Some scientist from the overrated university of Harvard recently published a paper on men’s atypical love of large breasts on women. Yeah, flawed already. That’s not atypical. Just look at 3movs.

Glad to see this was restarted. What nations are taken/free?

No nations chum, this one is strictly character.
As for characters we have 2 Welsh nobles and an upcoming English Knight.
All AI's and NPC's are under my control also.
Although we still just have two Welsh and an Englishman you can still create that Scotsman I assume you were working on, since you referenced a claymore before.

Anyway, in order to create your character you must first tell me what kind of character you want to create so I can provide you with a custom CS befitting your character.
Be specific about what kind of character you want it to be.

For example;
-Scottish Knight
-Welsh Duchess
-English Outlaw
ect.
It's already up, here's a link to it, again, we just need ONE more player and we can get started! roleplayerguild.com/topics/151151-knig..

APRIL, 1256 A.D.
LONDON ENGLAND

No one that would call them self a citizen of London would ever guess that England was rife with insurgency and was plagued with war on her Welsh and Irish fronts both, as well as having overly sour relations with their Scottish neighbors.
Despite the chaos that raged on outside of London's walls across the countryside of England and beyond, the capital itself seemed as serene and calm as it could ever be.
Children frolicked and played throughout the streets and alleys, vendors and entertainers were spread along the cities' cobblestone streets and sidewalks in all form and variety.
Jugglers, minstrels, dance performers, jesters, and so on, providing the citizens of the city, noble and peasant alike, with a joyous amount of entertainment.
While the vendors and merchants sold the people wares, supplies, food, and other luxuries.
The city streets were also filled with wide assortments of patrons, from nobles to peasants to soldiers and so forth.

Combine all of this with the warm beautiful weather and the grand majesty of the capital city, and it could almost make one forget about the countries' looming issues, dangers, and drawbacks.
Except for one person of course though, that one person being King Henry the Third, monarch of England and also one of England's most unpopular kings as of recent, mostly amongst the peasants and lower class nobles, although many of England's wealthier class did not care for King Henry either.

Henry himself now sat in his throne room, within the massive citadel like fortress that sat comfortably in the exact center of London.
He was sitting in an unrelaxed and tense position, leaned forward with half of his behind hanging off of the eloquently designed and well built throne, which sat snugly against the wall of the massive throne room, which bore towering walls, ten foot stained glass windows, and green tiled flooring.
Henry wore his traditional red robe and his golden grown embedded with jewels. His beard and hair were neatly trimmed and well managed.
Despite his crisp appearance, Henry's face bore an expression that was cross-bred of irritation, uncertainty, and defiance.

Standing before him was a small congregation that consisted of several of his advisors, generals, and a few Knights as well, one of them being the ever famed
Sir Rodney Ambrose.
Sir Ambrose was amongst one of Henry's most trusted knight commanders. He was cruel, worldly, and wicked, but was also a skilled soldier and excellent strategist and field commander.
He and the small group of commanders and advisors had been here before King Henry for a good hour now, discussing with him the situation of the Welsh insurgency to the west as well as the rising tensions in Ireland.

"Your Majesty,"Sir Rodney spoke, his voice smooth and low,"it is more than obvious that crushing Llewelyn ap Gruffydd and his armies and annexing Wales is our first main goal, there is no disagreement there, but I differ in opinion when you say that the efforts of the traitorous Simon de Montfort are of no concern. He has far more support than you think My Lord.We must arrest him and insure that he causes no more discontent amongst the commoners and his fellow nobles. He could very possibly initiate a full bore rebellion, and right now we have not the spare resources to curtail rebels what with Llewelyn mustering his forces along our borders."

Henry gazed intently back at Sir Rodney and responded with equal vigor,"Rodney, you are amongst my most trusted and well reliable retainers and I consider you to be a very competent and intelligent man, but I assure you, Lord Simon de Montfort, despite what you think, is no new age revolutionary that could throw England into chaos. He is not but a loud mouthed noble who is not very content with his current status and wants more power than he could probably handle. But don't concern yourself, I have spies and some of my most loyal captains keeping their eyes on him.I assure you, he has not gone unnoticed, and if his slander against me continues he will face the gallows. But again, right now, our biggest concern is the Welsh uprising and the Irish chieftains continued efforts to overthrow our rule over Ireland."

Sir Rodney stifled a groan of aggravation and bowed deeply to Henry, saying,"Yes Your Majesty, so what are your orders for me?"

Henry slowly leaned back and slid properly into position on his throne before speaking,"Gather and supply your forces immediately and combine them with those granted to you by Edward.
You will depart tomorrow and march for Montgomery, it shall be the first Welsh city to fall.We will catch them flat footed."Henry finished with a slight smile.

