Orb (Manifest): The user is able to create roughly around 5 electrical orbs that float across his general area, he can also move them deliberately and place them within 50 feet of his own position.
Orb (Flash): The user can manipulate the orb to create a flashing effect that will leave the target blind. Once this ability is used, the orbs will vanish along with it.
Vampiric Magnetism: If the user has contact with an organic source, they can extract or deposit their pool of chakra as long as all 5 fingers are connected. The extraction quantity depends on where the hands are placed, however. The most prominent amount is gained/exchanged when 4 of the five fingers are pressed where the jugular vein is located.
C-RANKS:
Orb (Lance): The orbs will form into sharp lances that will hurl at incredible speed towards the opponent. However, instead of piercing the target, they will imbue their properties upon them. Causing a ‘short-circuit’ and making the user lose control of basic motor functions. Such as speech, mobility and even breathing. The effect will last for roughly 60 seconds (1 post).
Orb (Grenade): By condensing a greater amount of energy to the orbs, the user can make their physical structure into a sensitive mold that will explode on contact. The speed of travel is shortened by roughly 25%, however their power is enough to rival that of ordinary paper bombs. Can be chained together to create a bigger detonation.
B-RANKS:
Orb (Mystic Railgun): The user will utilize all 5 orbs in conjunction and reduce their size by 40% to allow them a faster travel speed, in such, he will make the orbs spin clockwise rapidly before him, until they become a secular source, shooting it towards the target at high velocity through electromagnetic force. Purely physical, able to pierce through tough terrain and armor. A sniper shot.

Ferocity, strength and intensity are the flames that welds the iron in his appreciation for combat. Through such an encompassing presence, it's actually fairly easy to get along with this man. A stout believer of strength and iron will, he is the one who lives through the ideals of a man of gentle disposition yet similarly strong in body. Proper 12 has a very playful, yet sinister and carefree outlook on life, though he is very much devoted to his craft when it comes to battle and work, he consumes life as easily as he disposes of it. Things are passing and he’d enjoy the small things while simultaneously rid himself of the unnecessary troubles.. He could be recognized as responsible, although flimsily so. Brave, passionate and likable young man who is sensible and kind. Loyalty by any other means is regarded to its highest degree by this youth, lies and deceit, truth and honor are grey and tilted. Placed on a scale which weighs them effervescently to a rhythmic sway. He wishes to live a life full of wonders and one where he could live without a single amount of regret. If there's anything that this man appreciates more than combat is fishing, hunting, horse riding and women. A charismatic presence, although clumsy at times, he can be recognized as a genuine soul simply looking for something that can fill his life with joy.
For as long as I have memory, Amegakure has been home to many starving children. The war has prospered the economical wealth and quality of life of many villages across the world. Outsourcing products beyond their respective reach would be a violation of law, eventually, Ame was able to expand beyond their borders, in more ways than just the rhetorical. Human technological advancements were made, engineering prospects began to develop beyond what was thought to be impossible, and with natural sourcing and energy, Amegakure no Sato became the first mobile village, a fortress. Sky vagrants, they called us, with four ports across the world, one in Konoha, another in Suna, one in the remains of old Ame, and the final one in the border between the two nations.
The skies are a weird place to make your home, you’re closer to the stars than any other person, similarly surrounded in a world who’s beyond what was thought to be a dream. Yet hunger and poverty are a constant. Things change, yet others stay the same. Opportunities are gifted to those with the privilege to own them, some are not forced to extend their hands into a tough situation in hopes of a better tomorrow. Proper 12 is my moniker, the name handed to me due to my ability. It comes to me as natural as breathing, you might even say it is a form of breathing. I can polarize, control, manipulate, disperse and even absorb electrical matter like if it were nothing. Proper 12, you will only refer to me as such. With proper control, the user is able to critically impact the negative and positive fields of human electromagnetism and chakra to significantly magnify or narrow their natural polarity effortlessly. Creating phenomena like heating the palm of his hand, or suctioning away energy from a source.
Condensing set power is manufactured through the user’s ability to manipulate his own chakra, forming a levitating orb that crackles in an electrical surge of energy. The orb’s shape can be manipulated at will, and it hones on the user’s presence like maginitsm. Equally, it can latch on and follow any source that develops chakra and levitate on their surface. However, the orb can also be thrown and directed at the specific target and used as a proximity bomb. Set orbs are roughly the size of a baseball. Proper Pugilist // Fighting Stance When confronted with an uncomfortable battle situation, his attack patterns will change and his philosophy to battle will alter. Opponents will be dealt with a reflex rather than power, reaction rather than speed. His posture will remain close to the target, and his figure and stance will adapt to close-quarters combat. Patience is the driving force for this ability. He will use effective counters and faints to lead the enemy’s body exposed for quick jabs in critical spots.
On activation, once the shift has undergone to a taijutsu battle, this stance regulates his chakra under the soles of his feet, similar to the concept used when using chakra to stand on liquid surfaces, except it’s extended outwards to a radius of 5 feet, the ground will radiate and electrical current that anyone in it will prompt an immediate response to the users brain, allowing the to react appropriately as long as the enemy is within his radius. The user cannot be flanked or taken by surprise during this state.
This is a stance exclusively used for close-combat.Both feet need to be firmly planted on the ground. Once this is activated, the user temporarily loses the ability to use his jutsu and they’re in a reaction only stance, meaning that he can only exclusively counter. He needs to wait a rest period of 60 seconds (1 post ) after deactivation before utilizing them again.
He will read the enemy’s foot work, strength and posture through what he calls “The Deadzone” the proficiency for this move will be determined by the divided result of DEXTERITY and PERCEPTION together.
