Masae nodded to the old man. "It is nice to meet you, Akita-san," she tried to be very careful with her words, pausing to make sure if she said that right or not. They were in a game, but Masae wondered if she really needed to take real life manners into the virtual world. Quietly, she followed Akita and Yukizawa, though she didn't really see the two follow them. Maybe they went off to do something else...after all, the two were too old or too young to fully defend themselves.

But at the same time, it didn't feel right for her to just leave them there, and checked the map while she walked, checking any nearly villagers. If they were for it, the three...or four, if Jax was still around and interested, the party could set off for Horunka the next morning. They had to buy a few healing items and food for the trip, though. "Should we share one room's rent, or have two separate rooms? I mean, if you're fine with it, I can sleep in the same room," she asked. Honestly, she was willing to share rooms, just to have the feeling of company, but she doubted they would let a strange bunk with them. "The starting city inn rooms are pretty cheap."
One look away, and the issue quickly went into a full stop when Chip jumped in and did a Sand Attack; the Nidoran ran off, and Levita sighed. Probably not the best way to deal with things, but it was a way nonetheless. She returned her smile and pulled on her bags. "I'm pretty certain two-thirds of our team aren't guys, Anth," she commented. "And yeah...good luck on your mission. Speaking of such...we haven't picked one yet!"

Soon after, Rebecca made a quick introduction to their team, and Levita grinned widely in response. The slogan sounded even more witty when they made an entrance - maybe they should shout it out in front of some outlaws. Oh...the possibilities were exciting her! The merry Drifloon floated towards the bulletin board to pick out a mission...before an icy arm blocked her way and took out one first. "Ahem," the Vanillite muttered, scribbling his name on the mission sheet, which read: "Accepted by: Sherbet."

Levita frowned and stared down at "Sherbet". Ugh...him again... she thought to herself, before noticing something curious; several of the mission sheets were scribbled with names or team names. That was pretty smart, organizing the missions like that instead of just pulling it off the wall, but right now, Levita was more concerned with the rude behavior of the icicle Pokémon. "Hey! That was our mission!" she exclaimed.

Sherbet glanced back at her and twirled the marker (no fingers?) around his hand. "Oh? Well, one, I don't see your name on it, and two, I'm assuming you're a new team, which means you have zero missions accomplished and are not allowed to pick a three-star mission. Unfortunately, I've been here for several weeks and have a passing mission record, so start at the basics or don't start at all," he replied, copying down the mission on the board on a small notepad and sliding away.

Levita muttered to herself as he left; all the Vanillite seemed to do was appear, then disappear. But...he did make a point. They were a new team, and they needed to start small. Most of the missions were taken, however. "Oh...here's one!" she declared to Chip and Rebecca. "Dropped some papers around the plains. Help me pick up some for reward of 200 Poké. -de la Passant."

She glanced at the two before writing the team name down on the paper. "Strange name there. You two ready for a mission?"
Levita stopped and turned back to Anthony, nearly sputtering out in shock. The Goomy could say all he wants, but the idea is still there; the orbs were basically weapons of mass destruction. It sounded insane, but she doubted that he would intentionally make up stories, otherwise Static won't be so riled up about it.

As for Static and the Nidoran, she didn't feel like intervening, not when there's electricity involved. The Thundershock narrowly missed her, adding to her reluctance. "Hey, watch out there, Reb! I don't...do very well with discharges," she warned, moving away from the two. "And, you know, trying to attack a Nidoran possessing said so-called Light Orb isn't a very good idea if you're trying to preserve the balance of the world."

The balloon Pokémon sighed. "It's just a big misunderstanding, all right? How about we interrogate her, without bringing the whole place down, and see what is going on here? Where are the other orbs? And are there any particular big-bad villain who wants to possess that?" she asked Anthony again...hey, if there's weapons of mass destruction involved, there definitely is someone who wants it for their own benefit.

Thats not really the main point. Its more of how some people are waaaaaaaaay ahead of us already.

Honestly I was a bit late to the RP to begin with, so you can place the blame on someone. xD
@Animus

15 minutes in? I already set it as about an hour or two after the announcement, so we probably got our time messed up.

An hour in won't be improable. Took Klein and his friends in-game to get together some time, so there's no reason to believe that some hundred people were lingering around the square.
For the whole night, Levita never seemed to grow tired; in fact, she was all the more energized during this time. During their night-long conversation, the Drifloon has learned of the Goomy's name - Anthony - and had completely forgotten about "asking" him. She was a bit surprised the gooey dragon Pokémon didn't fall asleep by now, and when he got onto the question of missing out of morning calls, Levita suddenly jumped up. Morning chant! I almost forgot about that! "Umm...from first impressions, the guild is pretty chaotic and wild, but I guess we have individuality over order," Levita replied after some thought. "I'm not advocating for any guild...they all have their pros and cons, but what really matters is getting through problems. As a team."

