I fought Noble Knights only once and I annihilated them. What's their deal, anyway? Shadolls are annoying as fuck because they constantly summon and every one of them activates their effect when it's used as fusion material, breaking your cards and generally annoying you. What do Noble Knights do?

In any case, this time I wanted to play it anime-style, which means using a gimmicky and creative deck, GX-style, rather than an actual working deck. I love Koa'ki Meirus but Konami didn't really bother to keep them up to speed with the new, hyper-fast playstyle and uber-protected monsters. Still, I personally think that they would make for an interesting deck in a context different from RL duelling.
I know, I know :P
I want to finish the last custom card before doing that.
There, I posted three of my four custom cards, and I'm working on balancing the last one :P
Yeah, they're pretty nasty. Looks like I got the weakest deck of all :P
Damn, had I known, I'd have used something a bit scarier, like the Hazy Flame, Gishki or Laval.

Oh well. It's a RP, we just gotta worry about making it epic.
Dayum, your custom cards are pretty strong.

(Adding mine in a second)
I'm gonna post my decklist tomorrow, after I've finished my chemistry exam :P
Name: Akio Muzuki-Franklin (double citizenship)

Age: 21

Deck Type: Pure Koa'ki Meiru

Spirit Partner: None.

Ace Card: Koa'ki Meiru Maximus and Koa'ki Meiru Valafar

Frequent Cards: Koa'ki Meiru Urnight, Iron Core Transport Station, Core Blaster, Diamond Core of Koa'ki Meiru, Koa'ki Meiru Boulder and Core Overclock.

Personality: Surly and antisocial, Akio looks like your typical nerd, only without the affable awkwardness or the endearing passion for his hobbies the typical nerd might show. He claims to be interested in biology, physics and informatics, though he's supremely reserved about this. His usual attitude toward other people, both students and professors, is mostly of annoyed indifference with a tinge of superiority, and he acts as if he feels he's the only sane man in a world of idiots.

Bio: Child of mixed American-Japanese parentage, raised in Circle City, as far as everyone knows, Akio led a pretty normal life for a normal kid in Circle City. Rumor is that he wasn't always the antisocial jerk he is today, leading some students to speculate that he was actually brain damaged in an accident, although no one has the smallest clue about what this accident was, or if it even happened. In any case, he went through High School never socializing with anyone, but his good grades made most professors ignore his unsociableness and abrasive personality. After graduating, he inexplicably took an internship at the Duel Academy of Circle City, where he works as an assistant to the professors, despite not having studied there. He's not exactly loved, but most students, except a few, are creeped out enough by him to avoid making jokes to his face. Not that they show this kind of care when he's not around, though: some of the nastiest jokes in the academy are about him.

Anything we missed:

It's like a drug, Roxie. First you're disgusted by how OP Konami is making its new cards, then you keep losing to OP archetypes, then you try to save your pride by adopting the enemy's weapon, then you find out you kinda sorta have fun summoning Rank 9s in one turn, and before you've even noticed, you've already become one of the mass of wannabe powerplayers. I should know, that's exactly what happened to me.

(BTW, nice to find you here too... you might remember me as one of the reviewers and fans of Sleeping Terror ;) )
I'm the guy he's talking about, by the way. Nice to meet you all.
