In light of recent events, The Kingdom of Bulgaria is inclined to alter its stance on the current diplomatic situation in Europe. Bulgaria will henceforth honour the Treaty of Sofia and allow the use of our infrastructure by Germany and its allies. However, our support shall be offeredunder these conditions:
1) Military access through Bulgaria will be granted for Germany and its allies for transport purposes only, not for permanent residence or fortification.
2) Bulgaria will provide assistance in the form of arms to Germany and it allies but will not provide troops at this time.
3) Bulgaria wishes to remain a complete cease-fire zone.
4) Germany is requested to honour the terms of the Treaty and provide military assistance to The Kingdom of Bulgaria in the event that it is attacked.
Vasil Radoslavov Prime Minister of The Kingdom of Bulgaria
