At last, the time has come to unleash my secret weapon! Muhahahaha!
I haven't seen any activity from @JustYui in a week, so when we skip to nighttime, I'm going to leave the end of the date open for her to finish if she comes back and carry on.
Ammity is gonna be one of those idols that goes broke despite having a gazillion dollars, isn't she?

Ah, good point. But, what if Zac only uses 50 cards?

That's why he inserted one of the cards already in his deck. Even if the total number of cards is legal, he'd be over the legal limit of that specific card. If you're interested in clever ways to cheat, I recommend the animes Legendary Gambler Tetsuya, and Kaiji.

That'd work if it were a tournament. But we're talking about a 'friendly' game for a young woman's heart XD

Ah, but we already established that this would be a "very serious" children's card game, and even friendly games often use tourney rules.

Whoops, I used that in the wrong context ^^;

How could Yutaro do that, though?

By using the standard practices of card game tourney rules to his advantage. It is common practice for opponents to cut each others' decks. It is also common practice for them to list the cards they will be using in their deck/sideboard in advance. During the cut, Yutaro can slip an extra copy of a card that is already registered into his deck. Then whenever it is convenient, he can call for a neutral party to do a card count. Even if Zac sees the card count as a cue and uses his slight of hand to remove a card, he won't know what card it is. Likewise, even if he draws the card, he won't know it since it is a card he would be using. The card count would show that he has the correct number of cards, but he will be over the legal limit for the card Yutaro slipped in. Zac would be disqualified for cheating.
@Takashi

Ah, but who says Zac would go straight for the win? Maybe he knows how to use his skills without making it look like he is :3

Not saying he does, but he might XD

Well, not sure what else he'd do with a first hand Exodia. But, let's just say if Yutaro was being ruthless he could win before the game even begins.
<Snipped quote by Takashi>

Would you really wanna do something like that with someone who can make cards appear and disappear at will? XD

Well they both have experience manipulating cards so that aspect would be interesting to say the least. However, Yutaro has an excellent metagame. A turn zero win wouldn't be enough to defeat him if he uses every trick he knows.
@Genkai Hey, I posted in your general interest check, but I'll post here too. I'd be interested in playing Kenshin or Saito (or both). I've seen the series through Kyoto twice myself, so at most I would just need to refresh myself on the less important characters. I'm good with following the canon plot, or going our on direction. PM me if you want to discuss it further.

I won't be gone long. Though, if it'll help Zac get with Ryoki...:3c

Zac and Yutaro may have to settle this with a very serious..... CHILDREN'S CARD GAME!
