Charlie's fitting and spasming halted after about a minute or two, and he lay in her arms, limp for a further moment or two. His eyes opened slowly as he tried to take in what had happened, and the area around him. He ended up hiding his face in her chest, feeling safe and secure against the motherly mermaid. His breathing returned to normal, as the tunic began to take effect, warming his tiny body up. "I scared.." He stammered out, looking as if he didn't know where he was, nor what had happened to him.
Bump.
"Alright, I'll let you take him and Emily inside then, and I'll book her in and cancel the transport for Charlie then. And be kinder to people, I think your tone upsets Charlie, even if he dosen't show it to you. I'm sorry."

Charlie smiled at his sister, eyes warm and happy. Tugging on her sleeve, he reached up, wanting her to hold him for a little while. He clung to the teddy in his arms like it was his source of life, and it pretty much was, being all he had left of hos mom and dad. Looking up, he started to cry after a few moments, the impact of hospital and his injuries seeming to set in on his childlike mind. "Rah-Rah!" He wailed, tired, upset and, by the smell, in need of a change of diaper.
Smiling, he wrapped his arms around the taller woman in a hug, breaking it a minute later. Sighing, he leant into her. "Sorry, I can't get too cold, I'll be even more sick otherwise." Blushing, the male looked around the groundd quietly. "I miss being her sometimes."
Charlie followed her, not quite sure if to let go of her hand or not. Regardless, he walked with Sky, smiling shyly at her. "Thanks for that, I appreciate it. It's not often people are nice.." Charlie grinned at her. "May I give you a hug?" The pale teen smiled, looking around and shivering in the winter chill. "How long is the drill?"
"Of course not. I'd love some company... But I'm buying you a coffee for it." He handed her to note, jumping as the fire alarm rang for a drill.

"Ahh, Sky. You can take Charlie to the new fire point, you seem to know him, passing love notes." He teased as Charlie stood.
Looking up, he glanced at her, then back at the paper note and thought for a moment. He had to go to hospital, he knew he had a check up.. But he did want to spend time with Sky, she seemed to be a kindly person, after all. Giving a smile, he began to write again.

"Gotta go to the hospital, I'm afraid.. Not gonna be fun, I hate being alone there.. Ah well. Why do you ask? c:"

He folded the note back up, handing the paper back to her with a small, soft smile.
Charlie wiped his eyes, smiling at the note. He couldn't help it as a few tears splashed onto the paper, but managed to compose himself to create a quick response for her, although he honestly wondered for a moment if she was being serious or trying to wind him up, or play on his emotions. Sighing softly, he swallowed and continued to reply, pausing to try and calm his shaking hand. Regardless, his writing was still a mess, thanks to his dyslexic tendencies. Wiping his eyes, he sighed and threw the note back at her.

"I'm Charlie.. Thanks, I guess it was a bad idea for me to come out and tell the others, huh?"
Oh, sush. :3
