So how are we going to handle things now @The Narrator? Turn Willow into an NPC? Say he isn't in on the mission and sent back to his cell? Straight up reboot the roleplay?

In my own oppinion things seem a bit unactive but I totally get that is a subjective thing, especially considering a post pace was never clarified so this may very well be someones ideal activity and vice versa.
