Lauralye watched as she watched Thedas with the horses, saddling them up. When her own was ready, she walked over to it and placed her hand on the front of the saddle and lifted a leg for Thedas to help her. Sitting side saddle, she smiled down at him before she leaned over and kissed him, "Funny, I was going to say the same thing," She laughed a little before she placed her hand on her stomach, "It's a good thing we'll have a little one to follow or we might start running in circles," she teased.
Lauralye nodded, "We can do it as a family," she rested her head against his chest, "I may have magic... But I don't know if I could protect us like you could." She stepped out of his arms and took his hand in her's before she started to walk, "Let's begin with today," she smiled, "take me to the city?"
Robin Hood - Present Day - The Moors (Hood's Hideaway)
Robin Hood woke up on a cot under a small tent, that was his alone, and a small fire pit that was used most nights for cooking and warmth. He reluctantly got out of his bed and began to pull on his clothes. He was slightly sore from the day before, a few bandits had decided to ransack a town. Luckily, one of the men got word of it and like the Calvary they rode in to protect the innocent. The fight had been short lived, the bandits were under armed and under trained to take on anyone more than a farmer's wife. However, they did get a few blows in, hitting Robin in the shoulder hard enough to leave him with quiet the bruise. Fully clothed, he made his way out of his tent and into the small town of tents. The Merry Men had once flinted about the Moors from place to place, travelling where the wind and danger took them but after a few complications with towns burning to the ground and them leaving the inhabitants in less than favourable living arrangements, Robin felt it were time for them to settle down. The camp was hidden well away from any roads and it would be difficult for any person who didn't know the woods like him and the Merry Men to find it. In fact, even those who lived there didn't know the way. Robin had each and everyone of them blindfolded before they took them all in. They could leave... but they left knowing they could never come back. There wasn't much reason to leave though, their families were here, there was room to grow crops and the Merry Men along with a few others hunted. A river was close by for quick and undetected escape as well as fishing and fresh water. Overall, the people who lived in his hideaway were happy. A rather large man approached him and clapped him on the shoulder, causing him to wince, "Easy, Little John," he hissed between his teeth. Little John laughed, "That bandit got you quite good, didn't he, Robin?" Robin rolled his eyes and pushed the man away a little, "Yes. Yes. He got the jump on me. So what, I'm quite positive you have a few scar from that." Little John smiled and pushed Robin slightly, "Not as many as you..." "I don't think me jumping in front a sword counts as them getting the jump on me," He chuckled running his hand down and over his mouth, "Now, did you have something of importance to say. Or did you just come here to mock?" "A little of both," John said with a grin, "Will Scarlett found the girl you were wanting us to keep an eye on. She was walking through the Moors headed to the Province and came back a day later with a letter, which she took straight to Maleficent's castle. She seems more like a messenger than a ward, Robin." A smile played on Robin's lips with the news, "I don't know, John. You don't just trust anyone with important information like that and the girl I saw looked to just the right age for the stories we've been hearing... and she didn't look like any peasant, servant, or slave I've ever seen. She was clean and well fed. Looked like she'd been treated like a princess. I don't think our sick Queen would be as kind to any old messenger." "Now look, Robin.... Alice just had a baby girl... A beautiful baby girl," John said, taking a moment to get a little giddy about his new daughter, "So, I've got to ask... What do you intend to... do with the girl?" Robin looked up at his friend before he stopped walking. He reached up and placed a hand on his shoulder, "You know me, John. I am a fine gentleman. The girl will come to no harm... I'm just looking to hit the Queen where it hurts." "How do you know this will hurt?" John asked, holding hands in front of himself. Robin pursed his lips in response. He didn't really know if it would. The Queen was heartless after all, who knew if anything would hurt her. He shook his head, "Stealing gold and weapons from her is getting boring and it isn't doing anything but stealing money from the poor souls who made the tat to begin with. I'm just hoping she has a bit more attached to the girl than she is to some coins." John sighed before nodding his head, "Alright... Well, do at least know how you are going to go about it?" Robin had the grin on his face that always worried John a little. It was a grin that meant he was off to do something stupid. Robin picked his quiver and bow from where he had left from by the central fire and pulled them onto his shoulders, "I heard there was a Duke coming through the woods today with little muscle... Figured I'd procure him of some extra weight." Robin smiled at him over his shoulder as he retrieved his horse and without another word he rode off. It was times like these that John began to question if they maybe weren't the good guys.
