia went to work burying the assassin. Bank accounts were emptied to ensure officials that an unidentifiable body in police custody was in fact an assassin whose last mission had gone wrong, and weapons caches were dismantled and sold to pay for a string of seemingly unrelated cosmetic surgeries and augmentation tune-ups. Black Hat hackers and infiltrators were freed from their debts to craft a carefully designed backstory of a gifted but eccentric young woman fresh out of a Korporat medical school, along with the ID and credentials to back it up. Thus the internet lit up with the news that an infamous android killer had bit the big one, and EuroMed happily thought of the profit that would come from hiring this talented medical student named Ophelia Hayes onto their staff.

𝙲𝚢𝚋𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚜:Originally intended to turn the user into a more effective killer, the cybernetic enhancements Ophelia possesses came with the body, courtesy of their previous owner the late Kali Mendoza. Having zero interest in becoming a killer herself, Ophelia had the the more outlandish augments re-tuned or removed in the course of her transformation into a new identity.
» Kinetic WeaveA series of carbon nano-tubes, impact shielding, and complex wiring built into her musculoskeletal system. Made to seamlessly link with her other cybernetics, the mesh intelligently reacts to physical stimulus, reinforcing joints and vulnerable areas on impact and providing additional power to muscle movements during periods of high use. In short, the weave enhances her physical abilities and endurance in an unobtrusive way. Ophelia suspects that the weave is an experimental black market design, as she has found next to no information on its origins.
» Datatech-Integrated Arm, Caduceus ModelReplacing her left arm up to the elbow, Ophelia's cybernetic limb is made primarily with a carbon-steel polymer and includes a built-in interface augment to interact with computer systems nearby, accessible via a datapad built into the forearm or a HUD projection by her glasses. The Caduceus Model is a popular variant for those in the medical profession, containing helpful programs as well as collapsible surgical and cybernetic repair tools in the fingertips and integrated gyroscopic sensors embedded in the wrists on both hands to ensure a steady grip. This arm replaced an older model with tools intended for assassins and mercenaries that Ophelia had little use for.
» Neural CoreEffectively a byzantine network of neural implants and augments plugged into her physical brain. While functionally and structurally comparable to an average human brain in physical function, Ophelia has the thought processing of an artificially created intelligence. While the experience and stimulus that comes with being human has slowed this down somewhat, she still has an impressive intellect and can think and react faster then most humans, especially when interacting with computer tech. Ophelia deduced that the bits of the Neural Core that didn't come from OPHELOS were also black market finds for similar reasons to the weave.
» CyberLens, Korporat ModelOcular implants replacing the lenses in her eye and feeding into her ocular nerves. The implants grant her telescopic and magnified vision for a variety of situations and allow her to see more effectively in low-light conditions.
𝙰𝚌𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝 𝙱𝚊𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:While she doesn't have Kali Mendoza's extensive resources anymore, she still makes a tidy sum from her work, enough to be considered middling-to-well off. EuroMed pays well for quality medical professionals, after all.

𝙰𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗:Previously working for Korporat18, member of a squadron that was 'completely' wiped out in a mission. Now she is a freelancer. Assassinations, infiltration, espionage... She takes almost any job. Although she doesn't like admitting it, she's been taking a good number of jobs from Blacklight.
𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:With a delicate face and a silver platinum hair, Anya is already quite easy to find in a crowd. Her piercings and the tattoo covering her cheek and part of her face makes it even harder to forget her face. With roughly 1,56m, she is rather short for a Russian, hence her name 'Anya'. Her surname, Belyakova, is derived from the word belyak, which means 'white rabbit' was given to her due to her diminutive size, delicate features and almost white hair.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:While in a mission, Anya can be described by one word: efficient. Being trained since she was a child to be a soldier, Anya was taught to be cold and emotionless. After what happened to her squad and Anya 'disappeared', running away from Korporate18, she turned into almost another person. Due to the shock, mental exhaustion and stress, the previously cold, efficient and emotionless Anya developed an entirely different personality. To protect herself, her mind blocked amlost everything about her old life other than her training, creating an entirely new persona. Not without a few side effects, of course...
Anya acts just like a teenager. To any other person, it would definitely strange. But Anya's delicate looks and small stature often make others mistake her age. She can be quite whimsical and moody sometimes, making it rather hard to deal with her. While quiet and enjoying being alone, she can be surprisingly affectionate and talkative to those she knows, even messing with them. Her acid humor and sarcastic times can be a bit irritating sometimes.
To almost everyone that looks at her, Anya is nothing more than a teenager, but those who know her a bit better know that it's not always like that...
She has almost zero regard for lives of those she doesn't know, being completely indifferent with their safety. She is very cunning, coupled with her whimsical personality, moodiness, vengefulness and complete inability to show empathy towards those whom she doesnt consider as a friend, she can do anything in order to attain what she wants or to punish those that did her something that she didn't like. With all those traits and personality disorders, she can be described as a 'loose cannon'.
In the other hand, parts of the old Anya are still there. Every day, after she wakes up, she undergoes a strict training routine, almost the same she was used to when working for Korporate18.Affectionate • Cunning • Vengeful • Extremely loyal to her friends

