I think I'll come back to this relatively soon...but then again, knowing me, I probably won't.
I guess the main point of this is to say: damn, I was gone for over a year from this place. I spent a good bit of inconsistent time on Iwaku, but I kinda missed my roots and the place I originally called home.

I'd first just like to clear any confusion and state that I go by Stein and don't prefer nicknames if I'm not overly familiar with the person.
Secondly, I didn't consider your CS done because of it's format. If you would, please go through and format it according to the skeleton I've laid out, cutting out extraneous information.
Third, I'm not sure how well your hero will be able to hold up in the RP. Will he be able to hold his own against things I throw at him? Without revealing too much, it's safe to assume that I'm going to be giving serious foes if I have powerhouse heroes.

Space out the different abilities, to make it easier to read. Also, and this is more of a note to everyone, try to stick to things that are relevant to the RP. Things that will come up and the like.
The time-warp arrow, what exactly is that? That needs explanation.
The weaknesses should be spaced from the rest.