Nevermind... for now... Maybe
Name: Tinker Bell Other Name: Tink Age: 145 (Physically in her twenties.) Occupation (If Any): Tinker/Adventurer Appearance - Thirteen Years Ago (Age 132): Appearance - Today (Age 145): Personality Traits: Tinker Bell was born sassy as can be with a feistiness that could hardly be matched. She is an incredibly brave individual as she is willing to do just about anything anyone asks of her without fear. This plays into her heroic tendencies, as she jumps into the fray to help a friend without hesitation. She’s always a selfless and dedicated friend who is incredibly loyal, willing to stick by your side through think and thin (part of this is due to feelings of guilt about betraying Zarina). Tinker Bell is helpful, always willing to lend a hand to anyone who might need her help with tinkering or anything else. Due to her talent and her own interests, Tinker Bell is very intelligent, creative, and inventive, easily being able to put together spare parts to make something entirely new. She is not all good though, she tends to blame things on other people when she's frustrated, even if it is her fault. She often allows her temper to get the better of her and can become quite jealous when it comes to things that she wants. Tinker Bell is incredibly stubborn and begrudgingly admits to being wrong, although she tries her best to be nice about it. Tinker Bell has a mischievous side to her that she picked up from being around Peter Pan and the Lost Boys and it almost goes hand in hand with her adventurous side. Tinker Bell loves challenging work, she is generally a hard and determined worker but she likes to take time now and again to play games. Skills: Tink has a knack for building, she can make anything from anything. Her favourite things to build with are the lost things that she finds around Pixie Hollow. Tink knows her way around a sword from her time with the Lost Boys and can make many different weapons as needed. Since she makes these weapons, she has a basic knowledge of how they work but is more of a jack of all trades with them rather than a master of one. Biography (Before Earth): Tinker Bell was born when a baby laughed for the first time on a winter's night. The laugh was carried on a dandelion seed to Neverland, where it was guided by fast-flying fairies to a special area in the Pixie Dust Tree. Terence poured a cupful of pixie dust on the seed, and it turned into a small blond fairy. When searching over the items presented by the fairies to find her talent during a special test to determine her talent, the tinkers' hammer was the only one she passed over. However, the hammer floated toward her and glowed brightly when she touched it, indicating great skill, and the Blue Fairy dubbed her "Tinker Bell." She accepted her role as a tinker until learning that tinker fairies do not visit the Mainland she grew unhappy with this role. It was then that she attempted to change her role, only to cause more problems for the fairies. It was then that she ran away to try and explore the mainland. She met a boy named Peter Pan and became very good friends with him. She joined him and the Lost Boys, playing games, sword fighting, and just having fun. They wrecked havoc for pirates and meet Indians, saw mermaids, and stayed up well into the night. Tinker Bell became infatuated with Peter and even gifted him a large supply of her own fairy dust to allow him to fly, despite not having much left for herself. She grew very jealous of anyone that Peter showed any kind of affection toward and could be quite rude. However, somewhere along the line, she realized that Peter did not love her as she loved him and it hurt. It was a kind of pain that only got worse when she was around him, so she left. She returned to Pixie Hollow and asked the Blue Fairy for forgiveness, to allow her to return. The kindhearted woman allowed Tinker Bell to return to the hideaway and live among the fairies once more, so long as she didn't try to change the talent that chose her again. It was in this time that she met Zarina, another tinker fairy, with a knack for making Tink's inventions extraordinary. The two became fast friends as the worked away, Tinker Bell making inventions for Zarina's experiments that Zarina used on Tink's inventions. For the first time, Tinker Bell truly accepted her talent and did not mind staying in Pixie Hollow. However, this did not last long. One night, Tinker Bell stumbled upon Zarina experimenting with Fairy Dust. She had heard from Terence about the sudden disappearance of Pixie Dust and feared that it had been Zarina. As she watched on, Tinker Bell noticed that Zarina was somehow managing to change her own talent with the dust. Although it intrigued the tinker in her, Tinker Bell could not let her continue... Not when she was stealing Pixie Dust... She regretfully went to the Blue Fairy and told the woman what she had found, turning her best friend in and playing a big part in her banishment. A guilt that she will have to live with forever. Tinker Bell has gone on many adventures since, the Blue Fairy saw use to send the tinker on different jobs to help the other fairies if they found themselves in spots of bother. Tinker Bell continues to build new inventions to make life easier for those in Pixie Hollow as well as travelling throughout the world for the Blue Fairy as she needs. Biography (Life On Earth): Tinker Bell has never been to Earth and doesn't know of its existence. Other: Let Your Heart Sing - Katharine McPhee

