1. Did you read any of the already approved character sheets? Just asking, since Alteir's personality is very similar to Ashara's. I don't mind, having some more well-mannered people around is always nice, but just curious if you were aware or not.

I did read them, and went over them all a good couple of times to make sure I don't overlap with others in terms of characterization, roles in and out of combat, and spot Altair fills amidst the dynamic of the group.
I'm quite aware of the similarities, and I'll make an effort to ensure that, despite her more passive behavior, Altair stands out as her own individual. Nevertheless, I'll rewrite the personality section a bit.

2. Your 'Creator Information' doesn't really add up, to me at least. If Epur paid someone else to make his NPC for him, the he isn't the Creator, he would simply be the "owner" of her. It'd be the person who programmed her who is the actual 'creator', and unless said person was also a member of Bandersnatch, Alteir would actually be an "adopted" MPC. I don't mind this either, it's an interesting idea, but I feel it might be wrong to credit EPur as her creator, when he in fact, didn't create her.

I did put quotations on the 'Creator' in relation to that, but I'll rewrite that section to further illustrate the situation

Appearance

With an elegant dress that leaves fading trails of stardust behind her every step, one would be forgiven for believing Altair belonged to the high-society. This effect is aided by her elven ears and her slender yet glamorous figure, always clad in outfits made of the finest sliks that she could get her hands on. Nevertheless, this is only one facet of the overall visage of the woman.
Even while she stands a hair's width under five feet and nine inches of height, Altair is made to look much taller than that by the length of her skirts, all made to reach the floor and drag slightly behind of her in order to conceal the fact that she's usually levitating in place a few inches above the floor.
To top it all off, there are the more visible aspects of Altair: a smooth skin that's as dark, opaque and cool to the touch like a piece of the nightly firmament and a melodious voice that naturally reverberates and echoes, either unaware or uncaring about the acoustics of the room she's in. Finally, underneath her starry veil there are two sharp eyes all in name and function only: two pools of an unfathomable void that'd resemble a sclera, a void which holds a circular, perpetually shifting nebulous cloud that shines in a prismatic array of colours from the star residing in the center of it all; Altair's irises and pupils are far more stellar as the rest of her is made to be.

Personality: With a gentle smile and a cordial tune, Altair is a woman who carries herself with a dignified air yet remains a very easily approachable person who always makes time in her schedule for those that seek her. Favoring listening over speaking, she's a wonderful chatting partner who'll humor any sort of rambling one may have for her ears and keep it all between the two of them if it's needed. Yet, while permissive, Altair always makes a point to draw a line when it comes to bad manners and uncouth behavior; the elven woman prefering that both herself and anyone who she's with handle themselves as proper ladies and gentlemen. To a stranger, this welcoming woman will always appear to be at an arm's distance at least; Altair rarely lets anyone connect too deeply with her.

Despite this, she's known to be permissive with those she's grown acquaintanced with, tolerating the many quirks of the colourful members of Bandersnatch with boundless patience and even doting on some of them at times. The well-being and insterests of her compatriots is placed very highly within her priorities, to the point of sometimes scolding and lecturing those who've misbehaved or failed to take the thoughts and emotions of others in consideration, and she's often the one acting as a mediator between the several NPCs of the guild or voicing their thoughts as a collective should any situation arise.

Notable Equipment:

• Veil of the Everlasting Firmament: Worn over her eyes, this piece of fabric seems to be made with a piece of the night itself, as it shows a slowly moving starry sky and nothing else. Aside from granting immunity to gaze effects for as long as it's worn, it is a purely cosmetic item.
• Compendium of the Celestial: Taking the shape of a transluscent scroll of parchment, the Compendium allows its user to not only record any spells they know in it, but also lets the user channel several spells at once. As an additional effect, it reduces both mana cost and casting time of spells.
• Crystallized Starfall: A glimmring pendant that she wears on her chest, this charm greatly reduces the chances of magical effects interrupting channelings or impeding the wearer's ability to cast spells. It also doubles the amount of projectiles the user's spells create.

"Creator" Information: EPurSiMuove - Not unlike Altair herself, EPur, as he was known by, was a person who played with his cards close to his chest. Unlike Altair, however, this was because he was cold and silent like a gravestone; his method of communications were so concise and brief that a wager was established whether he would ever say more than ten words in a single phrase, since he would hardly give any responses other that neutral agreements. A person that generally went with the flow of what was happening, EPur also had a reputation of laziness and scatterbrained thinking, often failing to take in account several elements in the equation and diving headfirst into trouble, events that resulted in disasters that he'd, by sheer luck or miracle, end up unscathed from. These situations, alongside EPurSiMuove's deadpan and unflappable answers when inquired about what happened, made him into a recurring character in some of the most memorable stories of Bandersnatch.

