Almost anything. As long as it is mechanical and has metal. If it needs another component that isn’t metal, you would have to obtain that yourself.

Better versions of appliances and machines that I had to work with. With most machines and gadgets, I can take them apart and essentially ingrain them into my memory of how to build them. Depending on the complexity and amount of parts a machine has, the longer it takes.