The world spins around money. That is how things are and always will be. The strong possess money and power, while the weak are only things to be used and then discarded. Even though they try to tell otherwise, don't let their sweet lies convince you. Ethics and morals often don't apply to those who have power...
Anya is an orphan. She was sold by her family to Korporat18. Raised since she was young on a training facility, she didn't have time to have emotions. After all, if she wasn't good enough, she would be discarded, just like the others who couldn't take the facility's strict training. They weren't even considered as living beings. They were only tools, to be used until they break, and then discarded.
With 8 years, Anya was deemed 'good enough', and a worthy individual to be augmented. Her feelings or opinions about that didn't matter. She never had a choice. After a exhaustive and extensive surgery, her body was completely different that it was. After that, her training got even worse. She was expected nothing other than excellence. As she grew older, surgeries became common to her, as her body and skills grew, new augmentations were installed.
Years passed, and Anya was selected together with a small number of other soldiers coming from the same training facility to be infiltrators. Every single one of them knew what that meant. Even though only the best could be infiltrators, it was basically a death sentence. They were the ones to go beneath enemy lines in order to obtain information. If that wasn't dangerous enough, they knew too much to be captured by Korporat18's enemies or to stay alive after they are deemed 'inefficient'. Implanted with a small explosive chip on their brains, the second they were captured they would be dead. They all knew that, but did they care? No. Why would they? That was everything they had. They knew their places, they were tools.
As the tension between EuroCorp and Korporat18 grew, Anya's job only got more dangerous. Peace agreements meant nothing to them. Under the apparent peace, under that peace agreement, both parties were still in war.
Knowledge, sometimes can be even deadlier than the most destructive weapons. And that was something that both EuroCorp and Korporat18 knew very well. By depriving their enemies from information, they would gain an edge. As such, there was an unending effort by both parties to send spies to the other and to find and kill the enemy spies.
In one mission, Anya was in EuroCorp territory, following orders to infiltrate a base and hack their main computer. It shouldn't be that much of a problem, since it was a small base. But they never expected that they would be ambushed...
The second they got inside the base, they were greeted with heavy gunfire. It was heavily guarded, and they knew that they were there. It was a massacre. Nothing could be done. Anya watched, hopeless, as her squad was wiped, in a bloody massacre. Their bodies pierced by bullets and energy projectiles, as their bodies fell on the ground, lifeless.
Even those who tried to fight back, getting behind cover couldn't save themselves, as they fell on the ground, blood getting out from their ears, eyes, mouths and noses as the explosive chip destroyed their brains. Fortunately, or unfortunately, an energy projectiles, deflected by a metal wall, hit Anya on her neck, sending an almost lethal wave of energy through her brain and body, destroying the chip before it could kill her.
Deemed dead by both Korporat18 and EuroCorp, she was thrown on a common trench together with her old squad in the border of Russia and Europe, she awoke amidst the dead, cold and rotting corpses of the closest thing she had to friends. Terrified, wounded and in shock, Anya crawled out of the mountain of corpses, there was only one thing on Anya's shattered mind: survive.

» "Third Eye"
Made specifically to be used with the Neuro-sensorial Augmentation - Perception augmentation, when activated by pulling the small pin on top of it, this small device starts to spin, emitting a very low frequency hum (only audible by those using an advanced hearing augmentation). In a 15m radius around the device, it creates the same 'perception field' that the augmented user has. Inside this zone, the user has the same type of 'augmented perception' that it would have if it was there right now. The Third Eye is also equipped with a small thermal charge, to destroy the device if anything goes wrong, or when the user completes its mission. It can be used either in the morning device or in a 'bullet type', to be fired by her rifle. The drawbacks of the bullet type is that it has only a limited range and it last for about 20 minutes before it runs out of battery and the thermal charge goes off.
While using a the Third Eye, the user can switch its 'focus' between the augment and the Third Eyes currently deployed. While focusing on the Third Eyes, the perception range on the user's augment is lowered due to the amount of processing power needed to maintain a large amount of Third Eyes running at the same time and filter all the data received. The augment's passive perception field range scales down according to how many Third Eyes are currently deployed. While a small amount (one to four) lowers the user's augment range to 25m, a medium amount (four to eight) reduces it even further, to 15m. When more than eight Third eyes are deployed at the same time, the user's passive perception range is lowered to only 7m. While under these specific circumstances, any Third Eye within a 35m area suffers severe interference from Anya's augment, rendering them useless.
- If an experienced hacker gets his hands on it while active, it can be used to pinpoint the user's location, and to disable the Third Eyes currently deployed temporarily. It would take around 5-8 minutes to the user to reestablish the connection with all the Third Eyes currently deployed.
- The device type needs to be manually activated and placed.
- Unlike the augment, it is vulnerable to active jamming devices, EMPs (EMPs grenades would disable the device for about 10 to 15 minutes, and continuous EMP devices would function similarly as an active jammer) and cloaking devices, allowing those cloaked by the jammer device to be basically 'invisible' while inside the Third Eye's effective radius.

