the truth is, everyone has a thing for cat girls. the question or not is whether if one is self-aware. once awareness has been reached, the possibilities of anthro-girls are limitless. such is the way

I'm still not sure how big of a group I'm looking for, though my current plan would allow for no small number of people. Heck, with my current plan, I could have one person roleplaying every important member on base. So far this is my list for the available slots:

Of course, if you have any suggestions, feel free to voice them. As it stands, this RP could potentially have as many characters as there can be, so in the long run I'll probably need some help running it. ><''
War isn't just about the soldiers fighting the front. They do most of the dirty work, for sure, but you need people in the rear to make sure things don't go to shit once the front moves on. This RP won't have us playing the role of special forces working in the enemy rear, or even regular troops fighting on the frontlines. Rather, we'll all be rear-line troops working to keep the peace. Or to find a way to get out of doing work. Or just to avoid dying of boredom.

I won't be looking for too much seriousness in this RP. There won't be an overarching story, and rather this RP would focus on our characters interacting with one another and dealing with the problems that come with an extended deployment with minimal action. There will be the occasional military operation, but I'll do my best to keep this from becoming a bog-standard military RP.

Given the scale of this RP, I can theoretically have any number of people in on this, but for starters I'd like to fill up one section (one squad) of infantry, and then we can probably work from there. One section would include:

- Section Commander
- Section 2IC
- Support Gunner X2
- Grenadier
- Anti-Vehicular Gunner
- Rifleman X2

I'm open to having civilian characters as well, but for now I'd be happy having the above slots filled up.
Awesome! Do you want to continue discussing here or take it to PMs?
Wow, I'm in almost the exact same situation. Haven't written anything for months, close to a year. I'm really into worldbuilding and everything related to it (especially language creation, but that's a whole other can of worms right there). What's your preferred post rate, though? I'm afraid my work schedule is about rigid as water, so I won't be able to promise any sort of regular posting schedule.
I'm kinda interested in the Ghostbusting one, though my knowledge of the paranormal is limited to my country.
'Sup fellas.

I was a not-so-regular member here a little over a year ago, but I left after I got drafted into the army. Up until recently, this site didn't really cross my mind, and I admittedly lost some interest in roleplaying and writing in general, but I guess you could say that I recovered from that downward spiral. I'm hoping that doing some roleplaying would give my the motivation to do some writing instead of staring at a blank word document and trying to force words to appear by sheer power of will.

Anyway, as mentioned above, I'm in the armed forces, though not for much longer; my term ends this September. After that, I'm a free man until I find a job or miraculously get accepted into a university. For now, I'm just sitting around in camp waiting for things to happen five days a week.