"As you will, My Lord."Ambrose said raising up.
He and his fellow knights all turned and departed from Henry, heading for the far door, leaving Henry alone with his regally robed circle of advisors, who all still stood before him.

He turned his gaze to the one closest to him, a shorter, older man garbed in dark blue and red garments with a curly gray beard and a near bald head, a man named Aston Penway.

Henry spoke to him with a commanding tone,"Ensure that my emissaries leave early and swiftly tomorrow for Edinburgh."
"Yes, My Lord."Aston replied bowing slightly.

"Has Lord Rufus departed yet for Ireland with his army?"Henry also demanded.
"Yes, Sire, yesterday afternoon in fact."Aston stated.

"Good."Henry said with a nod, casually turning his gaze toward one of the stained glass windows nearby.
After Lord Rufus crushed Brian O'Connor and his brother, they could then aid in suppressing the Welsh by utilizing the Irish Sea for their invasion of Caernavon, thereby effectively annexing Wales and crushing any further thoughts of Welsh independence.

Spring, 1256 A.D.

Britannia, a realm of emerald isles, since the the age of the Roman Empire up to the present day, no king or emperor has called these lands his own.
Five Kings now stand ready to do battle for this elusive realm.
They will make Britannia theirs, or die in the attempt.

ENGLAND...

The decisive leadership of past Kings and nobles has won England control over much of the British Isles. The price of their successful expansion however, is the resistance which now grows amongst the people they have subjugated, and of more concern from within their own ranks.

Many Welsh people living under English rule are becoming increasingly insubordinate. Self declared King of Wales, Llywelyn, who is also leader of the organized Welsh resistance, is a man the English would surely like to deliver a quick death to, in the hopes of quashing his rebellion before it gains further momentum. Should the situation erupt into all out war, the Welsh mastery of the Longbow will be something of a concern for the English as they will need to counter its range and power with plenty of heavy infantry.

Across the Irish Sea, Brian O’Connor, the man recently elected King of Ireland by his fellow chieftains, has emerged as a serious threat to English interests in Ireland. England’s armoured spearmen are able to negate the powerful Irish cavalry; never the less the English should not underestimate the armies of Ireland.

To the north, Scotland remains a considerable power, one which is currently able to cause England the most damage should they choose to attack, however this is not likely an immediate threat as King Alexander is married to Henry’s daughter Margaret. The Scottish people also have their hands full dealing with Norwegian Vikings. These same Vikings are of little immediate concern to England, that is however unless they attempt to recreate the journey their ancestors once took and look to recapture York. Should they decide to invade, they will find the English people are much more organised and powerful than they used to be.

Perhaps the greatest concern for the English King at present is the growing unrest amongst the powerful English barons, who have recently been spurred on by the traitorous actions of Simon de Montfort, a fire brand amongst the nobles with no love for Henry or his son Edward. The English King must ensure public order remains high in his settlements whilst looking to put down the untimely rebellions of the Welsh and Irish peoples.

Total control of Britannia is within grasp of the English people, it would be a shame to see them falter as they are so near to achieving their goal.

WALES...

Determined to prevent the ongoing English encroachment into Welsh territory, Llewelyn ap Gruffydd has now declared himself King of Wales, and with the help of his brother Daydd, recently succeeded in liberating the people of Gwynedd Is Conwy from their English overlords. With these defiant acts, Llewelyns intentions are now apparent to all, and open warfare on the Welsh English border is nigh.

Llewelyns greatest strength is his ability to unify the Welsh people, something which the English nobles are most aware of, and they will surely seek to end his life as quickly as possible in an effort to break the spirit of the Welsh people who follow him. As Welsh armies are primarily comprised of light infantry and archers, their generals will need to employ clever tactics to ensure their forces can overcome the armoured juggernaught that is England.

If Llewelyn is successful in ending the English threat to Wales, many believe he will not simply be content with this victory, and will instead look to ensure the Welsh people are never again threatened by another faction of the British Isles.

SCOTLAND...

With seemingly more Norwegian forces arriving on his northern doorstep every day and a precarious relationship with the power hungry English to the south, the Scottish King currently finds himself in a tenuous situation. While the Kings wife may be an English princess, it would seem England’s desire to conquer Ireland and control Wales has spread their armies thinly about the Isle, therefore if the chance to re-capture former Scottish territories to the south should arise, the King must be alive to the opportunity.

Scotland will also need to consider their diplomatic options when dealing with the Norwegian and English peoples, as it would be unfortunate and potentially fatal for Scotland to become involved in wars on two fronts. As an alternative, an early, pre-emptive invasion of Ireland or Wales may give Scotland the upper hand they need to press on and deal the powerful English a severe blow.

