Starlight flew as fast as she could. She didn't think she was watched, but it wouldn't take long for someone to notice she wasn't there. The farther she flew, the hazier everything seemed. She didn't remember the time of day, she just knew she could see, and she didn't know where exactly she was, but her instincts were taking over and seemed to be doing it for her.

The forest was suddenly much more terrifying than she remembered. When it was her home, the life and death it was full of was interesting and beautiful. But she was a stranger to it now, and she was suddenly aware of just how unfriendly the environment was to a pony. She felt scared of how she had no control over it, and was constantly on edge and watching for the many vicious life forms that could bring cruel and unusual deaths.

She eventually grew tired, and stopped near a river. The water was dirty, but she could still make out her reflection. She appeared to have aged, but she couldn't tell by how long. How many years has it been since the war started? Starlight tried to think of it, but she realized she had no clue. She brushed it off. It isn't important.

She appears to have grown much stronger since she last saw herself. She wasn't a bodybuilder or anything, but she was clearly very fit, at least for a pony her age, or what she guessed was her age. She appeared to have some piercings in her nose and ears she didn't remember receiving and armor she never remembered wearing, and took them off. It would clearly identify her as a Wildling, and she wanted to disassociate herself as much as possible, only keeping a small knife. All that was left was marking on her forelegs and face, which she assumed was permanent, and many blood stains over her whole body. She considered faking her death and using the armor as proof of that, but it would take to much time to do that. She also thought about jumping into the river to wash off the blood, but she didn't know what was in there, and simply began to fly again.

She continued her journey until she left the forest over she horizon, then she fell asleep in a fairly obvious hiding spot, as her need for sleep was more intense than her need for guaranteed safety. She had a dream that night, the same dream she had had for the past several weeks. She didn't know what it meant, but it had a part in persuading her to leave the house and gave her a place to go. She continued onward, spending about three days on her journey to the Refuge, finding food and safer places to sleep on the way, as well as a river to wash of all the dried blood.

When she finally saw the Refuge she picked up the pace. She had only given herself time for the bare minimum of sleep and eating, and she was exhausted. From her point she saw two entrances, and both had guards, but one had four other ponies at its entrance and one had only guards. She hadn't practiced true socialization in years, presumably, and she wasn't ready to start just yet. She knew with the guards she would only need to politely do as they say. She didn't really know what to do when she got in, but it was better than staying outside.

She strode to the entrance, not at all confidant, especially with her tattooed markings, but she certainly knew how to fake it, "Good day, officers! I would like enter the Refuge today." She said, certain it was awkwardly worded. She started to worry about the outcome of this, but she tried her best not to show it.
So am I clear to play? I'm sorry to ask it's just been a week now, so I'm thinking my CS was somehow missed or you've forgotten to say something about it.
Just updating real quick, I got a very sudden increase in work and didn't have time or energy to continue working on my CS. I'll probably finish it today then proofread and post tomorrow.

And I would totally love Starlight drawn out! Her appearance is still the same as the first CS, and you could put her in normal Wildling pony armor, and any pose is fine.
Okay, it's a little late, but it's done! If it's still a little thin I can PM you guys an IC post (I feel like I might of left something out from habit, but I'm not entirely sure), but I feel I did much better than before.

