It was a slightly sad day, Copen admitted to himself as he watched the new students say their farewells to all they'd ever known. He knew that feeling, even if it had been three years ago when he'd first said that temporary goodbye to his parents. The summer holidays had been fun, catching up with old friends and simply being back home. His old room was welcoming and bright; but the dorm at Greenwing had its own sort of charm. His things were already unpacked and organised in their usual places, and he'd hung out with a few familiar faces so far. It was disappointing to see that the Tree Bitch was back, along with her crew - he'd rather much hoped that something had happened to her over the holidays...

It was funny to see the new kids try out their restraints, finding out how they'd been disabled. Copen disliked how his powers were affected, but it was a necessity when he looked at how some of them could cause havoc. It was only fair, he supposed - not that he wouldn't take advantage of his abilities if he could. It'd be fun. Now, everyone knew if it was him; he could still use his powers to tease or for his advantage, thankfully. Sticking his hands in the pockets of his uniform pants, he glanced about for anyone he knew. His long sleeves were rolled up to the elbow, displaying fair, blond-haired forearms, and the black-rimmed glasses he was so fond of perched on his straight nose. Maybe there'd be some new girls to flirt with, if he was lucky. That'd be nice.

The new students eventually lost his interest, and Copen turned around to look for more familiar faces. He wandered over toward the fountain, chuckling with that wide smile of his as someone splashed the childlike Justice. He was a crazy guy, that one. And it was bizarre to see him in that form, smoking and swearing. All around him, were other supers like himself. It was strange, and yet terribly lovely.

EDIT: @Liriia On one hand, Copen is also mischievous. On the other, I think he'd be repelled by the put-downs from Robin. Maybe rivals? Or friends? Or maybe just acquaintances. What are your thoughts?

Reason for Admission:
- Numerous incidents of theft. He was eventually caught when trailed after stealing a cellphone off of a display. The security guard couldn’t believe his eyes when the girl shifted back into a tall, blond teenager. After he was caught, a stash of stolen items was found in Copen’s bedroom by the police, who were now aware of his powers.
- Impersonation. Copen thought it was funny when he made out with a classmate as her boyfriend, only to shift back into himself and shock her. He’d done it a couple of times to some others, in fact. By now, the police knew of his powers – and suddenly, this was, ‘sexual harassment…’ Puh-lease, they certainly enjoyed my extensive kissing skills at the time. The stealing and impersonation happened around the same time, and the government realized the danger if this kid continued spiraling downward.

Years Admitted: 3

Special Abilities: Copen is a human shapeshifter. He can take the form of whoever he pleases – with a catch. His body mass has to stay the same. To get around this, he might replicate someone as slightly taller or larger than usual. He would be a very chubby six-year-old, for example.

Physical Strength:
In his normal form, Copen isn’t strong. He’s quite slender and has coltish limbs that he’s slightly self-conscious of. However, he isn’t really bothered to put the work in to become stronger – he prefers to run. Copen is quite cardio fit, and has nicely toned legs despite them being slim.
However, he is able to shift into a muscular person if he so wishes. They won’t be tall though – muscle weighs quite a bit – and this can be a disadvantage in a fight. He refers to it as, “Wolverine mode.” Minus the claws.

Mental Strength:
Copen isn’t clever. He really isn’t. He’s a bit of an airhead, to be honest – it’s why he was caught so easily. Who could resist the looks on people’s faces when they found out about him? He’s a bit narcissistic, too. He’s forever fixing his hair and straightening his clothes. Underneath this though, he does care about other people and has a soft heart.
Copen is happy-go-lucky, tending not to worry about ‘unimportant,’ things. He’s usually smiling that slight-too-big-for-his-face smile, and laughing rather loudly. He’s also flirtatious and open to hook-ups – but occasionally obsessive over a girl he really likes.

Weaknesses:
- With his good looks and charm getting him most of the way in life, Copen sometimes finds himself very stuck when it doesn’t work on people. He gets frustrated quite easily and isn’t exactly a problem solver so much as a problem maker.
- His narcissism can sometimes blind him to how he appears to others – usually along the lines of annoying.
- Electrical shocks will ‘turn off’ his shifting.

Restrained?: Yes

Details: Copen can shift with his restraint - but it comes with a catch. When he shifts, his entire skin turns blue. It makes it such that he cannot actually impersonate anyone; they'll all know it's him. His skin will turn back to normal when he's back to his usual form.

~ Raised by average, ‘normal,’ family in the rather boring suburbs. Only child. Boring boring boring. Mother and father are skilled Danish immigrants.
~ Popular, well-liked at school amongst peers, not so much amongst teachers – caused mischief.
~ Powers came into being at around age 12. Mucked around with them for innocent fun and attention.
~ Things got boring again, he decided to start doing more daring stunts. Impersonating teachers at school ("school’s out for the day!"), stealing and more nefarious impersonation for ‘action’ he wouldn’t otherwise get.
~ Caught at age 14 with numerous crimes against his name. Decided that he should go to the school for rehabilitation.

Copen could only be bemused as a strange girl helped him up. "Thanks," he muttered, a hand coming up to feel the painful lump forming at his forehead. Well, that was just great. But it could be worse, he reminded himself, as his dark blue eyes darted to the helpful woman - she seemed to have a twin, as his vision blurred in and out. He squinted a bit, following her gentle guidance as he got into the cab. First, he'd assumed she was a nice, kind stranger sending him home - but then, she got in with him. "Am I getting lucky tonight~~?" he slurred, side collapsing and his head coming to rest on her shoulder. Hm. She smelled sort of nice.

In fact, it was disappointing when she exited the cab. He frowned, drunkenly leaning out of the car with a puppydog expression on his face. Oh, in this emotionally amplified state, it hurt that she would leave him. He didn't even know her name! But... "You're asking me to come inside?" he asked, a slightly naughty expression curling his lips. "If you insist..."

The tall blond lurched out, stumbling as he regained his balance on the pavement. Clearing his throat, he blinked down at the girl in a drunken stupor. "What's your name?"

Once again, I find myself on the search for new roleplay partners... But that's okay, because I'll make new friends!

I'm Chico. I'm pretty uncomplicated and chill, but here are a few things about me:

- Tony Stark x 'Daughter' OC - Nonromantic. I'm wishing to do a plot with an adopted daughter of Tony, and the inventor myself. I would like to play the daughter. This would be full of feels, from both sides - my OC's troubles, and possibly Tony's alcoholism if you'd wish to include it.
If you're willing to indulge me in this, I will definitely double something for you! It could be similar with a different hero - our OCs could be siblings? - or otherwise a romantic pairing. I'm pretty much willing to make up anything for you, as I'm really wanting to do this!
