Oh, and since my other character (Alexei) has a whole group of partners-in-crime, here's their sheets as well.
Name: Katerina ‘Katyusha’ Vadilev Gender: Female Description: Katerina is a former stateswoman, skilled fighter, jack-of-all-trades, and the wife of infamous crime lord Alexei Vadilev. The two met in 2057 during a gang clash, when she was sent to infiltrate Alexei’s gang, the Nightwatch. She was to seduce and assassinate him, but as she got through to him, he got through to her, and she joined him as a double agent, leading to the downfall of the rival gang. The two married, and Katerina now takes her place alongside her husband as the Tsarina of Moscow. Skills: Katerina is more socially and tactically adept than Alexei, and is skilled in many other areas, including melee combat, stealth, and assassination, but she truly excels when it comes to technology, which she beats Alexei in hands-down. Weapons: SNK-8: A long-ranged bolt-action sniper rifle with a high-power scope and 10-round magazine. It boasts devastating long-range damage, but accuracy issues result in the weapon being nigh-useless in close range. This one is modified to accept .50 ammunition, making it deadly against infantry and dangerous against light vehicles. Katerina carries this on her back. PaT-70: A massive revolver chambered in rifle ammunition. A single shot at close-to-mid range can instantly incapacitate an enemy, but its short barrel means that it is horribly inaccurate at long range. Katerina has this hidden on her person. “Old Faithful”: An antiquated, sawn-off, double-barrel shotgun. It can fire either slug or flechette rounds, making it useful against armored enemies. Katerina carries this on her back. Combat Knife: The Combat Knife is a long, thick blade with a sturdy grip and structure, designed for defense and capable of parrying larger blades. Katerina has this hidden on her person. Stiletto: The Stiletto is a thin, fragile knife ideal for sliding between ribs and vertebrae and inflicting lethal wounds. However, due to its structure, attempting to parry with the blade would likely destroy it. Katerina has this hidden on her person. Armor: Respirator: The respirator is a partial gas mask with optional goggles. It offers protection from chemical agents, but next to no facial protection. Cloak: Katerina’s cloak is made of black graphene, granting her moderate protection from bullets and easy concealment in the dark. Her left sleeve contains a plate of reinforced titanium, acting as a shield. Boots and Gloves: Katerina wears military-issue combat boots, keeping her from slipping in the icy streets of Moscow. Her gloves are reinforced against slashing and electricity. Utilities: 3x Gas Grenade: Katerina has three gas grenades, which can be configured to dispense tear gas, sedatives, or sarin. Stealth Implant: The Stealth Implant allows Katerina to briefly bend light around her, rendering her invisible. Necklace: The sapphire in Katerina’s necklace can emit a hypnotic light, stunning an enemy or hypnotizing an unsuspecting victim for suggestion or interrogation.
Name: Dmitri ‘Stitch’ Vadilev Gender: Male Description: Dmitri is an ex-Army medic and surgeon, serving as Alexei’s lieutenant, confidant, and eldest brother. He’s no laughing matter on his own, however, as many who have crossed him have awoken in alleyways, missing kidneys. He was the first to join Alexei on his rampage across Moscow, and most certainly will not be the last. Skills: Dmitri is a skilled doctor and surgeon, but is also very athletic and can hold his own in most fights. Weapons: AK-112: The AK-112 is a rugged assault rifle, mass-produced since the reestablishment of the Union. It is powerful and accurate at mid-range, but unwieldy in close quarters. Dmitri carries this on his chest rig. Dartgun: The Dartgun is Dmitri’s own invention, firing darts filled with all manner of chemicals into his opponents. The most common types are paralytic, tranquilizer, neurotoxin, and stimulant (for friendlies). Dmitri has this in a holster on his hip. MKV-10: The MKV-10 is a standard sidearm of the Red Army, useful in close quarters but inaccurate at range. Dmitri carries this in a second holster on his hip. Combat Knife: The Combat Knife is a long, thick blade with a sturdy grip and structure, designed for defense and capable of parrying larger blades. Dmitri has this in a scabbard at his side. Armor: Military Armor: The Red Army’s standard issue gear is a bulletproof vest, helmet, bracers, gloves, shin guards, boots, gas mask, and helmet. It offers greater protection than a basic graphene cloak while still remaining lightweight. Utilities: 2x Frag Grenades: Frag Grenades can be configured to detonate on impact or with a fuse. On detonation, they fill everything- and everyone- in a five-meter radius with deadly shrapnel. Medic’s Kit: The Medic’s Kit contains all tools required for first aid, surgery, and resuscitation of allies. Night Vision Implant: The Night Vision Implant gives Dmitri the ability to see in the infrared spectrum and brighten areas.
Name: Mikhail ‘Home Run’ Vadilev Gender: Male Description: Mikhail is a veteran, gangster, ex-con, and the older brother of Alexei. He joined Alexei after Alexei broke him out of prison (he murdered another soldier), and now is at Alexei’s beck and call 24/7. Skills: Mikhail is by far the strongest of the Vadilev siblings, and can defeat most men in melee with ease. He is also strong enough to carry and use heavy weapons. However, he is mute. Weapons: DshK-27: The DshK-27 is a fast-firing heavy machine gun. With a torrential rate of fire, it will shred anything in the open, including light vehicles, to a decent range, but it’s far too large for close quarters. Mikhail carries this on his back. RPG-98: The RPG-98 is a heavy-hitting rocket launcher firing HEAT ammunition, capable of taking out even tanks. Mikhail also carries this on his back. Cudgel: The Cudgel may superficially resemble a weak baseball bat, but in reality it is a crafted weapon of solid steel, which Mikhail uses to devastating effect. Its weight can make a single strike deadly, but also makes it a clumsy weapon. Armor: X-22 Power Armor: Power Armor covers Mikhail from head to toe and augments his already extreme strength, as well as rendering him all but invulnerable to small-arms fire. Riot Shield: The Riot Shield is attached to Mikhail’s armor, allowing him to move it onto his arm with a shrug. It is resistant to lower-caliber firearms and melee weapons, giving Mikhail and those behind him cover as they move into an area where the lead comes in swarms. Utilities: 2x Incendiary Grenade: Incendiary Grenades can be programmed to detonate as thermite, burning through reinforced walls and doors, or napalm, which can incinerate enemies in enclosed areas. Brute Implant: The Brute Implant injects fast-acting steroids and painkillers, along with a copious dose of adrenaline, directly into Mikhail’s bloodstream on command, allowing him to last longer, hit harder, and ignore damage.
Name: Alexandria Vadilev Gender: Female Description: Alexandria is the teenage daughter of Alexei, born from an affair he had before he met Katerina. She resembles her father in many ways, namely her chaotic spirit and untamed nature, but differs from him in one key way: she is psychic. Her power has flowed and ebbed over the years, but one thing remains true: she holds the potential for great power. Skills: Being young, Alexandria is relatively inexperienced compared to her family, but she has trained herself in the use of her psychic powers and shows potential for learning more. Weapons: MKV-10: The MKV-10 is a standard sidearm of the Red Army, useful in close quarters but inaccurate at range. Alexandria carries this in a holster on her hip. Powers: Psi: Alexandria’s psychic power primarily revolves around the manipulation of those around her, but she is also capable of telekinesis, thermokinesis, and electrokinesis. Armor: Cloak: Alexandria’s cloak is like her father’s in that it is capable of deflecting moderate gunfire. Utilities: 3x Smoke Grenade: Smoke Grenades are good for covering both entrances and speedy exits. Psyboost Implant: Psyboost Implants allow psychics to briefly enter a state of extreme focus, greatly increasing their power.
My biggest question is that given how MR is mostly dialogue-based how interaction with someone with very low int is going to work.
He's not incapable of communication, just effectively mute. He can point at things, gesticulate, do whatever, but he doesn't understand actual language (not that he can't learn though).