One late night, whilst commenting on the topics of NPCs and the way they could be used, the user known as Kiss My Axe started talking about how useful Kath had been to him ever since she had been created. Legends speak that this caused a mythical phrase to be uttered before the one who spoke it logged off for some time: "huh, sounds nifty". Almost a month and half later of radio silence; after having looked up guides and tutorials; after experimenting time and time again; and after finally succumbing and paying Dr.Drd to more or less walk him through the more difficult parts of creating an NPC, EPurSiMuove reappeared one day, without any warning, with Altair on tow. Defining the end of that wager that had been previously made, he went on to explain that he wanted an NPC to help him "play the game properly", so he had made Altair to be his personal voice of reason and to remind him to put some order in his inventory. As it turned out, she excelled at this task at such a level that EPur allowed others to ask her for help should they need it, something that escalated to the point of him suggestion Altair to take the administrative functions of the guild so that the rest of them could focus on other things.

Dominion: Chapter III: Antikythera Mathematikoi

Dubbed "the Observatory" by EPurSiMuove after people failed to type the name of the room correctly several times, this room can be best described as a miniature replica of the cosmos: Devoid of anything but small celestial objects roaming about the vast, empty space. Planets and stars of varied sizes travel the expanse of the room with no fixed trajectory, at times colliding with one another and allowing those within the room to witness a miniature extinction-level event. The doors, made of a white, impeccable marble, appear to float in the middle of this nothingness as the entirety of the inner side of the walls has been enchanted to be one large portal connected with itself, allowing the objects that travel from one side to emerge in the opposite end of the room whilst maintaining any momentum and trajectory they have.

The cherry on top of all of this is the fact that, once intruders make their way into the room, the natural gravity of the room is overriden and the enviroment effectively becomes a Zero-G enviroment, turning ranged combat into an impossibility as any projectile that doesn't hit its mark is, potentially, an instance of friendly fire. With the different celestial bodies moving unimpeded in the expanse of this localized cosmos and the confusion of a highly altered movement, the main danger to any party attempting to trespass the Chapter comes from Altair herself, who'll waste no time to unleash barrage after barrage of magical artillery onto the party, taking advantage of the unfamiliar enviroment and possibilities of multi-lateral assault to decimate the enemy.

Rather than using minions, Altair uses a mana well that greatly increases her mana and health regeneration rates alongside several planets enchanted to implode into an ephemeral gravitational well once touched by a hostile party, pulling anything and anyone nearby close together to fall prey to Altair's larger spells. The stars, in turn, are wired to explode in a burst of flame once striken, doing the opposite than the aformentioned planets and pushing people away.

When the Chateau is not being invaded, all this menagerie of astral objects is secluded to the top of the Observatory as to not be a bother, and the room can be used for its true purpose of a resting, leisure and briefing spot: the floor will be covered by a glass-like surface to allow anyone to walk through the room, and any sort of furniture needed can be manifested within here, as long as it's got a mundane purpose. Flat surfaces will be made of solidified space with a visual effect like that of Altair's veil and the texture of smooth stone.

Alright, I'll get working on a sheet. The general idea would be an elven, mother-type caster focused on AoE debuffing and DPS who's themed around cosmic events and spatial manipulation. The Chapter would be a large, empty room resembling a miniature section of space, with its own scaled down celestial bodies moving about. The main gimmicks of the Chapter are that there is no normal gravity within the room besides that of some miniature suns and planets; the aformentioned celestial bodies serving as constant, enviromental hazards; and that, due to a spatial enchantment, the room loops indefinitely with itself, creating a seemingly endless space.

Whilst the trip to Shade Academy was farily peaceful and uneventful, it was the arrival that made Aqua roll her eyes in annoyance as the hubbub began almost in tandem with the ship's door opening, the greatest example of the incapability of these easily excitable soon-to-be students being a grating guitar riff that made her grimace. No attempt was made to hide just how annoying she found that particular display.

Picking up her bag and her combined weapon, having been compacted in that shape as an eight foot tall polearm would've been a needless hindrance to her comfort in the heated interior of the ship, the Mistralese girl stepped out of the ship and shielded her eyes from the sun for a few moments until they were more accostumed to it. She was never going to get really used to this, and specially not if a winged faunus shouted for her friend right next to her ear. "Oh god... what did I do wrong?" lamented the girl.

"Stop moping, you're in the way" was Aqua's tactful reply, spoken as she slung her bag over her shoulder then held her weapon with that same hand. And, even if the fairly fairy-looking girl moved a bit out of the way, Aqua reached out and pulled from her forearm to effectively yank her out of the path anyway.

"There. Now that you aren't catatonic, you can go with the rest of the students. Or practice to be a statue. Up to you". And so, the palest Huntress to ever grace Shade Academy made her way with the rest of the students. Or, rather, through the rest of the students, heading straight towards the main building as she swerved to avoid the others who didn't move at her same speed. If she bumped them? Well, they were in the way on the first place. They should apologize.

With a slim body, long limbs and youthful features, it's almost as if one sent a fragile porcelain doll to become a pirate. She's rather prone of wearing outfits that are more fitting for a fancy hike instead of seafaring. She opted against wearing her father's steering wheel on her head as it'd be too silly, instead carrying a necklace with that symbol.

Personality: Gorgeous and majestic. Noble and wise beyond her years. With an intellect that dwarfs the most important thinkers of the century and a beauty that'd make the days longer simply because the sun desires to see her more, Seika is, truly, a genious of a generation and a wonder to be marvelled at. Nothing less could be expected from the second eldest of Shiki's childs.