NORWAY...

Norway has used its considerable naval power to control the Isle of Man and Orkney Islands for many decades now and has only recently shown interest in establishing a greater presence on the Scottish mainland. While King Haakon remains in Norway, dealing with issues at home, he has placed his son Magnus Haakonsson in charge of the war effort in Britannia.

As the Norwegian people look to establish a foothold on the British mainland, they may choose to adopt their traditional naval raiding approach of surprising and sacking poorly defended settlements, before returning to the ocean as quickly as they appeared.

Scotland is Norways first obvious target for expansion, however it may be in their best interest to assault the east coast of England or Northern Ireland, as the factions in these regions will surely be distracted with their own war efforts.

IRELAND...

England’s invasion of Ireland which began some one hundred years ago is still well under way. English lords have now divided up sections of their Irish conquest amongst themselves, each ruling his section mostly independently, as their King now focuses his attention on issues closer to home.

The Irish chieftains have determined their best chance of driving the English from their lands is to throw their support behind one man, fellow chieftain Brian O’Connor, who they have recently appointed King of Ireland. As their English overlords are no longer unified, the Irish people ready themselves for conflict under the banner of their new King, confident that once they reclaim their own lands, they are more than capable of taking the fight to England and beyond.

Bump.
Hey, Hello, Hi-Hi!

Greetings and welcome, I am Snake Face, but you may call me Snake(or Solid Snake), and, as you can see, I am interested in doing a 1x1 or even a small group RP of 2-3 people.
This RP will be set during the high point of the Medieval Era, so from 1066 A.D. to 1400 A.D.

I it will obviously be a character RP, meaning each player will create and control the actions, reactions, fate, and ultimate destiny of their character.
I will control my own created character as well as all NPC's and AI's, as I am the host.Basically, if this were a video game, I would be the CPU.

Now, then let's go over some details;

PLOT/SETTING/STORYLINE
I have several different historical scenarios in mind, below are several of them, however, I'm am a huge medieval history nerd, so I'm open to potential plot suggestions and whatnot. So if you have a particular point in the medieval era that you would like to be apart of, speak up, don't be bashful. :p

-1066 The Battle of Hastings and the Norman Conquest of England
-1096 The First Crusade
-1189 The King's Crusade, or the Third Crusade
-1256 The Welsh Campaign by England, in it's attempt to annex Wales.
-1190-1290 The Baltic Crusades against the Pagan and Orthodox nations by the Teutonic Knight Order and it's Polish and Holy Roman Allies
-1100-1400 The Spanish Reconquista against the Muslim Berber Moors, preferably around the period of El Cid in 1080.

MY STYLE OF RP'ing
I prefer a more advanced style, but I'm willing and more than capable of working with casual RP'ers as well.
My personal rule is simple; nothing short of seven sentences in a post at minimum, even during a battle or duel or whatever.

POSTING FREQUENCY
At least 2-3 posts a day at any time, and preferably a partner that's on at least an hour day, even if it's at night.
However I'm willing to flexible with this and work things around and out.
I'm also very understandable with busy schedules and off-days, just let me know ahead of time please. :)

If you have any other questions feel free and inclined to ask me!
Further details about plot and character development, post detail and overall RP mechanics will be explained once I'm contacted by those who are interested.

I await eagerly. :)

lol dude stop being so melodramatic

As someone who NRPs a lot, I am going to tell you that you are rushing everything. NRPs are overall a lot slower than traditional RPs, its not unheard of for them to take a week to get anywhere. I've had RPs where they sit dead for like a week give or take before they explode/gain a lot of attention.

Also, get used to the fact that your own RPs will die, all RPs die at some point, its an inevitability. Circle of life and all, don't let it put you down.

I'm not really considering myself being melo-dramatic, I'm just not going to waste my time, keeping this alive and keeping my hopes up would be.

A legitimate example of this would be just last week on a different RP site, I booted up an RP I had spent 3-4 daysworking on.A totally original Sci-Fi RP with in depth detail and lore.I stayed up late one or two nights even to work on it a bit.
I kept it alive for 7 days total, so a week.
The RP site itself had 2.5 million registered users and on average 500 on at one time.
I got 1 signup and 1 tag.

Then, when I lost hope and killed it, I get flooded with messages and posts like yours, "Oh be patient and keep it alive and give us a chance to do this and blah-blah-blah"
I'm sorry but the reality of it is is that what you described rarely happens.

So what I've learned, other than NEVER EVER pour so much time and heart into an RP like I did last week ever again, is that if it doesn't light up in a few days, don't expect much if anything.

Again, I'm not trying to be melodramatic, just realistic.
