I think it's also interesting that people so far have been very little invested in magic compared to the exceptional skills. ...which does remind me, it IS okay to start with a x3 exceptional skill, right? If not, I'll just slap another spell on her cs and call it a x2 medicine

To my knowledge,there aren't any actual slave characters yet. I'm actually planning on making a hardcore medic who became a slave under the Iron Decree, though I haven't got her CS up yet.

So all the player characters will have six spells/exceptional skills, but I was wondering how common that level of power was in the populace. If I walk down the street and bump into the baker, is it likely that he has some kind of magic to deal with the master swordsmen stealing flour from his suppliers? I ask out of curiosity and backstory reasons.

That does seem to be the trend. I won't lie, I was getting a little nervous about this one dying too. Just came off of a recent RP death, wanted to make sure this one was alright.

That being said, I just now got a look at the dischord and as long as Rob's holding interest, I reckon we'll probably end well. In the meantime...

I suggest that everyone else do the same, Interact with each other with a presumed conclusion to your current event and add what happened in the concluion in a flashback or something later.

That's... actually a really good idea. Kinda limits options for immediately right now, but I would totally be down on working on a comp if you or anyone else really wanted to. Hell, a multi-person comp sounds kinda fun, if there's interest.

Good God, there are a lot of us. Anywho, I'm just bumping the thread and seeing who's still here and who's still interested in continuing, as we've been kinda sitting without a post for a few days now and I'm not looking to have another fresh RP kick the bucket. That and everyone seemed relatively enthusiastic about this thing initially, so I'm hoping it's a haitus.
