Please don't worry

~ I'm going to update, revise, and play around with this post later. Probably Monday because tomorrow is going to be super busy for me. I just wanted to get the character sheet out so you guys and start working on your characters if you'd like. I also figured it would let you guys know that I'm still thinking of you guys, I'm just really busy!! D:
~ Also, lemme know if you guys think of any interesting or clever names for the University because I'm currently recovering from an awful head cold so my head feels kinda cloudy (if that makes sense) and I'm really, really tired because I just got home from work. Basically, the brain power isn't really there for me right now.
~ I'm sorry for the wait, but thank you for being patient with me!! <3
Woot! I'm glad people are up for it.
I'll try to get up the OC sometime tonight or tomorrow.
Just try to bare with me a little guys. My class and work schedule can get a little hectic sometimes.
So, it's been a while since I've roleplayed, but it's something I'd love to get back into, and I was thinking why not start my own?

If people are interested, I was thinking a simple slice of life rp in a college setting. All our characters would know each other, at least vaguely, because we all live on the same hall in a co-ed dorm. We could have events like dances and football games to change up the setting a bit.

If this gets off the ground, I was thinking I would start it off when everyone has just settled in. The RA asks everyone to gather in the lounge for a run down of rules and some kind of ice breaker.

After that, it's really up for debate on what should happen. Who knows? Someone could throw a party that very night and land all of our characters in trouble.

Lemme know if anyone is interested! :)
The earliest we could actually start the rp would be Monday because I have class tomorrow and Friday, and I work Thursday through Sunday.
Oh, no, I know! I wanted to get one up anyway before the rp kept going. I've just been trying to get back into the swing of things and find a balance between real life and roleplays lol. I like the premise of this one. :D
Sorry, sorry! Got one up. Time for bed now :3 Just one more rp to catch up on tomorrow! XD
Amused, Noel smirked at the younger boy's comment.

"Yeah, I felt that was a little...odd too. Understandable, i suppose," Noel mused, "but definitely a new experie-."

Just then, she was cut off by one of the older men's interjection. Craning her neck to the side, she turned just in time to see the coffee pot crash to the floor. A darken area was suddenly revealed and brunette wasn't sure what to make of it. It didn't get any better when a middle aged man with glasses appeared. He seemed a bit odd, like the last guy, and beckoned them to follow him into the darkness.

Shrugging, Noel complied and followed behind Chester and his pal. It was an interesting room. Similar to a secret base with super computers that you would see in spy movies. Not that those were up Noel's alley in particular, but her mind still made the connection. It was still dim, but she could see the half lidded expressions on the older men's faces. Are they bored? She wondered. How could they be? The fun was only just beginning! And if they were all taken back her to be slaughtered, well, at least they weren't alone.

Noel listened as the some men in lab coats conversed in hushed tones. She couldn't really make out what they were saying but the few things she did catch didn't make her feel any comfortable. Moments later, passages opened into individual compartments with some beastly looking recliners. It didn't take long for the gentlemen in front of her to curl up in them and make themselves comfortable. Shortly after, the younger boy did the same. Noel pursed her lips for a moment, and then sighed.

"When in Rome, I guess." With that, she climbed into one of the contraptions herself. While it didn't look comfortable, it suddenly felt like heaven. When has she become so tired? She wondered it would be bad to fall asleep, but, after a bit, she didn't really care. All she wanted was to wake up with all her organs in tact.

Noel could feel the pricks and tingles on various parts of her body. It felt like something sharp pierced the back of her neck, but all feeling was gone shortly after that. She was surprised. While the feeling of what stabbed her wasn't pleasant, it didn't compare to the tattoo she got on that back of her neck two years back. Now that was a bitch and it lasted for what felt like forever. However, when it came to tattoos, it was no pain no gain. She did, after all, get one or two in her lifetime. Well, maybe 3 or 4. Okay, 5, she had five tattoos, all easily covered, but she didn't want to talk about the last one. She was drunk, it was a mistake. Let's just say, never trust another drunk person to do your tattoo, no matter how good of a deal their belligerent self is willing to give you. Also, make sure you use spell check. It's important.

