The thick forests gave way to thin forests, which in turn gave way to the outskirts of Tolbana Town. All the while, Alek remained silent, alert. Though their second fight had ended in victory, it was not without cost; many of his companions were now injured, critically. Alek knew, if another combatant should arise, a few of them wouldn't make it. His partner, Starkette, seemed to have taken the worst damage of anyone, as her health was dangerously low. Alek blamed himself. As an experienced beta, he knew it was he that should have taken the initiative to lower the risk of injury. His thoughts wandered to a world long lost, to the smell of atomized cement and the sound of ancient screams. His mistakes had cost him dearly before. He glanced around at his companions before silently swearing that, on pain of death, it would never happen again.
Presently, Alek's company arrived at the edge of Tolbana. The tension in the air seemed to evaporate as they came upon the safe zone. Alek was just relieved that everyone had survived. Well, almost... His memory was taken back to the one who had died before the battle. She seemed to be fine beforehand; her nervegear must've been unplugged. Adrenaline had controlled him for so long this night that he had almost forgotten. At that moment, he stopped momentarily, wishing her well in whatever afterlife she believed in. It wasn't much, but it was all he could think to do and somehow seemed important. A feeling came to him then, one he had not felt in some time. Was it ...compassion? The thought was interrupted by Starkette's voice. As she said, her reason had yet to fail them. Apart from that, Alek had decided on the same course of action. There would be no benefit in continuing at night. After all, there was never a night or a problem that could defeat the sunrise.
@Ryuzaki Hate to say it, cause I was excited for this one, but afraid Imma have to drop. Move-in day tomorrow and I am anything but prepared. If this takes off and you're still accepting when my end stabilizes a bit, I'll jump back in. If not, I wish this RP the best.
Heads up @BlueSky44@Morose move in day is tomorrow. Gonna be offline for a solid 24 hours, maybe more. Will be back on ASAP. Just skip my post for this cycle if you'd like, but I'd at least prefer for Alek to be breathing when I return.
@PompousPrince Just a heads-up. Not abandoning the RP yet. Move-in day is tomorrow and I've got about eight million and one things left to do. SO. I will probably not have time to finish CS before the RP starts up. However, if the RP hasn't filled up by the time a get a moments respite, I intend to finish it up.
Additional Information (This can include a characters history or any other information you want to include.)
DIGIMON
Attribute:Virus Type:Earth
Digivolutions
Kumeijimon
Physical Description:
Kumeijimon is small, weighing in at 5 pounds. It is essentially ball-shaped, apart from curvature at the top of its head to accommodate its lateral posterior eyes. In shorter terms, it is shaped similar to the head of a spider. Kueijimon has no legs, similar to many Fresh digimon. Instead, it uses its chelicerae (mouthparts, fangs, etc) for combat. Its entire body is covered in course hair.
Its eye structure is common to many eight-eyed spider, which have four eyes forming an anterior row and four forming a posterior row. The only abnormality is the placement of the lateral posterior eyes, which are located slightly above the median eyes, while also being spread farther. The most important implication of this eye structure is the field of vision that Kumeijimon possesses -which is around 270 degrees.
Kumeijimon is colored exactly as a blue-fanged jumping spider is, with black eyes, salt-and-pepper colored hair and black skin, and shiny blue chelicerae.
Move Set: Venom Blast - Fires a poisonous blast from its mouth.
Kugumon
Physical Description:
Kugumon, the digivolved form of kumeijimon, is similar in both color and shape. As an In-Training, however, it is a fully formed, albeit small, spider (8lbs). Anatomically, it is almost identical to Kodokugumon, apart from the differing eye structure. Additionally, it retains its previous coloring. Instead of the horizontal stripes on Kodokugumon's back, Kugumon has a single blue stripe running from its head to abdomen.
Move Set: Web Strangle - Shoots an ensnaring webbing from its abdomen. Poison Bite - Bites opponent with its fangs, utilizing temporary paralysis.
Kumomon
Physical Description:
Kumomon is much a fully formed, larger spider, weighing 30 pounds. Both his body and abdomen are slimmer than in his previous form, allowing for higher mobility and agility.
DIGIVICE
Physical Description: A special edition old note-taker (touchscreen) manufactured in the form of a pokedex. Since its purchase, the device has done nothing but malfunction.
Special Characteristics: Automatically takes notes on any previously encountered digimon. Can communicate with other digivices.
Personality: (Basic RP stuff. At least a paragraph) Appearance: (Specifically anything special about your pokemon that is unique to them) Starting Moveset: (Again, reasonable for your pokemon, and unless I approve otherwise, you start at lv 5. And no, Mayonnaise is not a pokemon move. Moves dont matter as much in this RP.) Misc: (Anything that you want to include that doesn't fit above goes here)