Daria Belikov, Annelise Brie and Rapunzel - Present Day - Lake Tahoe

Rapunzel had pulled all her hair back into on giant braid that morning, it was always easiest when she had plans to go places. She, of course, was not going to be spending her vacation days hidden away in her room. She pushed the door from the stairwell into the lobby open, deciding last night that she preferred stairs to elevators and made her way to the restaurant and was happy to find a small buffet set up. She got into line behind a large group of people and slowly started to fill her plate. She didn't put much on it before she headed to find a table. It wasn't until she was sitting that she noticed people looking. She supposed it wasn't every day that they saw a girl's hair touching the ground as she sat in a chair. She pulled her hair over her shoulder and let it sit in her lap as she leaned forward to snack on her oatmeal.

She looked around as she did and noticed a few posters talking about a... party of sorts that was supposed to be happening that night...

Annelise yawned loudly in her bed looking over at Daria sleeping next to her she was cuddled up next to her friend and smiled softly. Her friend looked so cute sleeping there and felt the sudden urge to kiss her on the forehead but resisted the urge to do it. She slowly pulled herself off of her friend and got out of her bed. She then gently started to poke Daria on the forehead to wake her up. "Hey time to wake up." Annelise said looking over at the clock seeing that it was already ten o'clock now, today was the day of the dance that they had every year and remembered that she had requested the day off so she could do some shopping for it.

"Do you want to have breakfast here or over in the lodge?" She asked looking down at her friend.

Daria woke up slowly to Annelise's constant poking and looked up at her friend before she grabbed her finger, "Poke me again and I break it," She teased before she released her and sat up on her elbows. She yawned as Anne asked her where she was wanting breakfast, "With the choice between professionals and our combined crappy cooking... I have to go with the professionals."

She sat up fully and pulled off her pajama top before she picked her bag up off the ground and pulled out her bra and a clean top. She pulled them both on without so much as a glance at Annelise. Then came out the panties and jeans, she stood as she also grabbed her toothbrush, "I'm going to run to the washroom," She told her friend before she put her toothbrush in her mouth and stood, walking into the bathroom, her hands already pulling down her bottoms as she closed the door.

"You know you like being poked by me." Annelise giggled teasing her friend as she finally let go of her hand, and nodded to Daria she would rather have one of her co workers make breakfast for her. She then started to blush deeply as Daria got up from her bed pulling off her pj's. "Uhh.. okay yeah i'll get changed as well." Annelise said watching her friend starting to pull off her bottoms and going into the bathroom which was connected to her room.

She started to take off her pj's tossing them onto the bed until she was just in her bra and panties, Annelise started putting on a hoodie along with a pair of bluejeans to wear for the day before the dance started.

Daria came out the bathroom a short while later in dark jeans and a little blue button up that was tucked into the front of her pants. She quickly grabbed her scarf from her bag, wrapping it around her neck. She had caught sight of a couple hickeys, one far more prominent from the rest (she assumed from when Alan had bit her), that she would have to cover in make up for the party tonight as she had no intention of wearing a scarf then too. Tossing her things into her bag, she looked at Annelise and sighed, "God, I'm glad I'm going to be there when you figure out what you are wearing," She joked.

She pulled her bag up and onto her shoulder, "Well, let's head out."

Annelise turned around to watch Daria coming out of the bathroom, getting a better look at a few hickies that were on her neck and smirked slightly to see them there but decided to not say anything about it. "Well I guess it's a really good thing that I have a fashionesta as a friend, I know you will help me out anyway because you love me." Annelise said jokingly as she grabbed her purse and jacket before heading down stairs, she headed into the kitchen for a moment and grabbed some cat food for Sylvester pouring him a bowl along with a bowl of water.

"Now i'm ready." She said as she started to walk outside, the sun was out however it was very cold. She smiled hearing some people going down the slopes already or talking to one another.

Daria followed her friend, pulling on her coat and shoes as Anna fed the cat. When the girl proclaimed she was ready, she walked with her out into the sun and snow and headed toward the lodge. When they reached the large building, Daria handed off her bag to one of the bellman and gave them her room number and a tip before heading into the restaurant with Annelise. She smiled, "Woo! Buffet!" She walked over to it and started to pick through the food, choosing exactly what it was that she wanted. She glanced over her shoulder at one point and noticed a girl sitting at a table and whistled before turning back to the food, "Look at the locks on Rapunzel over there."

Annelise smiled. "Meals are on me while your here." She said as she grabbed herself a plate, and headed over towards the buffet grabbing herself some scrambled eggs, along with some hard boiled eggs and some sausage and pancakes. When Daria pointed out the girl Annelise turned to look over to see Rapunzel sitting by herself and blushed slightly seeing how attractive she was. "Thats her actual name, I chatted with her a little bit yesterday."

