Xabiz slowly made his way towards the temple. He saw others go by him from the corners of his eyes and run to be in the temple. He sighed, there wasn't any reason to try to get in first. What if the temple fell down on top of them? Or if there were traps within the corridors of the temple? Many different scenarios played out in the background of his mind, but none were silenced, only muffled by his want to not show his difference.
He reached the entrance of the temple as another entity sneezed... or roared loudly. It was quite an experience, hearing how loud someone else could be. Was that even human? He said entering the temple, not realizing that out of habit he shut the door behind him. A vision flashed to the front of his mind...
"Is there something wrong, Blaze?" A small... creature spoke to someone outside the temple door. Apparently, they were friends.
"I do not know how to open a door..."
Xabiz stopped halfway through the hall. Really? He doesn't know how to open a door? He thought, turning around and walking back to the door. When Xabiz got back to the door, he pulled on the door. It didn't have any locking mechanisms, or he didn't see any, and the door opened slightly.
"There. I think that will help Blaze." Xabiz said aloud, his thoughts becoming too much to just think things through and speaking aloud made it easier to 'hear himself think' as others had put it. He began to walk towards the Atrium as someone was walking towards him.
"Hello." Xabiz said as they walked towards each other. Although he didn't want to really interact with anyone, everyone deserves a friendly 'Hello' in passing.