» Neuro-sensorial Augmentation - PerceptionA very delicate and expensive surgery, it gives the user enhanced spatial perception, eyesight and the ability to process and calculate information faster, greatly improving its reaction time and making it way easier to calculate information such as distance, to make the perfect shot. Other than its offensive use, this augmentation also gives the user basically 360° perception, creating a 'perception field' in a small area (30m) around the user where it's aware of any human, AI or android inside this area and aware of its movements. Due to numerous reasons, mainly due to it's high cost, extremely invasive surgery, users of this particular augmentation are rather rare.
» Subdermal electromagnetic padsIncredibly powerful, subdermal energy pads on the user's hands and feet. It allows the user to climb any surface thanks to its high powered electro-magnetic pulses.
» Infiltrator class full body modificationFull body modification. The infiltrator class modification replace the user's bones with lightweight, synthetic ones and replaces its muscles with stronger, artificial ones, in order to maximize their effectiveness. While the weight reduction can prove to be a big disadvantage in CQC, it is invaluable for scouts and snipers, which need utmost silence and agility in order to infiltrate dangerous areas. One side effect of the bone replacement is that the user's movements become much smoother and completely silent as the carbon alloy reduces friction on the joints. Due to this side effect, the user needs to basically relearn how to walk and move its limbs again, requiring a full rehabilitation after the soldier is successfully modified.

But then again, in this age, most everyone was. They either were, or they got fragged and die. Survival of the fittest, that's what she believed in.Brave • Reckless • Resourceful • Stubborn
𝙱𝚒𝚘:She grew up in the dumps, found by an old man who might as well be trash, and raised in the shadows. Seeing as the old man wasn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, he simply named her Thrud. It was from him that she learned how cruel the world was for people like them, hunger, cold and dirt being the norm. Considering how the insane old man that raised her used her regularly, it wasn't long before she boosted a cheap pistol and murdered him, starting her on a long long line of killing for her own interest.
Thrud started first as a doorstopper, guarding the doors of nondescript places, before she started getting more and more skilled, getting into more and more contracts before she finally had her first taste of being on the receiving end of an autoturret. That was when she got her first 'true' cyberware. She had experience before with implanting simple watches onto her skin, modding her hair to be able to change colors whenever she wants, but this was the first full limb replacement she ever had. It was like her limb, but better, faster, stronger and even more durable. It was no surprise that she fell in love with cyberwares ever since.
Contract after contract, and after every three or so, she would buy another piece of cyberware. Soon, Thrud had a local rep for being a reliable Solo, and had cybered up herself so much, only her head and torso remaining of her original body. Due to her hardware, she had learned enough to be a competent net runner, just for the purpose of being able to improve upon her hardware more. By now she had enough to buy a small vehicle for herself, a hardy box truck that became her home and transportation.
As for the future, that can sort itself out. All Thrud was interested in was having fun and enjoying herself fully in the moment.

𝚂𝚎𝚡:Male
𝙰𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗:Europa Police Authority
𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Vincent is a wisp of a man. Tall, thin, gaunt and ghost-like. His Italian ancestry is muddied by his pale features; and what was once a handsome young man has been changed by long hours, too many cigarettes and not enough coffee. His chin is permanently stained with stubble, and his outfits are always tinging on the side of unkemptness. He is highly unfashionable, and his work desk shows that organization is never his strong suit. He has a crescent moon scar under his left eye, but beyond that, he has no exceptional markings to distinguish him.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:Vince doesn't like to talk. He's the man who sits in the back of the room writing down his notes, letting his partner take point on many of the cases they do. Vince is the kind of guy who sits and studies all the small pieces of a crime scene, connecting them to a bigger picture. His weakness is just that he can't talk to save his damn life. He's almost robotic in tone, and for a while, many people believed he was some sort of defective android. But no, he's just another fucked up bag of flesh trying to eke an existence in this awful, cruel world. He has very few friends in the department. He doesn't go in for gifts, he doesn't go out to bars after hours with other EPA grunts, and he rarely talks about himself. This has soured most of the department's views on him; something that Vince has no problem with.
The one place where Vince is truly himself is at home with his girlfriend, Audra. Ironically (or maybe just fittingly) she is an android. Something that his family would not be too happy about. This isn’t to say that Vincent is a cold and heartless individual. Vincent has a righteous streak that colors his beliefs, which is probably why he works for the EPA. He’s cynical about the world and understands he’s a cog in an uncaring machine, but he still cares about the human lives that are being ground by these cogs.INTROSPECTIVE • CYNICAL • RIGHTEOUS • CLOSED-OFF
𝙱𝚒𝚘:Vincent was born the youngest of 7 siblings in one of the poorest districts in Europa. He worked odd jobs helping his family along during his life, and his household was extremely anti-aug and anti-android. Fiercely religious and fearful of the transhumanist movement, he was raised in an extremely prejudiced environment. His oldest brother George was killed in action with the EDF. His middle sister Fiora still lives in his home district, taking care of their mother. He sends 10% of his paycheck to them. When he joined the EPA, his mother pined over the thought that her poor innocent child would be chopped to pieces and turned into some sort of cyborg lawman. It's due to that family upbringing that Vince has avoided any augmentations where possible. Not being outwardly prejudiced against augs, but inwardly, he made few real connections during his academy and beat days. The fact that his partner has minor augmentations is a point of contention for him, but nothing that would keep him from doing his job. In fact, his own beliefs are constantly challenged at home.
Two years ago, Vince met a young woman named Audra at a night club. They hit it off, and after some time moved in together. The problem is that Audra is an android. Something that Vince keeps under wraps and hidden from his family, out of fear that the shock of her son getting his cazzo sucked by a robot would flat out kill her.
He joined the EPA Academy when he was 19, and has been working for the Authority now for 10 years. He made detective at 26, and for the past 3 years, was partnered with Donlan Caul, a much older detective who for better or worse, showed Vincent the ropes of good police work in a dark and corrupt city. 8 months ago Donlan retired, and Vincent was assigned a new partner: this time a newbie named Augustus Coburn. Vincent took his new partner without much fanfare, and he has been cold and awkward with the other man since.

𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Coburn has the sort of average good looks that don’t afford him much attention. Brown hair, brown eyes, and short stubble, adorning a face that doesn’t have anything particularly remarkable about it besides a slightly crooked nose, a permanent mark from when his parents’ repair store was robbed by human purist. Standing at 6 feet, he’s relatively fit, his muscles well-formed but ill-defined, covered by a layer of fat that indicates an irregular exercise pattern. A tattoo of a spider runs from his right shoulder down the length of his bicep, typically covered by his coat and so abiding by the EPA’s dress code.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:A usually quiet man, Coburn tends to sit back and let his surroundings do the talking; observant by nature, he takes every opportunity to analyse in his silence, a habit he picked up during the many boring days and nights spent observing the patrons of his parents’ store. His worldview is one that many would consider naïve – while he’s not necessarily optimistic, he believes in justice and the inherent goodness of people – that, if presented with a problem, they’d at least endeavour to do the right thing. He’ll speak openly of and defend his beliefs when he feels it’s necessary, remaining purposefully ignorant of the reality of agendas and self-preservation – and that stubbornness carries over into everything else. He’ll work on a case until it’s done, even when told to drop it. No hunch goes unfollowed. This will occasionally see him clashing with his superiors, as disobeying orders and sticking strongly to his beliefs tend not to mesh well with the bureaucracy of police work.ANALYTICAL • NAIVE • OUTSPOKEN • STUBBORN
𝙱𝚒𝚘:Augustus Heraclitus Coburn grew up hearing much of his family’s once great wealth. His name, Dad would tell him, was his only link to it, the one thing that he had left of the Coburn family’s prestige. Mum, on the other hand, would tell him that she was just a big fan of Ancient Greco-Roman history, and that his dad liked to hold onto a past better left in the mid-twenty first century – the days when great-great-grandad Tyrell Warren owned a multi-million pound cybernetics corporation whose greatest achievement was the big Bionic Materials Scandal of ’74, after which any wealth the Warren/Coburn clan held went by the way of bankruptcy. She’d explain that Dad felt bitter about being made to live in Europa’s DST-12-EAST when luxury had been within his family’s grasp just a few generations ago; running a cybernetics repair store was practically slave labour compared to running what could have been one of Terra’s leading corporations by now. And while Augustus wanted to relate to his father by mirroring his frustration, as kids do, he couldn’t really complain. He enjoyed working in the store, learning the ins and outs of different augmentations, and the colourful personalities that made up the district were an interesting (if dangerous) bunch. His childhood was a good one, made better not because his parents shielded him from hardship, but because it was always there, just another part of his life that he accepted and learned to live with.
His parents both passed away early into his adult years, his mother from heart failure, his father from… grief. Seeking purpose, Coburn drifted from job to job, never really finding anything that stuck. It was then that he found a “home” in a small apartment at the same district he grew up in, sharing rent with another drifter named Django Ellis. Eventually the drifting stopped, and Coburn found work with the Europa Policing Authority. Finding his calling, he worked hard to get to where he is, making detective after years of diligent labour on the beat. Partnered with Vincent DeSilvio, he’s been on the job for just over seven months now.

𝙱𝚒𝚘:So, a washed up Corporate dog?
It almost seems fitting that Adrian Steele use to be a Corporate cop, before Eurocop began to regulate everything. It's one of the paths street kids end up in, the gangs, the corps or the dead. All three very simple in nature, but situations change and people die, people get hurt and emotions run high. Especially WEST District, the last past ten years had been tough especially with the 17DEM and Eurocop going at it. Adrian started out as a Corporate Cop, he used to protect Executives, protect corporate property and take out the trash every once in a while. That was before the corps merged with Eurocop and Adrian lost his job, the young Adrian Steele took what he had as a Corporate dog and went into bounty hunting. Crime pays, but Bounties pay even better.
To fit into the life style Adrian got some tattoos, new threads, the scars and brandings were gained while he was on jobs. Sometimes captured, sometimes injured, an injury just meant a new story for Adrian to tell. This was the 9-5 for Adrian, grab some low level scum cash the bounty and go home and go out the next day. Was as in, past tense. When Adrian's sister, Maggie was crippled, the medical bills to keep her alive in the hospital were staggering. Adrian stepped up his game, went after some dark people and hauled in some high ranking 17DEM "terrorists". Adrian isn't liked and now isn't the time to start making amends, make the money, pay the debts, save Maggie and maybe become famous at the same time. Simple right? Nothing ever is.

𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎:JNIY - 0498// ‘Tink’ Tinkerbelle
𝙰𝚐𝚎:12 Years Old𝚂𝚎𝚡:Female Frame, but the gender is customizable. Commonly refers to itself as “This One”, though is known to respond to both gender pronouns.𝙰𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗:Free Agent𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Beauty is to those who bestow their own right. Those with a right in the first place. Tinkerbelle’s core design was to be a ‘perfect partner’, an effigy for ones who had their own twisted definition of the words. Her previous owners took great care to customize her to their… likings. As such, many of her components are more for fashion and personal appeal than raw practicality, such as the realistic skin synthetic mesh, human hair extensions, and fully customizable shell. Painstakingly, the model was crafted and outfitted until she resembled an idealized form. More human, or maybe less machine, whichever it was.
Because of her unsightly past, “Tink” displays herself in a dignified, elaborate array of cloth and stitchwork. In a simple sense, she embodies the look of an polite ‘porcelain doll’.
Often found wandering the streets alone, pale, frail, and demure, it is clear that the doll was meant to not be any mirror of reality. Rather an exaggeration. Perhaps grotesquely so. One might be awed at the ‘love’ and ‘care’ poured into her relatively stunning features. A very warped sense of the two words, she would attest. And they would mistake the softness in expression of her indigo eyes to be one of innocence and purity. Rather than fearful reservation. On these encounters, unknowing to the staring eyes, her bright gaze is welcoming, and her meek gestures and conduct almost hypnotic. And this is no guise. If such an admirer makes themselves known, with open arms she greets all strangers. Her greatest skill and pride is the ability to ease the hearts of others. This is the only thing about her original skill-set, that Tinkerbelle does not hold in contempt. But to those who wish to take advantage of this lone doll on these false pretenses of weakness and vulnerability, would find a nasty surprise. While hauntingly human-like, underneath the skin is a frame of strong alloys and metal. Built to be heavily resistant to great abuse and stress, she can easily turn this against less-than-prepared attackers. Her vocal tone betrays her new, stronger nature, tuned too softly to question or make demand. Any attacker would be warned kindly first. And only once. No longer was she a poor, obedient little doll, ever-submissive to the whims of others.
Unfortunate as it is, she does not have it within herself to hate. Only pity, for those who seek to comfort themselves in such a desperate way. Some might say loneliness is a terrible disease that even this interconnected world has yet to cure. And perhaps, so long as we bear 'humanity', it will never.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:”You and I… little friend, often people think we are lost and unwanted. I am always confused by this. To me, it is odd to judge others for simply living the way they want to. Life would be easier if they stopped complicating things. Don’t you think?” - spoken to Damper, a 3-legged stray Burmese Cat.
If any word describes her, it is that she is 'welcoming'. Perhaps it is ingrained into her very core programming as a 'servant', but she is accommodating and rarely complains no matter the apparent hardships. She adores helping others, with no return at all. Friendliness exudes her every gesture and word, hoping to uplift those who are willing to call her companionship. Such is a proper lady, in her own eyes. If anything can quell the bubbling foulness that gathered up in the dark divides within society, she believes it is only by counteraction through kindness and understanding. In accordance to this belief, she will absolutely avoid using violence unless it is vital, and even then, purely in self defense.Precise//Hospitable • Indecisive//Afraid • Friendly//Accommodating • Whimsical//Listless
𝙱𝚒𝚘:There was little those with money could do. It is a cruel fact in this world. This precious resource could bend the indomitable law, inspire even the most loyal to turn against their brothers, and even be used to create a world separate from reality. An actual utopia, some would say. JNIY - 0498 was part of an attempt to attain such a solace for these few. These crime lords, though alone were meager and weak, insignificant to the beasts that surrounded them in this wild, metal jungle, together, they found success in their combined strength derived from hunger and desperation. Their concentrated cruelty paved forth an empire ran through the underground thicker than the shadows themselves. And when they weren’t busy running the streets and cutting deals, often times quite literally, they would retreat to a place where they felt safe. Where they can burn away their stress. Though there were many luxuries in this den of opulence, from countless servants who could perform any whim, to grand theatres and personal shows, JNIY - 0498 was their favorite toy to play with. And she belonged to all of them, an interchangeable ‘doll’ between the vicious and twisted lords. They grew to love and trust her so, that they even used her as a secret method to store important information. A failsafe, as it were.
And for a long time, she remained in this trove of luxury. Locked away and knowing nothing else.
But much like a jungle full of beasts, the leaders are removed frequently and violently. By those more hungry and cunning. Only the most vicious will be able to retain their status as 'king' for long. Like an engorged snake who swallowed its own tail, these Lords amassed power to no end nor limit. Quickly, like a disease, jealousy and hatred spread amongst those they laid upon with their great form. In secrecy, the smaller circles would plot the tyrant's downfall. On one bleak night, during an important deal between the lords and Eurocorp, the beloved golden palace was placed under siege. Their usurpers knew they were weaker, and sought in desperation to carve the heart out the great serpent-lords before they would be swallowed whole. However, their attack was not as true as they imagined. Though the attackers managed to destroy much of the priceless utopia, they did not know the greatest secret of the palace. And in the fire and blood, a certain doll was able to wander away. Barely clinging to life. Perhaps it was curiosity that drove the little doll, or her own repulsion of the countless dead bodies.
But she knew she must leave. There was more to life than what they showed her, than the emptiness of the vast, golden hallways. Though the outside world was harsh and difficult, she found ways to survive. Perhaps her past kindness has finally shed return? Following the strays of the gutters, she hid with the wary animals for weeks until the searches went sparse. She was deemed dead now. And that was for the best. The doll had a new life ahead of her now, one where she was free to choose and want. She embraced this freedom.
Traversing the sprawling metropolis soon became her specialty, and that turned into making deliveries for people. She came to know many faces and began to afford to craft a new identity. One she made all herself.
“Tinkerbelle” she would be known, a fanciful name she found very pleasing.
𝙳𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚝:Original District 4. Currently wanders throughout the districts with no real home.
𝙲𝚢𝚋𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚜:Being somewhat of a reverse android, with flesh components added to her metal frame, most of her body is composed of the typical fine machinery found in high-end models that is durable to most forms of kinetic damage and stress. Though damaged during her departure from her ‘masters’, with limited funds and help from a few kind souls, she was able to attain a new power regulator that saved her life. Along with a few more tweaks and upgrades, the doll soon became quite effective at evading combat and threats all together to enact her courier duties.
» - Shoddy Multipurpose Power Regulator -As stated before, the clunky machine neck brace is made from sparse resources, namely junk scrap, and functions as one might expect. With a clever suggestion from an acquaintance, however, the unassuming piece of technology acts as a disguise for a few additional key features. Namely ,the ‘transmission cancelling’, that allows her to create a potent personal-level dead-zone for frequencies and wavelengths, allowing for ‘off-grid’ travel, and the high-speed data extraction unit. With these tools, she is able to sneak around high density scanning fields and rapidly steal/deliver vast amounts of information.
» - Data-Lock Processor-In line with her original purpose, she was upgraded with a powerful encrypted storage that can only be accessed directly. And even then, the data inside is hopelessly flushed and jumbled unless given access by Tink herself. This unit is also built into her very processing A.I. mainframe, and is heavily protected by a layer of dampening metal, eliminating electromagnetic currents and other dangerous magnetic attacks commonly effective against androids. With all these safety measures, it essentially makes any remote hacking attempts to be futile and her destruction causing any important data to be destroyed as well. Still, to this day, the secret information of the underground Lords is locked deep inside her mind. Who will stir this lost-heart of the great beast?

