Greetings [Insert Name Here]:

"Greetings, [insert name here], you have been selected to represent your country in the good fight, our last stand. Please report to the nearest airport and show the security this note, they will escort you to the jet, the rest will be explained there. Please show up by 1400 hours with one suitcase of your belongings.AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHARE THIS INFORMATION! Thank you, your U.N. representative." The U.N. has requested YOUR presence, something unheard of. Ever since the war began the U.N. has been making all decisions for the Armies of the world, and the news coverage has been severely limited, as well as anything relating to the war. The US has gone as far as to set up private servers, and allow no contact to be made with citizens of other countries. To American citizens the only war is in the middle east. Now time to show the world what makes you so special.

Rules:

1.)
No Controlling others' character.
2.) No God Characters.
3.) Try to stay active, and if something comes up try to give me a heads up if possible.
4.) What GM or Co-GM says, goes.
5.) This is a casual RP so try to at least have a paragraph or two per post.
6.) Please don't have all characters as an American, there's a reason it's a U.N. program.
7.) This may be cheesy, but have fun.

Any questions, just ask.
Howdy, I saw this and thought it looked interesting, however I didn't see any CS or anything in OOC for that matter. @Always
How's life treating y'all? (Just asking everyone in general)
The dashboard of the Vertibird lights up like a Christmas tree as a siren signals the pilot they have less than 2 gallons of fuel left. The Vertibird soon slows down and jumps out of light speed. As Dwaine begins scanning the dashboard for how much is left and if there are any other problems, Colonel Washington walks into the cockpit and looks at Dwaine.

"Dwaine," Washington starts, "What's the problem? We're not at the planet, and you seem to have come to a complete stop." Washington then looks at the dash and sees the fuel gauge is near empty. "Oh shit," He mumbles looking at it, "Less than 2 Gallons... We can't get the bounty if this thing can't fly to the planet where he is."

"What do we do sir?" Dwaine asks, looking up at his commanding officer, "We're in a part of the sector that should be uninhabited. There isn't any life for light years, sir."

"To start, turn off all nonessential functions." He pauses as Dwaine begins flipping switches, pulling levers, and pushing buttons. Finally he stops and looks up at Washington. "Good, now do a quick scan of the sector and see if there are any planets or ships in the area."

"Already on it, sir!" Dwaine says as he begins to type and a small blip sound is heard. Washington sits down in the Co-Pilot seat and waits for a few minutes as Dwaine types away. Washington begins to fall asleep when Dwaine suddenly startles him. "Sir," he shouts in excitement,"I got a large cruiser in this sector, it's the perfect distance and I think if I could contact it we could convince them to let us buy some fuel."

"Excellent," Washington stands up, "Get that frequency ASAP, and alert me when you have it. I'm going to go let the team in on what the current situation is." Dwaine nods and Washington walks out into the area with his crew. The crew turns to him and wait for the update on what's happening."Alright... Well right now we're in a bit of a situation. We have less than 2 gallons of fuel left and we are in a near empty area of the sector. Luckily we have located a cruiser close enough to the ship that we might be able to get there and convince them to let us get some supplies and fuel. Right now Dwaine is in there trying to get their radio frequency to make sure it's done before we waste our fuel to get there."

"Pft. Are you kidding me?" Scott chuckles sounding annoyed. "We're in a sector void of life, we are almost out of fuel, and you expect this cruiser will love to aid us? Look, there's only one way that it will, and even then it's questionable. If it's a resistance carrier. Washington scowls a bit at the word "Resistance". "You know I'm right, right about joining up with the resistance, and you know we could help if we joined 'em. Plus, we wouldn't have to worry about situations like this where we are damn near dead because we have 2 gallons of fuel and little amounts of supplies. So I ask why? Why don't we join 'em?"

"I've explained this a hundred times over!" Washington says, trying not to raise his voice. "We are loyal to the Enclave, and the Enclave only. I know their battle is just, but our main concern is getting the credits so we can get Multiversal technology so we can return home."

"Sir," Hibbard says, looking up at his commander, " I do believe Sergeant Autumn is right, that the best solution to our problems is to join the Resistance in their fight. Not only that, but morally it is the right thing to do."

Colonel Washington sighs and looks over at Natalie. "Luna," he says sounding defeated, "What's your thoughts on this?"

She looks up from her Pip-boy and at Washington. "I agree with their thoughts. That is all, sir."she then returns to her Pip-Boy. Before Washington can say another word, Dwaine calls out from the cockpit.

"Sir, I got the radio frequency. Listening to it, it sounds like a resistance radio frequency." Washington sighs and steps into the cockpit and takes a seat. "Here ya go, sir." Dwaine hands him the comms device.

