Collin fixed himself a cup of coffee and sat down at one of the tables. He saw Orren cooking up some eggs but he wasn't in the mood for breakfast. He took a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, took one out and placed it on his lips. He got his trusty lighter out and lit the cig a flame. He smoked while taking sips of coffee, not minding the other two people in the kitchen who were clearly irritated. He flipped open his phone to check on the news. He's capers the night beforehand were being aired. He smiled when he saw the banged-up car of murder Mike. Word would get out of this and somebody was going to talk to him about it but he didn't really care. What's the point of being a hero if you can't have some fun? He heard a scream behind him and felt a huge wave of heat. Seems that Persophone was awake too. He didn't even bother turning around, why bother? The next news cover came up and it was a bank robbery in progress at South-side. He questioned himself why anybody would rob banks nowadays when most criminals could just hack bank systems and steal their cash their. Collin called Orren.
"Hey blood boy, somebody's robbing the bank again. Why don't you and clown face go over there and check shit out?" He said. If Orren was known for bark rather than his bite, Collin was known as the grumpy grandad of the guild. He wasn't that old but he was usually an ass to everybody. It got on most people's nerves at times. "Could you like do it... today maybe?" He asked sarcastically.

Although you might have to wait for gowia's response, I do believe we still have room for you, too.

Tribus Osla Roth, Trbus Ollexia

In the plains south of lake Silus, Braddin of the Ollixian tribes and Brilles of the Osla Roth were hunting along with a small party of companions and guards. They were tracking down their hound who was off chasing after a stag. When they caught up to their vicious dogs, they found that they had held the stag down as it trashed and kicked, trying to escape their jaws. Braddin took out his knife and slit the stag's neck. It took a while for the stag to die, fighting with every ounce of its energy before it died. Braddin inspected the horns and called one of the members of the party to his side.

"Take this back to camp and have it skinned and it's meat prepared. I want it's skull cleaned and made into a new standard. We shall be home tommorow morning. By then I want a feast from it and the other deer we caught. Have Uller cook it." Braddin ordered. The man immediately lifted the lifeless deer as its blood dripped all over him.

As he ran off into the distance, Braddin turned his attention to Brilles.
"Have you made a decision yet?" He asked.

"But I have much too many enemies to the north and to the east to start another war with the western Roths. How would do you expect me to field an army and send them west when my enemies stand at my gateway?" Brilles said.

"I would take care of this boy, I have a plan in motion that would distract both long enough for us to start and end our campaign without much worry from them." Braddin said, as he whipped the blood from his blade. Braddin has made a deal with a Kurgan warchief named Lomarr of the Polliki Kurgan noble family. Braddin would pay for an army that Lomarr would command. He would then attack the Frissians and retreat back to the lands of the clanns. This would cause conflict for the three of them, one way or another.

"Would you mind telling me this plan of yours Braddin?" Brilles asked.

"In time, my friend. In time." Braddin said.

Brilles now became very suspicious of the Ollexian warchief but he could not resist the opportunity to reunite the Roths, the biggest tribe in the land, under his rule. One part of him said it was a trap but he knew that Braddin was pressured by the church to expand the influence of Katholism in Latinium.

"I'll have to this more thought Braddin, I cannot risk the safety of my people." Brilles said, giving Braddin an unsatisfied look.

"Very well then Brilles, very well. You would still be joining me for the feast tommorow, yes?" Braddin asked.

"Of course, it would be rude to turn down a generous host." Brilles answered.