At least, that's how she'd describe herself. Others would most definitely use less kinder phrases: "Too big for her boots", "Talks a bit too much", "If it wasn't because of her position, I'd have taught some manners to that kid", "Thank god she's not a World Noble", "I once made her eat a beetle saying it was chocolate", "One day she came to me crying because she had been tricked into eating a bug, it was kind of cute" and, finally: "Her mother fired me because my son made her eat a bug".

Haughty, petty and arrogant, Seika has always gotten whatever she wanted whenever she wanted, and she's quite used to things going her way. That's how she was raised, and that's how she thinks the world should be. Anything that doesn't meet her standards is liable to light up her short temper and end up with a tantrum from the young lady. Because, if there's one thing she does better than anyone else, is relying on others to get things done for her.

Something important to note about her is that she is not completely useless. Whilst her knowledge on all things related to navigation, ship maintainance and other matters that are basic to one that calls themselves a pirate, Seika remains rather well-read and educated in other matters that are more important to the life of who was set to be a noblewoman. Intrigue, etiquette and even some knowledge of how the world works beyond the East Blue. Perhaps more importantly of all, she knows how Sire Durdsley proposed to Lady Marion in her favourite novel.

Dream/Goal: Become a world renowned pirate by performing a feat so great that her father would have no remedy but to approve of her. Like rescuing him from Impel Down.

History: A quick way to understand Seika's life and behavior is to look at her older brother, Nikko. Or, rather, at how their father, Shiki the Golden Lion, doted upon him and shaped him up to become the heir of his empire. And, in all the attention that he gave her brother, Seika got none from him. Whilst Nikko looked forward to catching a glimpse of Gold Roger, Seika longed to have Shiki treat her with the same enthusiasm and care he gave to her brother's childhood.
Whilst Nikko was taken under their father's wing, Seika was left under their mother's care, who did what she could to make sure that she could fill the space Shiki left in her life with some proper education in hopes that she'd stray from the path to piracy. However, even there the influence from the Golden Lion could be felt, and she was quick to use his name in order to open some doors for herself, such as free food and priviledges over the populace of the island.
Naturally, her mother didn't approve such behaviors, but she did her best to nudge Seika towards as best of a path as she could. She had to be commended, because it was her idea to prepare the young girl to be a proper match for the ruling class of the islands. Slowly but surely, she began to prepare the pirate's daughter to be a proper bride so that her father's reputation wouldn't catch up to her once his life outside the law ultimately caught up to him.
During the time Nikko spent trying to cut his ties with the Golden Lion, Seika had been busy reinforcing hers and using this power to get away with her petty actions. It was this way that she obtained the Tsuki Tsuki no Mi, a Devil Fruit left behind from Shiki's hunt for the Sun Sun fruit that he gifted Nikko. However, even if she ate it, she never truly bothered to learn how it worked. It's not like she knew how to swim anyway.
What made her finally turn into following her father's footsteps was the New Age of Piracy. Having moved to the East Blue at her mother's request in order to strike up a suitable couple, she opted to instead use the money she had been given to order up a ship to be built on a local shipyard and hire a crew in order to sail to the Grand Line. And then, once she became a great pirate, she'd use her magnificent fleet to free her father and rule the seas by his side. It'll be great.

Ship: The Crimson Vengeance - A sixty-five feet long single mast sloop that's being finished by the start of the story, designed for speed. It has ports for twelve cannons in total, but Seika ran out of money to outfit it with them. Not very outstanding

Specialty/Profession: Professional Honored Guest / Ship Captain (She claims to be, although she tends to relegate all of the tasks to someone else)

Fighting Style: Seika doesn't really fight, instead opting to let others take care of the other conflicts. If the push comes to shove, she'll show off her mediocre swordfighting skills and the repelling capabilities of her Devil Fruit.

Weapons: A rapier with a lion-themed hilt, a thin, 40 inches long blade emerging from its open mouth. She almost never uses it for combat, saying she carries it because a captain needs a proper weapon for her captaining duties, like pointing towards a direction or used a handrest whilst gazing towards the horizon.

Devil Fruit: Tsuki Tsuki no Mi - A Paramecia devil fruit known as the Moon Moon fruit. Regarded the sister fruit of the Sun Sun fruit, its performance is much more underwhelming than that its more impressive counterpart. Consuming the fruit will turn the user into a Moon Person. In contrast to the clear prowess of becoming an energy reactor, the person who consumes this fruit will gain the capability of pushing or pulling things surrounding them at will.
Through training, one can learn to control this force more carefully to the point of only exerting this force in a single direction or even on a single object. One can also learn how to maintain this force more consistently and over a longer period of time, otherwise it'd come off only in brief bursts that will eventually take a toll on its possessor's stamina.
It's been said that a master of this fruit's capabilities can fine-tune them enough to make objects orbit them or even be capable of manipulating the sea surrounding them to a minimal degree. Nevertheless, Seika has never bothered to train with this fruit, and as such her capabilities with this fruit are limited to pushing everything and everyone away from her in a short burst of force.
