With a rush of wind past his ears, Kholodny Zima is wisked about 30 seconds back into the past, Khazna now in his original spot, hurtling at his pillar. Without bothering to wonder how in the fuck that just happened, Khold gets down to the heart of the matter. Tablurath launches off of his pillar and lands some 35 or 36 feet away. Kicking around on the spoder webs, Kholodny's eyes widen as he witnesses the speed that this man is capable. It's almost hard to follow him with just his eyes. If he hadn't been paying attention, there's no way he would have caught any of it. It is much faster than any normal human should be able to go. Unfortunately for Khazna, Kholodny does in fact possess heightened reflexes as he is a marionette of a god; in effect this boosts his reaction speeds and reflexes, as when his human senses are not good enough, Stribog himself steps in to cover the slack. (Sidenote: Lowered gravity would not make you faster, though for the sake of the story, we'll let it go)
Kholodny twists and turns quickly to try and keep up with Tablurath's movements as the man attempts to gain height on the Russian and close the distance between them. If he was a normal human, there would have been no chance of seeing him. The man would have looked like he was teleporting. It's rather impressive honestly, if you know, Khold wasn't the subject of an attempted murder right now.
Tablurath makes a comment about not knowing who this Khazna person is. Kholodny takes a second, time stopping to make a point, and wonders “That's a good question. Who the fuck is Khazna? Where did I get that name from?” This does not happen in the actual timeframe, please do not assume that Kholodny is wasting time by wondering that.
Considering the stunt that Khold just pulled, he assumes that Tablurath knows and is keeping in mind that he does not need to make motions to create most ice. With that in mind, all the two men have to do is focus on not dying, which might be a little harder than it sounds, especially considering that Kholodny Zima possess very little ways to incapacitate. In a fight with Zima, death is pretty much the only outcome.
Tablurath takes a position in 2 seconds from the ground, to above Khold's head. Tablurathe probably thinks that Kholodny Zima is a coward. So he's gonna assume that Khold wants to keep distance. Hopefully. Because in order for the predator to become prey, one has to catch them off guard. So Khold lets Tablurath get the high ground without moving. And when the man with the mask launches himself at the Scion, Kholodny is ready. Using his considerable powers, Khold creates a bowl shape object coming off of the pillar, pointed upwards in the direction of Tablurath's “Flight Path”. This bowl is more than man size, and once created, Kholodny pulls all magic from it, leaving normal, if hyperdense ice. No magic threads to cut. This is an instant creation process. At the same time, behind the ice bowl, Kholodny begins to create a brutal spear of ice on his left hand. This is a 4 pronged ice spear, looking exactly like a whaler's harpoon. Should Tablurath get caught in the ice, and attempt to cut his way through, Kholodny will try to stab him in the face. If he jumps back, like a man of his intelligence would and should probably do, then a melee weapon probably won't do the ice man much good.
It is not super important to note, but for the sake of detail and remembering the bowl is normal ice, it is currently slowly steaming, like a pile of smoldering coal. Not quite melting yet, it's still very much below frostbite temperatures. If a human's skin or material otherwise not cold resistant were to make direct contact with it, it would probably cause almost immediate freezing/frostbite.
