Y'all can call me water, or, I dunno, whatever you want, really. I've fallen back into a fandom I used to enjoy, but I don't enjoy the fandom itself anymore, and it's sorta dead as it is. So! I will instead set out a (possibly too-wordy) synopsis of the characters I wanna play with, without naming names, and if you are interested in playing the other half of this, definitely PM me!
Quick bit about writing, as well. I can write up to 700 words, if we've got a big thing going on and we're both doing some good back and forth and we've got a groove and stuff. I like sticking around 400-500 or so, but shorter or longer, so long as we're still giving one another things to reply to, is more than welcome! That said, I prefer third-person, past tense stuff, and I very much prefer email, gdocs, or PM, but honestly, I'm hard up and I'll do threads if that's what you're after!
Onto the meat of this request.
I'm looking for this to be M/M pretty much exclusively, to begin with. I'd be playing a large, imposing character, either ex-military or a relevant replacement. Generally not someone to be messed with, he's hugely skilled in ending lives that need ending. Whether or not he's very picky about who is telling him who to kill, I'm very open to discussion on. While he's by no means unintelligent, whether he has a military background or not, he's frequently assumed to be more brawn than brain.
He'd be employed by your character, essentially his right-hand man. Ideally, you'll be playing some variation of the following: criminal mastermind (whether something to do with organized crime or not), visibly smaller, but intimidating in his own right. Possibly seen as something of a madman, and generally thought of as unpredictable. He'd have acquired my character either through a typical recruitment of some sort (generally underworld-related), or something less typical, like kidnapping and entering into an uncertain understanding, or anything else. Very open there!
My character, by and large, would defer to yours as a sort of instinctive understanding that he's the better of the two of them, but that wouldn't keep him from mouthing off, or even instigating arguments between them if there's something he thinks yours is making a poor call on (rare though that may be). They have by no means any kind of healthy relationship. Their sex is typically, likely violent, no matter who's on the receiving end, and it's typically through your character's good graces that mine ever wins (or thinks he wins). Yours is nothing short of a genius, and knows it far too well. But he's also a dick and seems to have no problems taking advantage of my character's unwavering loyalty. I'm open to this being before they do get 'together' such as it is, or even it being a one-sided fascination/unrequited love thing, because I'm always a sucker for that.
Or just give me Jim Moriarty and Sebastian Moran.
This is all vaguely changeable, and the details are something I'm more than happy to iron out.
