A haunting vision begins to materialize before all of your eyes—a glimpse of the once-beautiful form of Dyklothiah Derbyloth. But that beauty is now nothing more than a ghostly memory, shattered by the weight of eons of fury and psychotic hatred.

In place of his former elegance, you now behold a broken man, as if he was just wrecked by a cosmic hammer rendering his powers less controllable. His visage, cracked and marred, barely holds together the monstrous hatred that seethes within him. His eyes burn with the fury of a thousand suns, and the very air around him seems to warp and shudder in fear.

Suddenly, his head tilts back, and an earth-shaking, primordial roar erupts from his throat, shaking the very fabric of this reality. The skin on his forehead splits open, revealing a dark, gaping rift—a portal to infinite, consuming chaos.
