Bio: A captain of the high seas he's plundered and pillaged from coast to coast, his crew was all eventually caught besides him.

Extra Powers:
Tide Bringer: Sailor uses arcane energy to form his blade, and anchor. He uses his anchor as a flail to swing at his enemies, he is a master with his blade.

Deep Waters: Sailor uses arcane magic to shroud himself in an image of a deep sea beast, his strength and speed increasing tremendously for a time.

Wash: Sailor becomes water and sinks into the floor, he is able to then move a nearby location.
