Hard to hide it when you're of a certain stature, at some point. It's not like, common knowledge among absolutely everyone, but people do know and they don't go out of their way to hide it.

Well there are checks and balances that aren't that. That's just an icing on the cake kind of thing. I've gotten to meet the heads of all the branches before and they're incredibly nice despite what you'd expect out of people who live that kind of life.

The branch that I’m in is a special one where everyone that’s in it has just got abilities most would call superhuman. It’s the smallest, but the nature of it means everyone gets to do something no matter what. Would be a waste otherwise.

Nah, there’s always some capacity for people with higher capabilities than your average joe to get some action in. That’s why I’m a Captain that you won’t find buried in an office or a base somewhere or something.