After finishing her explanation, she felt a presence...and turned to the Sableye nearby her. Ugh. These crystal-eyed dolls or something give me the creeps sometimes, she thought; she lightened up, however, when he greeted them. Anthony quickly introduced her for him, and she gave a friendly wave back. "Yes. Nice to meet you, Xeno," she greeted, stretching her arm strands. "Actually, I may have to go soon. My team is probably waking up by now, and I promised one of them that we'll be starting a mission today. I hope we'll-"

Suddenly a Pichu jumped out of Anthony's bags, which startled her. Arceus, what's with the Pokémon here? It's like they're all designed to murder me... Anthony introduced him as Static, who was currently rambling about some Light Orb that the female Nidoran had. "Important mission? Light Orb?" she repeated. The idea of them being some undercover agents or guardians of the world sounded improbable and humorous, and Levita moved away, hoping not to get involved in this drama.

But her fellow team members, who had just recently arrived on the scene, did get involved. And finally...the Nincada revealed his name! In a third-person style, though. He didn't seem to happy; Levita didn't believe the commotion was that loud, but then again, Nincadas, like many bug Pokemon, had profound senses of hearing, which would have made a bit of sense. Rebecca came to the scene as well and greeted her, and the balloon Pokémon glanced back at her.

"Um...I was out for the whole night. It's virtually impossible for me to sleep in the dark. Ghost, remember?" she replied. "Can't starve, can't die from dehydration, and I'm more active in the night. As for the Light Orb..." Levita floated toward the three and swiftly casted a Tailwind to blow the them back.

"Alright, we need to all calm down here. First of all, what is this Light Orb and Guardian whatever, and secondly, I doubt such legendary material is on a regular Nidoran like her. She doesn't even know what's going on, and I don't know what's going on, and can we talk like civilized Pokémon?"

Masae exhaled when the two family members, old and young, finally reunited. That was one small problem solved...and many more to go. Seeing Hanako cry made her bite her lip and clench her hands when she realized she didn't have any relatives in here to comfort her, and needless to say, Masae desperately needed company in this hellhole. "...Ie-ie, tomdemonai desu. (No, no, it's nothing.) Getting families should be the duty of every player if possible," she replied to both Hanako and her grandfather, giving a slight bow.

Turning to the younger boy (who still hadn't introduced himself), Masae shook her head, rubbing her arms. "You mean YukiHana and Jax?" she asked back; out of politeness, she rather not call Hanako by her first name until she had learned her surname. "No, we just met each other a few minutes ago. I just came back here to look for a party, but after seeing what was happening...I needed to help."

She exhaled and swiped open her menu. "There was this message by someone named 'Lao'Jax' who wanted us to join him in going to the 1st Floor Dungeon. It sounds rather ambitious, but the player does make a bit of a point. We do need to get out of here, no matter the costs," Masae continued, quickly sending a party request to Hanako's grandfather – "Ojii-san".

Finally, Masae went to asking the two. "Anyway...I am Nagayama Masae (surname first). Sorry to ask, but what are the names of you two, Yuki and Ojii-san?"

Right, sorry. Have a lot of RPs to post in on various other sites, so I don't post every day. Doesn't help if the RP is too fast-paced.

Masae bit her lip and looked around; if she wasn't going to answer her, then things were going to be far more difficult. Jax was turning quiet, and so they needed a change of plans. "Yuki, if we can't find your grandpa, we might have to find somewhere to sleep for the night..." she responded to her, expecting the worst to happen.

Only that it didn't, when she heard a nearby "HANAKO!". Immediately, Yuki-Hana jumped up, and she looked around in response. So the girl's real name is Hanako? Either way, Hanako began to call back, and Masae tried to trace where the voice was, slowly moving towards the source. "Yuki...Hanako, follow me," she commanded, moved through the sparse crowd to see...an old man and a man who also appeared around her age. Surely this old man is her "Ojii-san"?

Masae glanced back at Hanako and Jax, if the latter had decided to follow them. "Is this your Ojii-san, Hana?" she asked.

Of course, we are on the first day still so join away!

I can't force the GM to do anything, but honestly, with the massive amounts of players we're accepting in, even those minimal time-skips would be a serious problem if we can't coordinate it well. Not to mention interactions will get very messy.