"Excellent my friend, for now, let us continue the hunt." Braddin said, leaching his dogs. They were soon on the trail of another animal, this time a boar.
Collin was driving his mustang through one of the secret passages that led to the Guild's main base of operations. Collin had a busy night, "fighting crime". He first halted a ship approaching the harbor loading cocaine for the Colombian cartel. He tied up the crew and sailed the ship as close to the harbor as he could without damaging the ship as he wasn't much of a captain. Once the cops came, as late as always, he then went to a meth lab which he busted and subdued the people inside. He again, waited for the police to arrive before he left for his next caper. The next place he got to was an underground weapons store. He knew he couldn't go in there straight away because he'll be met by a wall of lead. He instead took out the main electric switch which turned off the light in the building. It was pitch dark but Collin could see the place well enough. He took them down and cuffed them. Oddly enough, some of the people there were gun enthusiast and collectors who either wanted to get a low price for a rare gun or a gun that couldn't be bought on the open market. Neither the less, they would have to be taken to court too. He waited for the police, who were now hot on his tail, getting their within seconds of the bust. He then went after his goal of the night, an old friend of his. He went to the house of Michael "Murder Mike" Dela Cruz, the 777 Mexican cartel's head honcho in Bay city. He got he's baseball bat and sneakily got into the compound of the mob boss. He snuck inside the garage and smiled as he smashed the ever-loving shit out of his favorite car, a Ferrari 458 spider. He then spray-painted the car with pink and white colors. He took a look at his master piece before hurrying out the door. It took a while for the mob boss's guards to figure out what was happening. Collin watched from a far as he saw Dela Cruz yelling at his guards while knelling in front of what used to be his car.

Collin parked his car in the parking lot where only a few other vehicles where also parked. He headed inside, taking his duffle bag filled with his equipment with him. This was one of the few times he visited in the base without any assembly or emergency. Usually, he would stay at his home but this time the base was a nearer location and he was in desperate need of sleep. As he headed for his chamber, he smelled something coming from the kitchen. Basil, salt, paper, bay leaves, beef... steak? Someone was cooking steak this early in the morning? He dropped his bag off at his room and headed for the kitchen. It was Takeshi, Collin should have known.

"Got any coffee? I'm dying for a cup." Collin said as he entered the kitchen.

The Frissian Kahzlavs Dragan Soloviev Frissian, Kahzlav, Fisti, Kurgan, etc. Kahzlav The Kahzlavs' refer to their as Frissia, after the peaks that make up a large percentage of its area. stretch from the top the the Gerrian Woods to the Hills of Grett. The Kahzlavs have converted to Sistrine Orthodox Khristianity, however this is largely a maneuver, and many still hold on to distinct Kahzlav practices. Pagan celebrations, foods, symbols, etc. are still common sights in Frissia. The conversion, did, however, alter many secular aspects of the Kahzlavs. Its leadership has adopted Sistrine titles, and political organization has taken on an Imperial likeness. The Kahzlavs are a diverse people, its land home to multiple smaller tribes and ethnicities from around the region. The Frissian people are native to the modern-day Frissian Peaks, and were once under the rule of a people called the Kurgan, who were native to the Hills of Grett and further eastward. Sometime before the fall of the Western Empire, the Kahzlavs, originally a Fisti tribe, sailed across the Southern Seas before landing on the shores of what is now called Alexander's Cove. These folk established a presence in the southern Frissian Peaks, building settlements under the Kurgan Khanate. In time, the Kahzlav people expanded farther north, waging battle against the Kurgans and taking over the Frissian state. They mixed with the native Frissians and Kurgans, creating a unified people. Kahzlav became the region's dominant language, and its culture took on aesthetic from the peoples native to the region. After the West had fallen, the Kahzlavs were raiding settlements neighboring its terrtory, namely the native Kurgans of Grett, Roth tribes along the Osia Roth border, and Sistrines around Mount Nix. Kurgans within its own lands would stage uprisings to wrest control from their Kahzlav lords, but these rebellions were quickly doused. In an attempt to control more of the region and secure trade routes, campaigns into Grett were mounted. The Kurgan capital was sacked, forcing them to retreat further into the east. Politically, the Kahzlavs sought to cement themselves as a dominant people, and Dragan Soloviev chose to convert his lands to Orthodox Khristianity, as was the religion of the Sistrines. Frissia has opened trade with the Empire through routes in the Western Woods, and by water to Romasinople.

Map updated.
Now I think this may not be as the lands your requested but you could always conquer more lands.
Hope that's okay with you.
Name: Collin McKnight

Alias: Blood Hound

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Personality: When not in his alter-persona, Collin is just your average next-door-Joe who owns an apartment that people strapped for cash usually find themselves living in. He's usually kind and polite but a bit of a loner. When not being called on by the guild, the old man usually stays alone in his own quarters, watching t.v and drinking. When drunk, he's known to show aggressive behavior, usually shouting and/or throwing stuff around but rarely those he attack people. When he's in his costume however, intoxicated or not, he's a no non-sense kind of guy who wants to go straight to the point. He'll want to do his job as fast, clean and quite as he could. Seeing as he's one of the older members of the group, he gives out advises to his comrades from time to time but not too often. In fact, he's colleagues are the ones who give him advice frequently, most about his drinking problem that he usually ignores.

