 I want to point out that this RP is taking place in a large, made up, city close to New York, New York. This city is called Satellite City. The city isn't as large as New York city but close. Satellite City is divided by circles, out lined with rivers. Tall buildings make up the inner circle of the city. These buildings are typically global business buildings, hotels, and high class apartments. The only small building in the center is town hall. It is a small brick building surrounded by a garden and trees. 

     The middle circle has a lot of small businesses and middle class houses. Typically houses meant for a family of three to five people. Of course there are some emptier houses and small apartment buildings for rent. This part of the city is ripe with kids and public schools. 
     
     Last, but not least, is the outer circle. This part of Satellite City is particularly poor. The only non poor thing about this part of the city is the night clubs. The clubs are very nice actually, but are kept in this part of the city do to the strippers, booze, and other non high class things. The people here are fairly savage. Buildings are crumbling and being set ablaze very often. People tend to rob other people and buildings. Kids here do not attend school, they are taught at a young age to fight to survive.

 Alexander Pascal (A.K.A: @TheDookieNut)

 Alexander finds himself in his home in the middle class section of the city. His house rests on the edge of the Middle river. This is so he can go across the river into the night clubs, which usually border the other side of the river, and gather women. 

     In your house you have three women gathered. These women know who you are and are known as your cattle. Yours to feed off of at will, whenever you need. They are blood bound to you and must follow your command, as long as it does not involve hurting themselves or others. 
     
     You turn on the midnight news just in time to see the headline story. Reports of people being brutally murdered and having the blood sucked clean out of them are feeling the news. The police and news reporters are calling this a cannibal serial killer with thirty known victims under his belt. You know it is a kindred and this may be bad for vampire society.

     How do you proceed?

 Erinion sits in a nice comfortable chair in her living room. Standing up, you make your way to the window. You have a nice view of all the circles from your top floor apartment in the inner circle. The money you were provided with through out life has let you buy such a nice apartment. 

     It may be a little small but it makes you feel secure when you want your you time. With your money you have actually bought, and installed, a hidden freezer behind your refrigerator to hide your victims’ bodies.

	You walk back to your chain and sit down. Tapping into the network you begin to hear of a vampire sucking the blood from his victims and leaving them out to be found. The human world is claiming him or her as a cannibal serial killer. You feel paranoid, you don’t like the idea of other vampires so close.

Every since your embrace you have picked up life. Selling art of pretty much any form . This has given you enough money to buy a nice art studio in the finer part of the inner circle. You display everything there. Even humans you have flesh crafted. People don’t seem to noticed what they were at one point. They just see them as sculptures. 

     Under this studio is your apartment. Your apartment is very spacious. A lot of room to do your sculpting and art. Humans seem to be drawn to your apartment like a bee is drawn to a flower. This makes it easy to feed and to create your works of art.

     One night while showing off your art in your studio a detective came in. Not to question the art, but to observe it off duty. He began talking to you and trusting you more and more with every word and every sip of wine. Detective Holmes then went on to tell you about a cannibal serial killer they are trying to catch. The victims have been drained of their blood and have bite marks. He tell you people at the office are joking about vampires. 

     Your art gallery is still going on. How do you proceed?

 You live in the outer circle of town. You don’t have much money and you aren't too keen on coming out much due to your appearance. Kids tend to call you monster women if you are spotted out and about. 

     The shadows feel like how in the outer circle, along with the deep maze known as the sewers. Creeping in the shadows at night, and from other kindred, you have heard of another vampire killing people and leaving their bodies. You know the vampire laws and have been around long enough to know the masquerade. This seems against it. 

     Immediately, you contact the prince. He summons you in and is allowing you to tell him what is going on. He says that you have been a good informant over the years and never disappoint him. 

     You are in his office. How do you proceed?

You have managed to get a place to stay in one of the nightclubs on the border of the outer circle. In exchange you are a guard. Most people don’t see you as a threat because you’re only a kid, but the owner has seen you in action and is happy to have you as head of security. 

     One night, standing outside of the night club you notice a shady character leading a couple women out to his car and driving off. Of course you see shady looking people all the time, but this one, this one was different. He gave off a sense of enlightenment but also a sense of danger. You could smell so scent coming from him, but can’t really put your finger on it. 

     Just about that time you hear a scream come a  couple blocks away. You’re curious, but can’t leave your post outside the door. You stand there and wait. About an hour later a man in a black trench coat and fedora approaches you. “You’ve been summoned by the prince. Don’t ask questions, just get to river front in an hour.” Then , like the wind itself, he’s gone. 

     How do you proceed?

You live in the outer circle. A small house next to a night school. You tend to watch kids every night, just to make sure they’re alright. Never once have you seen something go wrong, until now. 

     One evening, while watching the kids go home from school, you saw a kid get picked up by a man in a black suit. This wasn’t his father. You’ve seen his father before. This man was a stranger. The boy seemed to just follow right along with the older man’s actions. 

     By the time you got outside they were already in a car and almost out of site. One thing you did notice before the car was gone, between the building and traffic, you noticed a bloody hand print on the hood. Somebody put up a fight. 

     You’re just about to run after the car when a man taps on your shoulder. “Miss, the prince has called you. He wants you to meet at the waterfront in an hour. He has a task for you relating to the kindred killing all those women.” Without being able to say a word, he’s gone.
