The systems here are so convoluted, it's really hard to tell what he is or isn't doing. I at least know that the magic used to power these labs is still out there somewhere. I couldn't tell you much beyond that, though.

You can tell when they've locked down, and one of me goes to the labs often enough to know. But to answer your question, I'm afraid I don't know. It just means that whatever happened, he can't control the labs, and took most of their magic supply with him.
