@ViolentViolet In each seating in this room there were wires with suction cups at the end.
Now only Vanessa would be able to hear her.
"Please put one suction cup on your forehead, and one on each wrist, and one on your neck." if she did so, a robot would come in with a tray of chocolate.
This chocolate, looking ordinary, was really good. So good, that one could become addicted to it extremely fast. Enough to motivate them to do anything to get more.
If she didn't do it, Echo would sigh, and say
"Are you sure? You're missing out on some deliciousness." If Vanessa insisted no, Echo would say
"Alright, your choice," and allowed Vanessa back into the room.
