Personality
Leo is a very 'bouncy' person and is an extreme daredevil, putting his life on the line just for pictures. He once climbed an unfinished building just to get a picture of the city, which is his most famous picture. He is a very kind and understanding person, and he's the friend to go to if you need help.

History
Leo was never adopted. His parents died in a terrible fire and he was put into an orphanage. He was never adopted because he was considered to be a "trouble maker" when he was just trying to get pictures with the camera that his parents had left behind. At the age of twelve, he stopped being a troublemaker and for some reason was let out into the world at the age of fifteen.
He sold his photos while working at a grocery store and soon had enough to rent out a not too shabby small building. Of course, it helped that he was very persuasive. He lives in the top of the building and on the bottom is his small photography shop.

Magic
Other than making his images look like they could come to life, no. There is magic in his photos and what he could never know is that his parents were a witch and a wizard. Not bad though, in fact very nice.

Heros of Davenport (Hero/villian RP) (always recruiting!)

Vistra walked throughout the streets of Davenport. From time to time, she'd get weird looks from the civilians as her hair had a slight glow to it, her eyes were multicolor and she had on a peculiar outfit. It almost seemed like she was from the future. And she had been the future at one time, but she'd escaped from the computer where she was supposed to be and was along her way as a human now.

She'd heard something about fighting at a construction site the other day. She'd never really decided which side to fight on, but for now it'd be with the so called "heroes". I mean, villains could be heroes in their eyes really.

She'd just need to find where they were. Something about them being at the construction site might help her. She approached it just in time to see a blue man walking away. That wasn't typically a colour of humans.

Still, she looked around the destruction. She knew most citizens were still probably looking at her, still gazed by her weird appearance.

She wasn't supposed to become human. She was a computer program that got loose. She'll act human most of the time. Sometimes she won't though.

Illusions, flying, technology stuff, and the ability to absorb others powers.
Ability
She is able to identify human emotions in others just by glancing at them. She cannot know why they have those feelings though. She is also aware of incoming danger. She mostly relies on humans and her powers though.
History
She was just an experiment on a computer. A young stupid scientist wondered what it would be like to create a computer program with powers. Of course, this scientist put wrong coding in the program. This enabled it to have a mind of it's own. One night, the computer program traveled through the wires and into another room with an experiment that included the recreation of a human without reproduction. It became the human and escaped into the world, causing both chaos and serenity.
