Maldito, you people sure like misunderstandings dont you?" She slipped her cuff off, put the other one on and pressed the button. Armor slid up to her shoulder with a click. Val grinned. "Yes! It works!" She looked at the girl in the doorway. "This is cool sí?" She laughed. "This works very well. lightweight, flexible and easy to wear. This is the best I've done sofar ." She pressed the button and the armor slid down again. She tossed the cuffs to Shay. "If you wear both and press the button both will click into place." She told him.

Val sighed. "Are we gonna get going or what? We are supposed to be on a quest." She ooked over at the wine god. "Hey Mr.D can i have a bag of those cheetos por favor?"

She set her back pack on the table, moving the crystal out of her way so she could work on the armor Shay was letting her make for him. She took her tools and a pair of unmodified cuffs out and began working on them. She cursed when the crystal somehiw goy in her way. "Madre de dios! keep that damned thing out of my my way you hijo de putas! If you mess me up, you could ruin the whole set! Maldito!" She growled at them and went back to work.
