He dresses in an array of colors and wears out of pocket stuff all around: long coats, bolow ties, see-through shirts, LEATHER, and much more. He has a nack for pulling it all off. Soem tiems he does like to draw it back and keep it simple with a sweater and some jeans, but thast only on a rainy day. Personality: Uriah is the man the at the poker table with that soft smile and warm eyes that looks harmless. In actuality, he has been swindling people out their money all night and chuckling every time someone folds out and walks away with that mystified look on their faces. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing who does not really care for (actively tries to avoid) the pressing issue and important matters. Instead, he wants to play the games and beat around the bush, hoping to frustrate others and drive them closer to committing the immoral sins he loves so much.
When most speak to him he wears a bright smile that is laced with intentions (some good some bad) and he usually wants to talk about what the world could be instead of what it actually is. He is a daydreamer and will constantly nod off during important conversations, anything that is not important to him receives a lazy expression and a yawn. One thing he does love is a challenge, whether it be a game, a test, or some kind of physical challenge.

Bio: Uriah was named after an angel, he was an accident who earned the right to share a name with something so holy simply by being born in a nunnery. His mother was a beautiful nun who lost her way one time and ended up getting pregnant. He was the living proof of her sin and she hated him for it, so his mother went out of her way to make sure he knew just how much he was loathed. His childhood was spent at a religious boarding school where he learned the true meaning of evil.
See what most don't realize is that if he had not been sent to that school he might have turned out differently. He learned what real evil looked like at that school, the school that followed the "Word" down to the last letter. They enacted strick marshal punishment for those who did not uphold their rules and since they had a reputation to uphold it meant that everyone better have been on their best behaviors. Uriah was a troublemaker out of the womb, playing small pranks, hiding important things, stealing money, but he never got in trouble for it. The boy was good, everyone knew he was responsible but had no proof, even his own mother had grown tired of his antics.
His teenage years brought on bigger stakes and even bigger rewards, and he started to pull other people into his schemes. One by one he corrupted 15 of his purest peers, turning there white little souls black as Obsidian. All he had to do was plant the seed and use that black thumb of his to cultivate the new plant he was growing with int he school. The group pulled off small crimes under his guidance, but as they neared adulthood they wandered out of his gaze and committed a grave offense; murder. His 15 black doves had killed the leading Father of their boarding school, all in Uriah's name. Calling him the "Black Angel of Truth" and covering the scene in drawings of wings (using the man's blood as paint), saying he had "freed their souls, and shown them the truth of this fucked up world." Meanwhile, Uriah just sat back and sipped his tea, the devotion, the crime, the lies, and control all went to his head, and he noticed that it was to easy. Like the words he fed them wrapped around their minds like a silk cloth and allowed Uriah to pull and tug at ease.
Only one of his boys to the fall for the crime, but he did so willingly and told the local authorities that he did it in the name of his god. That statement followed him to college in California, he knew The US was the perfect place to test out his "skill" and it worked again. He corrupted the already weak minds of Fraternity, and that word "God" continued to arise...Uriah liked the sound of it. To be a god of those who want to be bad, who want to flip the bird at the perfect white picket fence dream most people want to live in, was a desire he had to fill. In his mind, there was no better place to start his "work" than in Sin City itself.
Family: Uriah's only known living relative is his mother, Sister Mary Ann Harper (apparently she gave the Uriah his fathers last name). She is still a nun at his old boarding school in Oxford, the woman calls once a week and comes to visit him during the Holidays.
