So, since it's been decided that Which Is Why is the theme song for Moonfiend, what about a credits theme? My personal vote is for A Proper Story, since we've got a bit of a Bastion vibe going on already.
I play waaaaay too many things. The most recent thing being Speedroid Symphonic Gustos. More consistent than it sounds.
I love how menacing you made "The candy was almost gone." =P
Also, I've changed Esther's power to what [@LordWraith] suggested and added an appearence. Sorry this is going so slowly! I've just got a bunch of homework to do. Speaking of, I should really start doing some. Ciao!
Thank you! =D
Moonfiend crew, reporting for duty! =P I may or may not end up joining, since I can't keep track of a bunch of RPs at once, but rest assured I will at least lurk around the OOC and IC, just so I can see where this goes.
Hrmm... If I had to choose a song for Vincent, given my rather eclectic (read: super weird) taste in music, The Black Case would seem like a good pick. God and the Devil seems like it might fit, too, if only because the singer has that sort of "I'm hot shit and I know it" vibe to them. In addition, given these lines from your post at the top of page 5:

Then he began to form an idea in his head. Kill all the Grit. They were the enemy after all. He had the power of magic and technology on his side. With the two of them together the possibilities were infinite.

He glanced over at the roughed up group of people. He had to make sure they lived.

Holy Knight or Holding Out For a Hero may also be good fits.

Hopefully one of these fits Vincent well enough to be added to the playlist! =)

Eh I really don't like the idea of a 'luck' as a tangible force. Also the idea that she drains luck from those around her isn't really an asset for the team. It'd be humorous for a bit but it'd ultimately wear thin and/or get forgotten about. Now that said, don't fret right away, with some simple re-writes this power could be essentially left in tact but in an improved state.

As I don't like luck as a tangible force, I'd like to propose 'Probability Manipulation.' Now you're probably thinking, "But Wraith, that's the same thing!" Well actually it isn't! Probability is a set of pre-existing variables that surround every object and situation. When you sit on a chair the probability that it's going to collapse underneath you is very slim but it exists. If Esther was able to manipulate probability she'd be essentially able to subconsciously know and manipulate odds in her favour. She'd know where to strike in order to cause maximum damage, know what object to reach out for in order to hit a target. It'd be like a very strong sense of intuition which to most people would make her appear as lucky.

Hmm, that does sound interesting! Though, admittedly, I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with luck/probability manipulation, since I've got a character in another RP who does the same thing. Thanks for the advice though!

I'm not entirely sure what power I should give her instead, though, assuming I don't stick with probability. Ideally I'd like it to relate to her name (Esther means "star", Massoud means "lucky", and Shahnaz means "pride of the king"), but the only thing that comes to mind involves going full Muslim magical girl, which I have a feeling doesn't mesh well with the tone you're going for. =P
Added on Esther's power. It's a bit of a doozy to read, and I'm not entirely sure if it's allowed, since it kinda skirts the edge of "no reality-warping", but hopefully it's not too potentially broken!