*Two men, one large and one small, and a woman take their places at my side. The woman, the one I call Katyusha, plucks at the holster holding a sawn-off shotgun nervously.*

Name: Ugrug Gender: Male Description: Ugrug is a Neanderthal warrior from the distant past of Earth’s Ice Ages. Like most of his people, he possesses great strength and constitution, but is dim-witted and clumsy. Ugrug found his way into interdimensional space after his tribe found a crashed spaceship and killed its occupants. The battle was intense, however, and by the end, Ugrug was one of very few left standing. Then, through masterful use of the ship’s controls (read: hitting the panel with a stick), he activated its dimensional drive, transporting him to a different universe. Now, he travels space with his tribe (resuscitated by the technology on the ship), looking for a new planet on which the ship decides to settle. Skills: Ugrug is illiterate and incapable of communication aside from grunts which only his people can understand and the word “Ugrug.” However, he knows some things, like how to survive in the wild and what parts hurt the worst when struck by a club. Weapons: Club: Ugrug’s club is made from a sturdy tree branch with a large rock tied to one end. It may seem unimposing, but when swung with enough force, it can pulverize even armored enemies. Hunting Bow: Ugrug’s bow is crude and low-quality, but it allows him to at least deal some damage at range. Armor: Leopardskin: Ugrug wears a leopard skin as clothing. It offers minimal protection, but is surprisingly warm even in freezing weather. Shield: Ugrug ripped a large chunk of sturdy bark from a redwood tree, which can absorb hefty blows. Utilities: “Boom Stick”: Ugrug has figured out how several alien weapons work. This is a raygun which is only partially destroyed by his tribe. Its power control is broken, meaning that it will unleash all of its stored power in a massive burst of energy. After that, it will require recharging.
You can make as many as you want, it's just easier to have an account set to one for if you interact with yourself. You could just use the character's name and a colon to represent different characters on the same account.

*Puts my hands in my coat pockets and looks them over* I love how open you are. I believe my equipment should be fine, however. I do find it interesting to know exactly what you have to offer, though.

*I watch as a burly man and several others bring out various cases and open them. Inside are weapons of various makes and models, varying from archaic pistols from the Second World War to experimental laser weapons capable of splitting tanks in two. I raise my hand and chuckle.*
*Then, a second crate is opened. Inside is a plethora of grenades and other 'support' items. Most notable are vials of fast-acting painkillers and coagulants, frag grenades, EMP bombs, and something I call "The Gadget."*
*The third crate contains armor, such as graphene bodysuits similar to mine, gas masks and respirators, and exo-armor sets.*
