"What?" She tilted her head, wiping away a bit more blood that dribbled out of her mouth before swallowing a bit more blood. She had 't realized she'd drank so much.
"Nope." She responded simply.
She shakily lifted a hand and wiped her mouth, leaving a trail of blood. She blinked at it. "Oh. It's not mine."
Riyu tried to pull back, but was stopped by a pillow. She hissed, her fangs poking out. Said fangs were dripping blood that was not her own.
Riyu flinched back by default. "I- I-" she stammered, falling backward back onto the couch. She was too weak to form a coherent sentence.
Eventually, Riyu blinked awake, groaning and slowly sitting. She looked terrible, her skin pale and dark circles under her eyes. She startled when she saw Axel then relaxed as she realized who it was.
Riyu didn't wake for a very long time, which was normal. Every few minutes, blood would dribble from her mouth and nose, sometimes even dripping from her closed eyes. It wasn't bad, but simply a normal side effect of her hybrid.