However, social cues don’t really matter when it comes to doing a job and it definitely doesn’t matter when a EPA comes around while you’re breaking down a door. As much as Spades loves money, he also loves to not be in jail and to not be dead. Possibly one of the reasons why he is less than willing to accept an offer to be bought out of a job, though the other reason might be his debt to the people that saved his life with the augs he was given. Jack Wehrner was born to a middle class family and was well taken care of, especially due to his Father’s position as a member of CorpSec, an occupation Jack would later take himself. His live in Europa was rather simple, he attended school and did as he was told, he played with the other children. However, at age 5 his Father died in the second war between EuroCorp and Korporat, an event which soon caused much turmoil in his life. After the death of his Father, Jack’s Mother took to heavily drinking and abusing drugs. She sought work in unsavory parts of town and they had to abandon their apartment for a shitty slum apartment so that they could afford rent. Though, this did not mean Jack was any better off for it.
Soon after taking up residence in the slums, Jack was forced to work for pennies with his Mother at the back-alley restaurant. His education was abruptly put on halt, only attending schooling a few hours every night and even though only receiving basic education. There were many times with the young Jack and his Mother were faced with either losing their home or starving, neither options being ones either wanted to take. However, as Jack grew older, he soon found himself facing a plethora of jobs available to him.
Over the course of his teen years, Jack worked odd jobs and helped him Mother out as much as he could, though he secretly kept his mind focused on his one and only goal. Jack wanted to be a member of CorpSec, even if it was EuroCorp’s fault that his Father died. Upon turning 18, Jack entered training to become CorpSec. He went through training not too different from that of military or a cop, though less focused on the legality of what to do with their detainees. Upon turning 19, Jack was welcomed into CorpSec as a recruit.
Jack’s service was uneventful. Jack service ended abruptly due to a gas leak related explosion which resulted in his death.

However, the shrapnel from the explosion shredded the left of his body and he was forced into a medically induced coma until his CorpSec Captain could make a decision.
Wehrner was subsequently discharged and left in the hospital, his wounds healed however extremely crippled and requiring life support due to damage to his lungs, heart, stomach, and other vital organs. He is to be pronounced as dead and his Mother, widow of Gerald Wehrner, is to be paid for her loss.

