Morgan looked towards the Piper, even as he turned away, watching his movements as he spoke. When he turned to her again, and offered the deal, she was skeptical. Even with her resume for healing the elite, she was still not permitted to even know who this patient she needed to treat was or be able to personally treat them. It didn't sit well with her. It felt like she was being used in another plot, and Morgan was not the plaything of the royals. As the Piper extended his hand to shake on the deal, Morgan took it but did not shake and release it. Instead she held it and gently tugged the man closer.

"I will perform my duties as a medicine woman, but I will not be dragged into some bullshit because of it. If it comes to that, I will not hesitate to take my leave. Your 'authority' is of no importance to me, and I do not give preference to the elite, no matter how great the reward."
He was enjoying this too much. The more the Piper spoke about the 'tournament' the more almost excited he became about it. Morgan was no stranger to the blood and gore of real battles, and even a less of a stranger to the presence of intrigue of the kings, tyrants and other rulers across the continent, but that did not change her feelings about being used as a front to calm the nerves of men literally walking towards their deaths. As he finished his tale, Morgan could see that he was expecting a reaction from her. It was obviously that while the two knew of each other, they were not fully aware of the other's personality, for Morgan was unaffected by the chilling story.

She locked eyes with the Purple Piper, "Thank you for clearing up that confusion," she remarked in an almost business like tone, "now, let's get to the real reason that I am here." Standing tall and daring to look the Piper in the eyes, she continued, "We both know that I was not just called here to be a front for your little fake tournament, that was just an added bonus that my presence would allow."

Why can't people take pride in their country? Also the fact that you are blacklisting shit you don't want to see is fine, but you don't have to come here and "brag" about it. It is like talking about the people you ignore. Just ignore them, don't make a big deal about it. I can think the Stephen Colbert post was funny, even if I don't always agree with him, same for may posts like that, but I don't go around posting about all the stuff I ignore. Especially to a place where you know the group you are blocking will see it.

TL;DR - Larfleeze, get a life and get off Tumblr, we don't care who you follow or what you blacklist

Running Blorbs is basically a thing I have to do by itself if I'm to do it well. It's a lot of work on my end! So I'll need less on my plate before I think of trying Blorbs or spinoffs of such again.

I wasn't saying you should start one now, but that if these new spamers want to know more, it would be best they ask you about starting a game, rather than go of on tangents in the Wikia thread.
Guys I know this is Spam, but let's try to stay on topic... Sorry for those that haven't had the pleasure of playing, I am sorry, but maybe you can convince Elendra to start a new game up. For the rest rest, check out the wiki and be sure to leave suggestions.
Elendra as the "Blord" ruled the entire world. She decided when creatures would spawn and which creatures they would be. There was no dice rolling ot any kinda, just player entering commands such as ::Get wood from tree or ::Move over to the big rock. Each player controlled a single Blorb and could enter on action each turn, though many actions took more than one turn to complete.
So as many of you remember, Elendra's Blorb games are practically legendary. Thus, over time, many threads were created to compile all the information that players have learned through the course of the games. Each game we had more knowledge, and we did better with creature encounters and survival in general. Luckily, a couple months before GuildFall, a Wikia was created to hold not only information on the creatures of the game, but the whole world including past games and players. Currently there are only two major editors for this project, Holmishire, and myself. Elendra is of course supportive, but the wikia is meant to be player knowledge only, and as such she cannot contribute much.

This is where YOU come in. We need help and ideas. If you saved anything on your own computer about Blorbs or perhaps your own player blorb from a game we want you to share! Check out the Wikia and feel free to edit a page. We are also looking to collect many of the fan arts that were lost at GuildFall. Additionally, each player who ahs participated in Blorbs is allowed to make their OWN wikia page adn talk all about who they played and goals they had. Elendra has assured me that she has all the images from the games except a few, so I am hoping we get access to those soon and can make a gallery of these games.

Looking for the TL;DR?

Blorbs has a Wikia - http://blorbs.wikia.com/wiki/Blorbs_Wiki

We need help with the following:
  • Player Pages - Example of Holmishire's Page

  • Fan Art

  • Naming of the Blorb Eras - This is a name for each incarnation of the game so we can post a gallery, talk about accomplishments and reference them in other articles

  • Updating Creature and Other Articles with new information

  • Suggestions of what else should be added
  • Morgan gave the Piper a strange look at his greeting. She wasn't surprised that he knew her, but his comment about the tournament and her role at the whole event was a bit strange. She was one of the most well known medicine women in the country and though she wasn't one to brag, she was probably among the best. To be told she was basically a front to make the fighters feel better about the whole tournament, was a denial of her skills and frankly, quite upsetting. However, Morgan was not one to let her emotions ride on her sleeves, so she quickly let the shocked look on her face vanish, and replace it with a calm respectful air.

"I have heard that, yes, but what strikes me as odd is that you imply that either no one will be injured, or that no one will survive. What does that mean for the winners? I may not be a surgeon but I do have excellent first aid skills that would help someone until a surgeon can be summoned. Are you to imply that even a surgeon won't be needed?" She looked hard at the Purple Piper, watching the smile on his face seem to grow as she spoke to him. He was a dangerous sort of man, and she only hoped that their conversation would not put her in his bad graces. The Purple Piper could be a great ally if he managed to stay on your side, but he was most cetainly, a formidable enemy. Becasue Morgan was not very good at reading the feelings of others, as the moments ticked by, she cautiously waited for the Piper's reply.
Elly, I am so proud of you for finally getting up the courage to tell your mom, even if it wasn't how you thought you would do it. Good luck dealing with your dad, I know how scary he can be, but just know that no matter what he thinks, you have people that love you for who you are.
As the music died down, Morgan looked up towards the balcony where the band was being conducted by the Purple Piper, and luckily seemed to catch his eye as he turned to view the party down below. She gave him a quick nod, so that he was aware she would be coming to meet with him and then set her attention back on the crowd before her. It didn't take long to weave her way through the crowd of attendants, most seemed to barely even notice she was there, to the staircase that lead to where the band was set up. Morgan didn't bother to see if anyone was following her, as she knew many of the people gathered were much more interested in their own business, than that of a medicine woman, even if most of them recognized her at least by name.

There was no rush to reach the top landing of the staircase, so Morgan took her time on each step, slowly rising to the top. As she reached the landing, she looked around, observing the beauty of the architecture, and then her eyes landed on him. His almost smug face was glancing across the balcony at her, having not moved from his spot at the front. Another nod from Morgan was all it took for the Purple Piper shift his weight and return to standing upright, before carefully walking across the area towards her. She moved to meet him part way, and as they met, she was the first to speak.

"Good evening Purple Piper, the Trade of all Jacks. I hope I find you well this fine evening." Morgan gave a slight bow of her head in his direction as she greeted him, showing a sign of respect to the man.