The next thing Noel knew, she was outside, in the daylight. Finally, look and feel of real daylight once again! Then it hit her. No. It wasn't real. None of this was. Those crazy chairs must have been the virtual reality simulators.

"Ughhh," Noel grunted. She had so hoped she could finally see the sun and sky again after so many hours of being blindfolded. Defeated, Noel sat up and looked around. Ah, good, the group was here too. Noel pulled herself up and dusted herself off before heading over to them. Past them, she could see a large house. It looked a bit worn, and the plant life near by needed a good trim.

"Soooo, does anyone else want to check out the haunted mansion?" Noel asked excitedly.
Woot woot, got one up. Now I can finish unpacking XD
May Chandler

May jumped, startled by a near by voice. Looking up, she was staring into the face of the famous Hermonia.

"Oh, um, yes," she replied, taking the offered hand. "Same here." May's speech was much less graceful and far less tactful in comparison to the school idol's, but she tried to smile anyway. Although, she was surprised that Hermonia knew her name at all.

Sitting back, the young girl smirked to herself when she realized how many of her classmates would love (and probably kill) to be in her shoes right now. However, as far as May could tell, the girl before her seemed like a normal person. Albeit, there was something off about the way she smiled. It made May nervous, but she wasn't sure why.

May tried to ignore it and chalked it up to the fact that Hermonia was an upperclassman. Just then, occurred to May that the other girls were probably a different year than her, and that's why she knew none of them.

A moment later, another girl entered the bus. It was again a face she recognized but wasn't familiar with. Shortly after the red head, a man stepped aboard and began elaborating on their assignment. He seemed odd and unlike most of the facility and staff that worked at the academy.

Having Hermonia lean over and whisper made May jump again. Her face even went a bit flush. It felt strange for her to have someone so physically close to her, especially someone who had such a large following. Regardless, it comforted May to know that Hermonia was just as surprised by the news as she was.

May, however, could kind of understand a lack of computer knowledge and was more concerned that they'd need help doing laundry! What kind of background could these boys have come from that they had so few life skills? What kind of parents could have possibly raised their child with such little knowledge of how to survive? Probably prissy rich kids who had everything done for them.

These thoughts worried the blonde as she listened intently to the rest of the speech. She had been under the impression this was going to be a normal tutoring job, however, it was turning out to be much more. She could feel a knot forming in her stomach. Anxiously, May slid her hands under her thighs to stop herself from fidgeting with them and began to bite her lower lip instead. She had not mentally prepared for this.

After his speech, May watched as the man exited the bus and disappear into the distance.

"Yes...That is odd," May replied thoughtfully. "He...he didn't even go back into the building," she noted, perplexed by the whole situation. "Does he even work for our school? I didn't recognize him at all..." May looked to Hermonia for answers. Surely, she of all people would be most familiar with the school staff.

Just then, the bus began moving and the closer they got, the more anxious May became. She knew she had to tough it out, but she wanted nothing more than to go back to her dorm and focus on something else. Anything else.
I'm still here too! Promise. I just got back from a two day car ride from Texas a few hours ago, so I should be able to post more regularly now that I'm back home. <3
Finally got it up. Also, I was wondering, because May is supposed to be obsessive, if she should fawn and fan girl over Hermonia too or if she wouldn't like her for some reason and be super annoyed with her instead. I left it kind of ambiguous at the end so I could establish that later when they interact more. Or I could go back and change it to where she's totally a fan and tries to sit next to her and be her bestest buddy ever lol. XD

Currently, I have her anxiety fueling her obsessive behavior but I wasn't sure how far I should take that trait. Like I was even wondering if I should make her obsessive relationship wise too. However, because she has anxiety also, I've just been leaning more toward the OCD side of things.

I think, for sure I'm going to make her all panic-y when she realizes she had feelings for someone.

Also, I'm sorry that (and this) came out so long, lol. That tends to happen when I write in the middle of the night. Also, I apologize for any horrifying writing errors. I did this on a kindle and swipe to type can be kind of a bastard sometimes.