Name: Starlight
Appearance: Starlight is a light lavender mare with a long peach mane (think sunsets) with three streaks, a dark orange one, a hot pink one, and a dark purple one. She cut it short for convenience in battle. She has eyes the same shade as her hair and her cutie mark is three white stars.
Race: Pegasus
Fraction: House Everfree
Skills: Her talents are her knowledge of stars (she can use the night sky like a map) and the unusual fact that her speed doubles at night (though she still isn't all that fast). Other than those things she was a normal Wildling Pony, skilled in fighting (specifically hand-to-hand, very vicious hand-to-hand) and was just a bloodthirsty as anyone else.
History: Starlight was always traveling, almost never staying in one place more than a month or so. It was part of her natural adventurous spirit, nothing could hold her still and nothing could make her slow down. That was her motto, anyway. When she was little her parents had abandoned her before she was even old enough to talk, giving her no real ground and no one to go to. How she made it until she was old enough to be even remotely self-reliant is beyond her, but she's sure somepony somewhere had helped her.
One day when traveling through a small town somewhere in Equestria (She wasn't quiet sure, as she had thrown her map into the wind boldly declaring "Who needs a map!?") she met a stallion named Dewdrop, and eventually they fell in love, settled into the town together, and had three children that they loved dearly. Starlight found it strange, and almost uncomfortably different and unadventurous, but she was happy.
Then the royal sisters went missing. She was surprised, much like everyone else was, at how they just disappeared out of nowhere. What didn't surprise her as much as everyone else was how the sun and moon continued to rise and fall as they always had. Starlight had believed that somehow the world did everything it did naturally as well as through pony magic. She wasn't exactly sure how it worked, she never really had the time to think about it, but this seemed to be some solid evidence towards her theory. All she was truly concerned about was the safety of the sisters.
Eventually the houses started forming, and people where choosing sides. Eventually her family had also left her side, and she knew she had to decide who she would fight for. After many nights of rolling around in her bed and thinking it over, she decided to join House Everfree. She knew that Fluttershy was the leader, and had heard of her kindness. It only made sense to her that Fluttershy would try to stop any sort of violence. She made it to the forest as fast as her legs and wings could carry her, and was amazed. As she walked through the forest, attempting to eventually find where the house was located, she watched the forest around her and the sky above her, finding that everything was functioning and taking care of itself all on their own. It was fascinating to her, and was curious to learn more about a world that she had only imagined.
When she was accepted into the house, she was thrown right into training. It surprised her at first, but she was informed it was meant for self defense, and she believed it, even after taking note of the brutal style of fighting. She was incredibly loyal to the house and it's leader, eventually letting her actions be guided by Fluttershy's word, not by her own sense of right and wrong. And when Fluttershy snapped, Starlight still listened to her. She was practically brainwashed, and she couldn't see that, not even where the ground below her started to become soaked in blood. She even looked past the cannibalism, a practice she wasn't terribly fond of at first, but would still participate in.
She eventually realized what she was doing wrong when she saw her oldest child on the battlefield, mutilated into some sort of sick abomination. After the battle, she looked into how this could have happened to her son, and discovered that what she saw was the punishment of those who betrayed The Cult. She knew her son well, and she knew he had joined, and probably left, to try and end the war, just like she had done by joining House Everfree. She had to wonder if she was still carrying out that goal of peace.
After several days of thought, she eventually realized that this wasn't how the war would end. If she wanted to go back to the way things were, she would have to leave. It was much easier said than done, however, as the forest almost had a hypnotizing factor to it, as well as The Lady herself. Waiting was no longer about finding a safe way out, but about staying just a little longer.
Eventually her feral mind was subdued long enough to finally run into the forest, which had become familiar but much more terrifying.
Others: just some fun facts.
She's 45 in human years
Her speed at night is not a result of her special talent, but actually from a rare genetic disorder called Noctoariolis.
Currently her husband Dewdrop and her daughters Sprinkles and Lucky, who belong to House Stormwing, House Earthborn, and House WhiteGold respectively.
Surya watched as the bandits retreated back to their camp. She wasn't too focused, however, as she was both confused and upset about how she didn't know they would be here, and amazed at how so many half animals (she made a mental note to think of a better name) where all in the same place. Surya listened to Armadillo's proposal and thought about it. It was hard for her, as she was so used to being alone, and her skills where meant for that solitude. But she has been getting lonely these past few years...

"I'm game.", Surya said as she slithered behind a tree and quickly reformed back into her human form, something she had spent weeks practicing just to make sure it was as fast as possible. She pulled her pants back on swiftly, considering the usefulness of perhaps getting a skirt of some sort, "By the way, your less than appropriate behavior is forgiven. Oh, and what's your name? You've just been smaller boy and armadillo these past few minutes."
Same here, but again I can't really go anywhere or do anything. And it seems like pretty much everyone else has dropped it.
Well, I've already started on adding to the character sheet, so I think I'll just work on that :)
Got it! It'll take a while to work on, though. I have thought her out more, it's just that I was taught show, not tell when it came to writing, so I sort only give the basics when I start out and then let the character show the rest through the story. But I'll still try to add more and I'll probably get an updated one up in a few days or so.
Here's my CS! I think everything's in order.

History: starlight was a very moral pony, and always asked herself if what she was going was right. When the war started she was confused and terrified, but as everyone she knew started to join their sides, she knew she had to do the same. She choose to join House Everfree because she knew of Fluttershy's kindness, and believed that she would try and stop the war. Eventually she started to slowly stop asking herself if what she was doing was right and started asking herself if what she was doing is what Fluttershy would want her to do. And when Fluttershy snapped, Starlight was still just as loyal. One day during battle she saw something disturbing, something so horrifying it would change her forever, something that was no doubt one of the most horrifying things any pony could ever see. She saw her own foal mutilated into some abomination. When she learned that ponies who betrayed The Cult where turned into what she saw, she knew that her son did it because he was trying to make peace, just like Starlight tried to do by joining House Everfree. She asked herself again if what she was doing was right, and she discovered that the answer was no, and had to do something about it.

She did lots of traveling when she was younger, and she always has an interesting story for anyone that wants to listen.
Her speed at night is not a result of her special talent, but actually from a rare genetic disorder called Noctoariolis.
Alright, I've got my idea and I'm going to write it up soon. I'm going with someone a little less spectacular than everyone else's idea (I don't like going big because I worry about not playing the character right) but I like to think she'll still be an interesting character.
I would love to join, this sounds totally awesome! I'm going to sort of reserve a spot while I think about my character.