Powers:

Equipment: Seeing as Collin was once a part of law enforcement, Collin's equipment mirror those of police officers. He has a standard issue Kevlar vest, a tazer-gun, a spray-bottle filled with bleach if he ever needed to remove his prints from a scene, a pack of cigarettes and a small flashlight at all times. He also has a duffle bag with other equipment, such as a binocular(That he never uses), a finger-print scanner, a pair of handcuffs, a two-way radio and other stuff he might need when solving a case.

He also drives around in a black 1965 Ford Mustang with his super hero logo sprayed on the hood.

Appearance:

History: Collin McKnight was originally the son a Russian couple who moved to the city just a few years back. Unfortunately, the house they were living on caught on fire and only the infant Collin was saved by firefighters who responded in the nick of time. With no known relatives in the city, Collin was sent a Catholic orphanage where he spent the first 5 years of his life there. Collin had a decent life in the orphanage, where he and the other orphans were taken care off quite well and all their needs were provided for. But Collin, like most of the other children, was lonely because he did not have parents of his own.

That all changed when a rich banker of Irish decent and his wife who was a doctor came to the orphanage looking for children of their own. Mr. Andrew and Mrs. Samantha McKnight. They had learn from experts that they could not conceive a child of their own because of complications. After trying everything and failing the couple, who were both 28 years old, decided to adopt instead. They picked Collin along with two other children of his same age, Harold and Barbra. The three children were also well taken care off by their new parents.

When they grew up, Barbra took the path her mother had and took up medicine while Harold took up law. Collin however, surprised his siblings and his parents when he took up law enforcement. This caused some friction between him and the rest of his family. The popularly belief back then in by the populous was that the average life span of a person would shorten drastically if he or she joined the police force and if he or she wanted to survive, they would have to become crooked. Against the best wishes of his family, he decided to join the law enforcement ranks. He rose up steadily until he became a detective. That was when he discovered his super senses. As he was growing up, he would always feel like something was different with him but he didn't know what. Now that he was tasked to investigate crime scenes, he noticed he's incredible knack for picking up on certain stuff that would need special machinery. He noticed he could see finger prints without the need to dust them with talcum powder. He noticed that he could hear the chatter of two 'perps' they were tasked to investigate from a mile away. He could even smell the faintest scent of gunpowder, cleaning products and decay when entering a crime scene. He's time on the force however, ended when most of the cases they filled and most of the people they arrested were never convicted for their crimes. Frustrated by the lack of action taken by the courts, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Masked vigilantes were already running on the street so he decided to join them instead. He retired from his police department and took up residence in a small brick apartment on the poorer side of town. He choose this location because it had an easy access to the city's forgotten and abandoned metro lines. He bought the apartment and started renovating its basement, creating a small hidden passage from his home to the metro lines. After completing his "secret hide out", he went after the men that escaped the grasp of the law. He wouldn't confront them directly but rather take on their underground activities. After some time, the Guild caught up with him and offered him to join. He was reluctant at first but saw that we would need help if he ever was going to clean the city for good.

Even though he now apart of the Guild, he is still viewed somewhat of a stranger. He only shows up during meetings and vanishes without a clue after a job is done. The underground king pins of the city has also put a high price on his head for interfering with their businesses. He was also since been an alcoholic, relying on booze to ease the horrors of his past.
Somewhere along the Northern frontier of the empire.

I guess you're going to be Orthodox Khristian here or going to be.
Guess you have a point there.

Alright, I'll get my Cs done by tommorow. I still call dibs on super senses.

I still want my character to have a moral greyspot though, maybe he's an alcoholic who wont admit that he has a problem.
I was thinking that the said drug would enhance his senses but is also highly experimental and he obtains them from underground sources.

So without the said substance his super senses (DIBS) would be non-existent.
