This is still a work in progress but I'd like some feedback, especially on whether the Celestial Seekers are a good power level, as I know that there's room for improvement in them.
The Celestial Seekers are an archetype who, in terms of the fictional story, are an organisation of spies who use a form of magic learned from aliens to achieve their missions.
Their main theme is that they all have different effects based upon whether they are DEF or ATK which represents whether they are covert or active.

ATK 1000 | DEF 1000
You can banish a "Celestial Seeker" card except "Celestial Seeker Ifanc" from your graveyard to special summon this card from your hand in defense mode.If this card is in ATK mode: If this card would be sent to the graveyard, it can be equipped to another "Celestial Seeker" monster. It is then treated as an equip spell card and adds 800 ATK and DEF. If this card is in DEF mode: If a "Celestial Seeker" monster is in your graveyard, this card can be counted as two tributes for the tribute summon of a LIGHT attribute Fairy-type monster.

ATK 1200 | DEF 1000
If this card is in ATK mode: When this card is banished or sent to the graveyard, you can special summon 1 "Celestial Seeker" monster from your hand or deck. If this card is in DEF mode: When this card is destroyed by battle, you can send one monster from your field to the grave and special summon one "Celestial Seeker" monster from your graveyard.

ATK 800 | DEF 1900
No battle damage is taken from a battle involving this monster and another monster. If this card is in ATK mode: When a LIGHT Fairy-type monster is attacked, you can make this card the target of the attack and add half of the originally targeted monsters ATK to this card's ATK until your next end phase. If this card is in DEF mode: When a monster attacks a "Celestial Seeker" monster, flip a coin and if it lands on heads, activate the following effect; The targeted monster's ATK and DEF are doubled for damage calculation.

Level 6

ATK 2400 | DEF 1600
If this card is in ATK mode: This card's ATK can be halved until the end phase. It can then attack twice this turn. If this card is in DEF mode: Once per turn if a monster with an ATK lower than this card's ATK attacks a "Celestial Seeker" monster, destroy that monster.

ATK 2000 | DEF 2000
If this card is in ATK mode: When a monster you control is attacked, that attack can be negated. If the attack is negated, then place this card face-up in a Spell & Trap card zone as a continuous spell card. If you have no monsters on the field you can special summon this card from the Spell & Trap zone with the effect "This card can halve its ATK until the end phase in order to attack directly." If this card is in DEF mode: When a monster you control is attacked, that attack can be negated. If the attack is negated, control of this monster is changed to your opponent, this card's original ATK and DEF are reduced to 0 and this card's effect is changed to "This card can not be used as a tribute, as fusion material, synchro material or XYZ material."

ATK ? | DEF ?
This card can not be special summoned and can only be tribute summoned by tributing three monsters and "Anghenfill" can not be tributed to summon this card. This card's original ATK and DEF are equal to the total ATK and DEF of the cards tributed to summon it. If this card is in ATK mode: When this card destroys another monster in battle, this card's ATK and DEF are raised by the 400 if the destroyed monster's level is four or lower, by 600 if the monster's level is between 5 and 8 and by 800 if the monster's level is 9 or higher. If this card is in DEF mode: You can banish two LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters from your hand or graveyard and all monsters must be switched to face-up ATK position and no flip effects are activated.
Celestial Seeker Operative 000: Phrif

Level 8
Light
Fairy/Effect
ATK 2500 | DEF 2000
This card can be special summoned by banishing one "Celestial Seeker" monster from your hand, field or graveyard. If this card is in ATK mode: When this card is destroyed by battle, special summon LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters from your hand and graveyard except "Phrif", with a total ATK of at most the ATK of this card. If this card is in DEF mode: Once per turn, inflict damage to your opponent equal to 300 times the amount of monsters on the field.

Field Spell
This card's name is also treated as "The Sanctuary in the Sky". Once per turn, a "Celestial Seeker" monster can change to DEF mode after attacking. When a "Celestial Seeker" monster is sent from the field to the graveyard, attach one Truth Counter to this card. When this card has three Truth Counters, you can remove them and activate one of these effects:
Special summon one LIGHT Fairy-type monster from your hand. This summon can not be negated, no effect can be activated in response to this summon and this summon ignores any card effects which would prevent it.
Move one spell or trap card from your graveyard to your hand.
Chose up to three face-down cards on your opponent's side of the field. They must reveal these cards.
Villain=I just can't pick. Far too many.
Name: Aeron Walsingham
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Personality: Aeron attempts to create an air of serious mystery around himself and to the casual observer may seem to be some kind of base thug or man of mystery but anyone who spends long enough with him will realize that it's just a facade to make himself seem more intimidating, while he is really just fairly calm and highly inquisitive. As he values knowledge highly, he is fairly secretive about himself and can often be found rooting through people's stuff or eavesdropping to find things out about them. When it comes to dueling, he plays more for fun than with any aims of being a professional.
Brief Bio: Aeron was born to a poor family in a city far away and was orphaned as a child, before being taken in by a criminal who had taken a liking to him. He was brought up to follow in the man's footsteps, being taught everything from pick-pocketing to major fraud but also gradually started learning to duel, although he could never pick what kind of cards he wanted to use.
At a point in his life, Aeron pick-pocketed Ifanc's card from somebody and was surprised when it started to speak to him, initially chastising him for stealing it but eventually warming to it. As he grew up and became better at dueling he collected other Celestial Seekers and light fairies, building a deck around them.
Shortly after, his criminal guardian struck lucky with credit card fraud and fled from the country, the two of them now incredibly rich. They secured false identities and moved to Anima city, having gone from dirt-poor to filthy rich and his guardian becoming richer and richer due to investments. Now free to pursue his interests, Aeron became more focused on both his quest for knowledge and, with Ifanc's help, dueling.
Deck Type: Light/Fairy, Celestial Seekers (custom) archetype.
Key Card: Celestial Seeker Operative 001: Ifanc
Known Cards: All of the Celestial Seekers but additionally Master Hyperion. Fairy Archer, Honest, Solidarity, Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen.
Spirit Partner: Celestial Seeker Operative 001: Ifanc
He is a rookie in the magical space spy operation of the Celestial Seekers and constantly seems to have something to prove, wanting victory in battle and success in life and living out his desires through Aeron. He shares Aeron's great thirst for knowledge and is constantly asking questions.
Aeron learned of the tournament when he accidentally took a flyer whilst pickpocketing someone who had cut in line in front of him. He doesn't participate in a lot of contests but, as he had been spending a lot of time practising dueling, decided to enter for fun.
