Rogk wants to become a very strong warrior, and to defeat any and all challengers.

Who is your mentor?
Orc children in the village: They picked on him for being half human, and he got beat up a lot. However, as time went on, he eventually grew strong enough to fight back, even earning his former bullies' respect. Somewhat.

Class Skills:
- Can wield a battleaxe (though he's still somewhat awkward with one)
- Wrestling
- Has some knowledge of wildlife

Life Skills:
- Can pitch a tent
- Can find water in the wilderness
- Decent cook

Frankly, I'm getting sick of people who's sole purpose on this site seems to be to preach in some way about gay rights (i.e. beating us all over the head with the fact that their character is gay/lez/bi/trans, having some backstory that entirely revolves around that, setting up an RP about how all our characters are suffering from oppression because they're gay, etc.) Look, I'm not gay, I am Christian, and I do not support homosexuality. That being said, I really don't care all that much if you are a homosexual. Fine. That's your choice, and me telling you I disapprove of it is probably going to do very little, if anything, to change you or your decisions, so I won't waste my oxygen. But please, for the love of a decent RP thread, stop trying to smother your fellows with your own personal beliefs. You don't like it when we get all preachy about our beliefs.

tl;dr version: Shut up about gay rights and let's just RP already. I want to have fun, not listen to eloquent whining.

OC RPs, Fandom or Otherwise

I'm a big fan of a lot of things, especially anime. Listed below are things I expect, and things I would like to do.

Expectations:
-- I don't care about length of post, so long as it's got substance.
-- I prefer that you at least post once a day, but I won't rush you; real life takes priority.
-- Please have good grammar. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it's a real turn-off when I have to spend five minutes trying to decipher what you posted.
-- I will do romance, but I won't make it the primary factor. Also, no smut. If we're romancing, at least make it classy.
-- I can play both genders and multiple characters. If you can too, great. If not, not a problem.
-- If you get bored, let me know and we can work on it. We can fix the RP, or we can scrap it, so please don't leave without telling me.
-- I do not like RPs with canon characters. I have bad experiences with fanfiction and I'm not looking forward to repeating it.
-- I will probably come off as rude sometimes, and I'm sorry if I do. I'm not trying to be; I'm just blunt.

"Yo! Ken! Catch!"

"Huh?" Ken turned just in time to see Mai toss a Pokeball to him. He managed to catch it. "I'm gonna go ahead to the city!" Mai hollered. Ken waved back to show that he had heard her, then turned to look down at Froakie.

"Guess we'd better head that way too, buddy," he said.

"Fro."

"After all, the Pokemon around here aren't much of a challenge anymore. We're probably not gonna get any decent training even if we stay here."

"Fro."

"...You don't talk much, do you?"

"Fro." Froakie looked at Ken, then smiled. Ken smiled back. "You mischievous little..." They both laughed and made their way out of the forest. Despite now having a Pokeball, Ken elected not to catch any Pokemon just yet. He wanted his team to be special; a team of Pokemon that really stood out from others. After a brief bit of walking (and a few quick battles with wild Pokemon which, as Ken predicted, had very little impact anymore), the two of them arrived in Santalune. Up ahead, they could see Mai and Enyo already waiting for them, so Ken trotted over.

"Hey, we're here. How'd it go for you two?"

"Eyah!" shrieked Isabelle as the woman seemed to materialize behind her from thin air. In her panic, she accidentally fell back in her chair. She glanced up from the floor at the woman, who introduced herself as Cora. "Hawk won't be happy that you broke his table," she told Vestiago.

"I'll say it was like that when we got here if you will," Isabelle offered, still lying on her back. She was too interested in where things were going to get up right away. She was also very interested in the invisible ink trick. That would come in handy in the future; she'd have to consider asking Ilario about making her some later. She listened as Cora read the note out loud, then sighed.

"Bed, huh? I'm actually all for that," she said. She'd had a long day even before coming here... and she'd only been here a few minutes. "I'll see you guys tomorrow morning." With that, she headed upstairs. Surprisingly (and to her delight), there were enough rooms for everyone to have their own. She took the one closest to the stairs and stepped inside, locking the door behind her.

The room was actually pretty nice. There was a comfy-looking bed (with silk sheets!), a small nightstand, a table and chair in the corner, and a window overlooking the city. Overall, it was simple, but homey. She fell back on the back and sank with an audible sigh into the mattress. It was so comfortable. She might not be a real noble yet, but she was definitely living the high life. Quickly undoing her pigtails, she tucked in and closed her eyes. This was gonna be an incredible experience.

Or it would get her killed. She tried not to think about that.