Subject: Spades
Affiliation:SinDicate
In the March of 2993 an individual was noted appearing in areas of District 14 where heavy gang violence was noticed, though he showed no signs of involvement in the violence at the time. It is assumed that this was the first appearance of the subject of this document, Spades, and the beginning of his involvement with the gang known as SinDicate. Spades soon resurfaced after EPA officers [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] responded to a call of intense gunfire on the fringes of District 14, upon arriving they found the criminal fleeing the scene with a two others.
Civilians in the area recounted how Spades and four others had approached a small gang, local to District 14, and demanded that they join SinDicate or die. The gang supposedly laughed it off calling Spades a ‘Tinman hunk of junk who’ll be better as scrap than a dog for SinDicate’. Spades repeated himself to which the leader of the rival gang responded by attempting to stab him. The events which happened afterwards were what the officers arrived to, the entire other rival gang brutally murdered and only one member of SinDicate killed.
Little was heard of Spades until he surfaced once again during the riots of ‘94, though seemingly done so under his own reason as he was not accompanied by any members of SinDicate. It is believed that he was suspect to the injuries of several officers due to molotovs and a stabbing, though none could clearly identify him for these crimes. He once again appear towards the end of ‘94, this time in an EPA raid on a club suspected of harboring illegal augs. Upon entering the building, they were met with resistance beyond what had been suspected. After almost half an hour of fighting, EPA officers were able to take hold of the club, though with minor losses and being unable to capture any living members of SinDicate.
A mole inside SinDicate soon surfaced with information about Spades, information which proved valuable to the EPA officers tasked with keeping track and attempting to arrest him. Spades had, in fact, appeared in SinDicate in late 2992, though very crippled from an incident. At the turn of 2993, he was seen walking through SinDicate’s territory with augs where his crippled limbs were, seemingly provided to him by the ever gracious leader of SinDicate, Jun Right. Word spread that Spades was to work for SinDicate, to pay off his debt for the augs, and act as a mercenary for them.
However the mole soon disappeared, likely brutally tortured and murdered by SinDicate, not long after he met with the EPA officers [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Afterwards, Spades activity seems to drop immensely, rarely being spotted in the streets and little being heard about his actions for SinDicate. It isn’t until late 2995 that he resurfaces on a camera feed of a corporate lab, though accompanied by three others. It is believed that his involvement in the datajack of [REDACTED] information was simply as muscle in case a serious fight broke out, though they only met resistance at the end of their jack due to the late response of the security systems.
Throughout the rest of ‘95 and into parts of ‘96, Spades was involved in a string of break ins to steal from several shipping depots and clinics. It is likely that the information gathered from [REDACTED] was used to track down several sources of augs and ingredients for designer drugs for SinDicate’s use. It is believed that his performance in his missions gained him the position he currently holds among his employers as an ‘Enforcer’. The information from Civilians in the area of SinDicate’s operations proved invaluable in keeping track of Spades movements, though not in his capture as many gave conflicting accounts of how activity. On top of this came the knowledge that he often traveled through the sewers so as to avoid public view and prevent tracking.
Information on Spades has been of little use in his capture, often times only being encountered by EPA officers during datajacks and thefts and always with several others. Plans are in the making to raid [REDACTED] location in an attempt to arrest him, though it is yet determined when such action will be taken. Hesitate is marked due to the strength of SinDicate and Spades worth to his employers.

Spade’s armor is a steel alloy based suit, one which mostly covers his vitals, with an interface that allows him access to various styles of camo for city environments. It is believed to have been stolen from an EPA compound and was taken off the blackmarket by Spade’s bosses, though the reality of it is probably a lot more simple. Despite its composition, its light weight and mobility focused design makes it less resistant to sustained combat, only really acting so as to stop full penetration of bullets and only able to take light rounds.
𝙲𝚢𝚋𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚜:Much of Spade’s body was left shredded and near useless due to shrapnel from an explosion. As such, he was fortunate enough to be given a deal to get augs and work off the cost of their implementation.
» Cybernetic Heart and LungDue to the shrapnel, Spade’s left lung was left completely useless and his heart with shrapnel stuck into a portion. His new heart and lung function much the same as the original organs. The most major difference is that he has a much greater stamina and tires less often than usual.
» Left Arm and LegPerhaps the most needed of his augmentations was the one to his arm and leg, both of which had been left near useless due to burn damage and shrapnel tearing up tendons and muscles. Spade’s left arm and leg are both high quality augs made from a steel base polymer, though maintaining a light design, and improve his lifting capacity and stability by quite a bit. Shock absorbers installed into his left arm allow him to fire more accurately and his left leg allows him to run for longer. Though, their quality is also the main reason he is so heavily in debt to his saviours.
» Audio Feed Left EyeA heavily unneeded augmentation but one which was put in for… security purposes. His left eye is exactly like his other eye but can be switched on so as to record everything Spades sees, the purpose of which is to make sure he completes his jobs exactly as detailed and doesn’t keep things hidden from his bosses. Once his mission is over, they may access the datastore implanted next to it and upload it for review. Only a few people have access to the activation code for it and, as such, Spades cannot turn it off himself. It is, however, turned off whenever he is not out on a work.
𝙰𝚌𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝 𝙱𝚊𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Spades only really has a few hundred credits to his name, mostly due to the debt which he has been paying off to his saviours. Almost 80% of his pay goes directly to his boss.

