Tora is mostly misanthropic and has a habit of falling into deep, sullen thought when alone. He has trouble dealing with other people and employs violence to cover insecurities. As a result he has few friends at his school, and is infamous amongst both other students and local gang members as a brawler.
Bio:
Tora never knew his father. His mother told him that his father was a mysterious and distant man, who one day simply disappeared, leaving her and their infant son behind. Tora grew up watching his mother work herself to the bone to support them and developed a deep-seated hatred for his father whom he believed had abandoned them. This hatred caused him to develop into a violent angry youth who drove people away with threats and violence. Barely a day goes by that Tora isn't involved in fights at school or on the street.

- Tora is very street savvy and knows the city like the back of his hand.

Abilities:
- Despite a lack of exercise, aside from the fights he gets into, Tora has always been very strong and possessed a high stamina capable of outlasting any opponents he's faced so far.
- His body is amazingly sturdy. Once he was hit by a speeding car and walked away with minor injuries and a few cracked ribs.
- Tora has also always been an incredibly fast healer. Cuts and bruises earned during fights tend to heal almost completely overnight. More serious injuries take a fraction of the time they would normally the heal.

Diagnosis: Wendigo Psychosis - The insatiable and pathological need to consume human flesh, even when other food is readily available.
Appearance:
Personality: Ashley is an intelligent and mild mannered young woman, however she suffers from a delusion that all other humans are a different species than her and she finds nothing wrong with killing and eating them.
Biography: Ashley came from a very wealthy family and her parents used their money and influence to cover up Ashley's indiscretions for years. They moved her out to one of their remote properties in an attempt to keep her away from other people as much as possible, however this simply ended up giving Ashley the space she needed for her crimes. After an investigation into several disappearances lead police to suspect the Murdoch family of involvement, they raided several of the family's properties, including the one that Ashley was staying at. They found that Ashley had turned much of the basement level into one big "murder room". A survivor found imprisoned on the property quickly identified Ashley as his attacker and, after a very public investigation and trial, during which the Media labeled Ashley with the moniker "Hannah Belle Lecter", she was found to be criminally insane and sentenced to incarceration in an Asylum, until such time as she was judged to be fully rehabilitated. Many of her family members were charged as Accessories and sentenced to prison time.

Cameo
Cameo listened to Blim's briefing, occasionally glancing at Nivaar from the corner of her eye. As they were dismissed Cameo remained for a few moments, seemingly deep in thought. Whatever was troubling her must have been big because even once she noticed everyone leaving and turned to follow them, her brow remained creased. Finally she couldn't help but voice her thought. "What's a fish?" She mused out loud as the group left Blim's tent.
Beneath that thought there were a dozen other little things to think about. When would they be leaving? How long would they be staying in the city? Should she bring camping gear? What about a weapon? Cameo could fight but she wasn't exactly a warrior. It was easier for her to avoid fights entirely.

Cameo glanced towards the tentflap as Nivaar entered and her solitary eye lit up as she caught sight up him. Cameo knew about as little of Nivaar's past as anyone else, in fact she didn't know much about anyone's past, the Outcast camp was a place to leave your past behind after all, but she didn't need to know about his past to know that, standing at almost twice her height, he was bronze skinned Adonis.
Even as he stepped into a position towards the rear of the group she dropped back to stand next to him. "Hello Niv!" She greeted him, standing confidently. With her young appearance, it was easy to forget that she was five years older than him. "You're looking amazing, as usual, today." She looked him over with her one eye, as usual finding the sight very pleasing.
