Aoi was standing at the edge of the observation deck of one of the airships heading to Beacon, resting her elbows on the railing and her head on her palms, smiling, gently swaying her head from side to side with closed eyes, humming. Her tail was wagging along with the melody, while her ears turned towards every new sound. This place was full of new sounds. And smells. And sights. Everything was different from Mistral.
“Greetings passengers. This airship will be arriving at Beacon in a few minutes. We hope you've enjoyed the trip.” The voice of the captain was coming from a speaker in the compartment behind her. All the other new students were in there, but she was more interested in seeing the place she would be spending the next couple of years. Suddenly, her ears turned at the sound of approaching footsteps.

Okay, so the IC is comming along nicely, but I've kinda caught a cold somehow, so it'll take a little while longer. And we're having guests tomorrow, so I can't work on it again before tuesday, But I'll also finish it that day, for certain.

Well, while we're not really accepting anymore, we will be having exchange students at some point, so if you're up for it then, you're welcome to join. I like the character, though.
