Anyways.... im sure you have questions. I promise you that I will answer them all to the best of my abilities. But given the information and its source, and the limited ammount of evidence on either side of these claims, I decided it would be best to run some numbers regarding probability..... there is well above a non-zero percent chance that everything provided is factual to some degree.

Thank you. Im sorry for making sich a big deal about this, but you'll understand later. Before I go any further, lets talk baout how to handle this threat. My informant regarding this situation also has, conviently, a way to eliminate it as well. A machine that can kill a soul within a body. If this machine is used correctly, we can target, eliminate the Leader's soul, and leave the vessel's original soul intact. Now..... onto the identity of the vessel...
