Fitness Freak - Physically, Jermija is at his prime and has a well devolped body
Mental Skills - Years of planning and tactical advice has allowed Jermija to be honed for even the toughest of mental equations
Weapons Training - Weather it be a handgun to a rifle, Jermija is trained in all kinds of weaponary
Born Leader - Jermija is known to be able to tactically command large groups of people, a reputation he's devolped.

Weaknesses:

Unforgivening - Jermija is one of those people that holds a grudge for a long time. If you mess up in a big way your relationship with him goes down the drain
Reckless - When it comes to battle situations or military operations, he only has one goal. To complete the objective. He doesn't care of what gets in his way and will fight for it.
Impatient - Jermija wants things done quick and fast, and isn't a fan of delays.
Light Sleeper - Getting 7 hours of sleep for Jermija is a mission in itselfs, and he often has bursts of 2-4 hours of sleep. Mainly due to the events of November 12th

Bio:

Jermija Turov, born in the Rosin Federation.

Military and Jermija are two things that go together. For most of his life Jermija has been a military man. Ever since he was the age of 16 Jermija has had a drive to succeed in the military. On his tests scores and his various other training exercises he has been described has a class above his peers.

However in battle he's a different man, which was proven over the years of operations for the Rosin Federation.

Various operations he was deployed to, which got him his rank and his reputation inside of the military, but there's one notable one. Historically it's labelled as the November 12th incident which involved the head of a Martian Crime Syndicate by the name of Al Khareem.

Al Khareem was known for his drug operation on Mars. But also known for Human Trafficking and Prostitution. Taking girls from various parts of earth's and either moving them onto space stations or other places on earth. This came to light when a prostitute was found dead in a Rosin Federation outpost near to the ruins of Russia. After an inquiry and some investigation the drugs and the girls were located to Al Khareem and his syndicate. His pockets deep so a military investigation ensued, under command of Jermija.

Jermija during the first few months made great ground, various brothels, drug houses were shut down however he hit a dead end. Al Khareem during one of the raids managed to escape to Mars. The Federation was plagued with a choice. Either inform the Martians of the Federations operatives arrive, risk Al Khareem know (Rumors of a Martian official in the pockets of Khareem were swirling) or go in deep cover. The brass chocie the later and they went into Mars deep cover.

To lure our Khareem, a few brothels were hit. They made it seem like a rival group was targeting Khareem's operations for him to agree to the meet, and so he did... on November 12th.

The day of the meet happened, Jermija was with two other men. His crew had take up positions at the meeting spot a few moments earlier and had the tactical advantage.. or so they thought. Police cruisers arrived and even a helicopter. The rumors were correct, Al Khareem sent a hit squad out.. of corrupt police. Jermija's crew managed to fight and break free, but he lost a few good men that day. The Federation backed his full report and his crew also. The issue to this day remains a hotbed for discussion, but also Khareem's whereabouts are unknown..

Species Descriptions:

Dorok’s - Buckly, well built creatures. Skin color varies depending on enviorment they grew up in. City Dorok’s are green, Rural Dorok’s are a greenish yellow, northern Dorok’s are a bit greenish white. Stronger strength than humans but also stronger strength potential compared to humans. Intelligence wise there below human capabtlies but some smart Dorok’s do exist. Dorok teeth are more sharper in the front but dull in the back.

Gahjin’s - Elfish like creatures. Slim frames and bodies and known for the their weak immune system and being extremely fragile. However extremely agile, more improved senses than Humans or Dorok’s. Skin is a golden yellow, with hair being mostly bright blonde, red or orange.

Fien’s - Reptile like apperances. Known for their resistance to harsh environments and resistance to disease and poison. However have short life spans of under 30 human years average. Reptile skin patterns vary in color, with females having colors of blue, purple and red while males having green, orange and yellow.

Green Trading Partners and Protection group is a diverse organization. With our trading interests mainly in the sugar, wine, selling swords and sets of armor and extoic animal skins while we offer a great protection wing. Having a well built fleet of ships, a sizeable detachment of men willing to protect your every caravan our group is diverse (Excerpt from a paper on a notice board)

Faction History:

Not much is known about the dock boys

Official records of Green Trading and Protection exist, but these records are vague and often really don’t explain the whole story of what really goes on behind the scenes.
What is known is they began to exist roughly 40 years ago as as trading outfit with protection services. Armed mercenaries for convoy’s or boats for boats saying away were some of their notable services of “protection”. Trading wise there major goods were sugar, rum, skins of rhinos and other extotic animal skins. In the community the organization was cited of being a place where people could find a decent job, and earn above average money.

Yet shady occurrences began to occur. The first was during the signing off the Animal Protection Act. In short the act gave knights, other armed servicemen commissioned by the government funding to protect extoic animals and to have a “poaching defense force” per say. This didn’t sit well with various factions and lobbying began. Attempts failed and a lot of the poaching houses went underground or defunct. What was interesting however was Sir Gerald Isaiah, one of the leading proponents of the act disappeared 3 days after the appeal process was formally completed. Investigations ensued before Gerald’s body was found in a butcher shop basement, chopped up into pieces.Theories ensued but what happened afterwards was political backing of the act was slowly diminished, with a lot of the politicians fearing for their lives

Many more occurrences have occurred. The rumors in the city are that Green Trading and Protection are known for accepting hired hits, information gathering/spies, extorting small businesses and burning down undesirable competition to get land deeds and other important documents. Slavery of both human and non-human kinds. The rumors of booze smuggling that’s over the legal limit for acceptable alcohol content (Which is 60%) but also of drug manufacturing. The only serious attempt to take down or bring the truth about the company was by Captian Jermiah Wilkerson. Jermiah was known to be involved in a sex scandal involving an underage girl who to this day he admits was a setup by the trading company. HIs credibility has gone down and all of his case files have disappeared on the matter.

Important Characters:

“J” - Leader, Human. Goes by J and none of his faction know his real name.
Natalia Estrada - Human, head of prositiution.
Jahman Forrisk - Dorok Male, known to be the right hand man to J. In charge of drug smuggling ring.
Lee Frock - Gahjin Male, known to run the “problem solvers”
Tarreek Gzar - Fien Male, Head of the fleet of ships, and naval hunting.
