Seeking the power of legendary pokémon to use as his own was The Ruler's main aim. Capturing and extracting the power of the legendary bird and Beast trio's, he declares war on the regions of Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. Forcing the men of the Kanto and Johto regions to fight for him, many innocent lives are taken, blood shed all over the regions.
Enraged, Arceus enters the earthly realm, coming face to face with the The Great Ruler, firing a hyper beam at him. The human is protected by his child, and Arceus sees the sacrifice as a glimpse into the good of the human race, and grants the child one wish.
S/He asks for the world to be restored.
It is granted, and s/he is resurrected as a Pokémon, given a new lease of life, as the protector of Legends, with an immortal life, told they may be required to help complete a prophecy.
2000 years later...
Team Rocket is trying to raise to power, attempting to take control over the Kanto and Johto regions. Exploring legends, he decides to replicate the great war from hundreds of years ago...
The Protector Of Legends is told to go and pick a human to travel with, and help the region be resurrected. Once s/he picks the trainer, they have to travel together, without the Protector revealing the trainer's role. At first, it seems like a normal journey, gaining badges and capturing Pokémon. However, the trainer finds himself at a constant attempt to keep Team Rocket at bay...
Will he be killed before succeeding? Or will he manage to remove the threat of Team Rocket and save the regions of Kanto and Johto?
Looking for someone to play the Pokémon. This can be adapted if you'd rather not play a Pokémon, but a human.