"To the nearby resistance vessel, this is Lieutenant Colonel Richard Washington of The Enclave. We currently are 300 klicks away from your position and we have enough fuel to reach your vessel. We currently need fuel and supplies, and I'm requesting the authority to dock and refuel and buy supplies. Any fuel and supplies bought will be paid for in full by credits." He pauses and looks at his crew. "I am also requesting to meet either the admiral or General aboard your vessel for allying purposes. Please respond ASAP. This message repeats." As he puts down the comm and turns it off he hears his message come over the radio, repeating in hopes that the resistance will hear it. He sighs and steps back with his crew.

"Thank ya, sir." Autumn smiles as Washington sits down.

Washington's Outcasts

As the Vertibird speeds towards Eldritch IV, the team prepares for the fight. As they put on their armor, Lt. Colonel Washington walks back from the cockpit and smiles at his team. "Alright" he chuckles "You all know the drill, take out any chaos soldiers and personnel, don't fire upon any resistance members, and win the day... Is that understood?" He asks, looking to each member of the team.

"Sir, yes, sir!" They shout, their faces smiling from ear to ear, excited for the battle on the planet below.

"Excellent!" Washington laughs and then turns back to the cockpit and shouts, "SERGEANT, HOW MUCH LONGER UNTIL WE ENTER THE PLANET'S ATMOSPHERE?"

"2 MINUTES, SIR!" Dwaine shouts back.

"Great, well..." Wasington puts on his helmet and grabs his plasma rifle when Major Natalie walks over to him.

"Sir, you say we are aiding the resistance, yet you refuse to join them. How come?" She asks looking at him.

"We are loyal to the American Government and Enclave only. During WWII did the Americans in the Army leave to join the French resistance? No, they fought side by side with them." He says, without even looking at her. "Anyway," he turns back to his team, "I want you to remember, this "Reign of Chaos" is the enemy, it's what we fight to stop. We've seen this before, with Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, and most recently Chairmain Cheng. We fight for freedom, we fight for democracy, and we fight for the God given rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Now if any of you have any doubts after hearing that, then you don't need to be in this team. So, let's stop these Commie Bastar-"

"SIR," Dwaine shouts from the cockpit, "WE HAVE ENTERED THE ATMOSPHERE. YOU ARE FREE TO JUMP. I'LL BE PROVIDING AIR SUPPORT WITH THE VERTIBIRD!"

"ROGER THAT!" Washington yells back then turns to his team again. "Alright, time to jump!" Washington and the team then all jump out of the Vertibird and as they make contact with the ground it breaks beneath their feet causing a mini earthquake. The team immediately joined in with the resistance forces and began taking down tens of men at a time with the advance technology. As the team began pushing with some resistance, the ground behind them exploded killing some of the rebels, when some one yelled "ARTILLERY!" The team quickly hid in a crater of sand. "DWAINE!" Washington yelled over the comm "could use some help with those batteries over there!"

"Understood, sir" he says. As the team peaks out from the crater they see a Vertibird speed by destroying the batteries.

"COME ON, THE BATTERIES ARE GONE! KEEP PUSHING!" Washingtpn yells. As he begins running, a sudden explosion thrusts him back. As he stands back up, he shoots the man who threw it. "Man," he chuckles "I don't see how these guys have stayed in power for so long with troops like these"
Wasington's Outcasts

Faction Name: Washington's Outcasts

Universe of Origin: Fallout

Objectives: The team fights (in their universe) for the Reunification of the United States and for the protection and freedom of its citizens.

Capabilities: Being composed of the best trained Soldiers in the Enclave, the team is one of the best in the Wastes. The team also has some of the highest tech in the wastes with the most powerful, up to date Power armor (Mk.II), plasma weapons, and a Vertibird. The team does have their limits though, as they are only human. They can only take a certain amount of shots before they can no longer fight or even die, and can often disagree with one another.

History: After the defeat of the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel at the Battle of the Jefferson Memorial, and later The Siege of The Citadel, The Enclave easily took control of the Capitol Wasteland, and decided it was time to move on. President John Henry Eden called in an Enclave Enlisted, Sergeant Richard F. Washington, to discuss an executive order he was about to pass. Washington, who was one of the men leading the charge on the citadel, was considered one of the best trained the Enclave had to offer, and so President Eden promoted him to a Lieutenant Colonel, and placed him in charge of his own handpicked team of Enclave Personnel. They were sent into the Boston Commonwealth to make good relations, and the team later set their sites on destroying The Institute, a cruel science facility that made synthetic humans.