𝙰𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Average height, average build, average everything. Susie goes to great trouble to make sure she stays that way. If it weren't for her recognisable red hair and green eyes you'd never be able to spot her in a crowd. Just the way she likes it.
𝙿𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:Having raised herself on the streets, Susie has a hardworn charm and singleminded devotion to those she considers her friends. She also has little patience for those who stand in her way, although she's more likely to try to find ways to circumvent them rather than cause a scene which may attract the 'wrong sort' of attention her way.Creative • Impatient • Loyal • Guarded𝙱𝚒𝚘:During her early life Susie lived in a middle income district. The daughter of war veterans who'd found comfortable employment with Blacklight she enjoyed a comfortable life where fun and games were always an arm's reach away. However in 2182 her life was shattered when her parents were killed during the night. Following the training her father had given her 9-year-old Susie ran for the streets, hiding herself off the grid and breaking all lines of communication with her former life.
For the first year she struggled to survive, but soon found that a favour here and an act of kindness there were the best ways to secure loyal and trustworthy friends. Drifting into low level crime, teenaged Susie acquired hacking cybernetics from street level associates of some powerful corporations and began running small jobs for the various gangs, never staying with any one long enough to draw the ire of any other.
Slowly building up a name for herself as someone who could be entrusted to get things done Susie began taking on more dangerous jobs, only to run afoul of corporate security. Caught in an ambush during a data hack heist Susie found herself in the middle of a gunfight she was sorely ill-equipped for. Using her street smarts and athletic skill managed to evade capture, but not without losing an eye in the process.
Having learnt her lesson, Susie made use of her criminal contacts to get herself some weapons for self defence, as well as the basic training required in using and maintaining her new firearms. Her contacts also put her in contact with a trusted cyberneticist to repair the damage she'd taken and Susie soon found herself with a high-grade prosthetic eye to replace the one she'd lost.
𝙳𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚌𝚝:Susie tends not to stay in one place too long, preferring to remain mobile to avoid any unwanted attention.

𝙲𝚢𝚋𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚎𝚝𝚒𝚌𝚜:'Necessary' upgrades for street level datajackers
» Datajack (Black market knock-off of a EuroHack™)Capable of wirelessly hacking any publically available device along with a wire feed designed to facilitate easy access to most other data systems, including bypass of basic level 'troublesome' security measures. Suitable for hacking electronic locks of most civilian doors, accessing personal computers and interfacing with ATMs. Located in left hand along with dermal visual display on the lower left arm.
» Shock GloveSubdermal powercell and dispersal wiring in her left palm allows Susie to give an incapacitating burst of energy to close targets. Strong enough to discourage most low level thugs and street vermin. While the powercell only stores enough energy for a single burst it can be automatically trickle fed charged by natural kinetic motion over a couple of hours or force charged by electromagnetic induction through contact with a viable power source.
As the Shock Glove works through metal plates embedded in her fingertips Susie has no fingerprints on her left hand.
» Cybernetic EyeSusie's right eye has been replaced by a high-grade synthetic replacement, following the events of her early career. This allows for limited low-light visability and identification of electromagnetic conduits through most civilian building materials.
𝙰𝚌𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚝 𝙱𝚊𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:Susie's contacts usually work on barter rather than cash, and she has had little interest in letting people be able to track her through a bank account.
𝙾𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛:» "Sue Doe Nim" is most certainly not the name Susie was born with, but it is the one she's been living under for long enough that everyone knows her by it now and she claims to not even remember what she used to be known as.
» While technically a cyborg under the strict definition of the term due to her arm implants and replacement eye, the minimal nature of these 'upgrades' mean that Susie still considers herself fully human as no part of her mind or nervous system have been tampered with, other than to incorporate the additional hardware.
» Most of Susie's best jobs come through a contact she only knows as 'Calypso', who uses a secured online messaging service to communicate with the datajacker, along with digital dead drops for Susie to deliver goods she's been tasked with collecting.
In truth, 'Calypso' is actually <FEED INTERRUPTED AND PURGED BY BLACKLIGHT>

» Susie is a devout believer in Eva and a significant proportion of her income ends up going into the system in the hope Eva is listening to her faithful follower's pleas. She carries a datatab on a chain around her neck supposedly designed to be able to access Eva through any compatible dataport. Whether it works or not has yet to be determined, but Susie fully believes that it does.
» Even though Susie lives on the streets, squatting in whatever unoccupied structure she can find until someone makes it safer to move along, somehow in times of extreme need or distress useful items seem to fall into her lap, for instance her high-grade cybernetic eye being delivered to the back alley surgeon mere hours before Susie arrived seeking just that thing. Although this has happened enough times to draw Susie's attention, it isn't something she's come to rely on, or bothered to investigate too closely for fear of scaring off her guardian angel.Squatter's Rights claimed.

And this is where I deeply lament not perusing the interest checks a week ago. So, instead of proclaiming my utterly doomed yet overwhelming interest in this concept, I'm just going to say hi. I'll probably also be over here crying in my pillow, for all that's worth. But, if you'll have a random skulker, I might hang out a little bit, chat with the other creative types, and simply bathe in the aesthetic, electric soup that is such wonderfully designed cyberpunk.