"Wait.... Seriously," Daria said, stealing another glance before shaking her head, "People give their kids the strangest names..."

She caught glance of Annelise's blush and her mouth hung open slightly but she made no comment. Surely, Annelise wasn't... Although, she could be... Daria had never heard her say otherwise. She bit her lip a little as she thought it over before smiling innocently at her friend, "Well, why don't we go sit with her. Maybe she can come with us on our trip," She teased in comment to the vacation the two of them had planned the previous night, "What do you say?"

"True, though a lot of people name their kids after fictonal characters as well." Annelise looked at Daria for a moment, seeing the look on her face confused her slightly. She rubbed the back of her head slightly. "I just only chatted with her yesturday we accidentally bumped into each other, and only if she is willing to go and your parents pay for her ticket as well." She then nodded. "Lets go over there then."

Annelise waved at Rapunzel as she walked up to her table and smiled. "Hey Rapunzel, mind if we join you?" She asked looking over to her friend. "This is my friend Daria by the way."

Rapunzel jumped a little when Annelise spoke, she had been very wrapped up in her oatmeal when the girl arrived. She smiled at Annelise, "Not at all."

She looked up at the dark haired girl who joined them as Annelise introduced her, "Hi."

"Hey," Daria said as she sat down next to Annelise and looked between the two a little, "So you guys ran into each other yesterday."

Rapunzel pulled her spoon out of her mouth as she nodded to her friend, "Mhm... She helped me pick up my drawings I dropped then got my lunch..."

Daria leaned on her elbow, her head in her hand, "Did she now, how kind," She grinned at her friend before looking at Rapunzel, "You draw?"

Rapunzel nodded again before she reached into her bag and pulled out her sketchbook. She opened it to the page with Annelise on it, the opposite page had a drawing of a rose that looked surprisingly real for being noticably drawn with a pencil. Daria's eyes looked back at the drawing of Annelise, which Rapunzel had finished since the day before, "Wow... Colour me surprised. It looks just like you, Anne."

"Sorry I didnt meant to scare you." Annelise apologized when Rapunzel jumped, she sat down in one seat looking towards Daria as she sat down next to her. She quickly started to dig into the scrambled eggs, quietly listening to the two of them talking. When Rapunzel pulled out her pictures Annelize quickly spotted a drawing of herself, as she blushed slightly she was amazed at how good her art was.

"That is me right?" Annelise asked looking up at Rapunzel her eyes then going down to the very well detailed rose. "You are a really good artist."

Rapunzel laughed a little when Annelise asked if it was her in the picture, "Yes..." A small blush rose to her cheeks as the girl complimented her, "Thank you... I've... worked quite hard on it..."

Daria looked at the girl, "So... Why Annelise? What spoke to you about her?"

Rapunzel laughed again and shrugged, "People don't really... speak to me," She pulled out the papers of all the portraits that had fallen all over the place yesterday and handed them to Daria, "I like to draw kind people. Annelise was more than kind to me yesterday... Some of them are people who did small things, gave a homeless person some money, gave me a friendly hello... They are just the simple drawings not to many details... because I only really saw them in passing. Others I took more time with a fireman at the hall by my apartment, Agatha... The woman who took me in a year ago, and Annelise, who fed me because... well I don't really know why."

Shifting through them, Daria was quite impressed. Even the 'simple' ones she talked about where still people. Daria struggled to believe that she saw them only in passing... She looked up from them, "Well, that's the kind of girl Annie here is."

She wrapped an arm around her friend, "Hey, are you going to the party tonight?"

"Party?"

Annelise blushed slightly when Rapunzel did say it was her and smiled. "You are welcome." She said softly looking over at Daria for a moment as Rapunzel handed her some of the drawings that she had made. Annelise took a sip of her glass of water as she ate quietly looking over at Rapunzel as she spoke about her drawings.

"It's a party that we have every year here at the lodge, we were going to go shopping for dresses today luckily I got the day off you can come with us if you like. Daria here is good with picking out dresses for everyone." Annelise said gently nudging her friend's shoulder playfully at Daria's comment.

"You know I like to help people sometimes if I am not busy with anything."

With the offer to join them, Rapunzel hesitated, not wanting to step on any toes. She looked between the girls before she nodded, "Sure... I guess I saved some money yesterday," She rubbed the back of her neck and smiled.

Daria clapped her hands, "Oh I am so excited to dress the two of you!"

When they finished eating, Daria called for Clyde to come and pick them up. Rapunzel was playing with the edge of her gray skirt a little, her fingers just peeking out from under her large cardigan and winter coat. Daria practically dragged the two girls into the car and sat on the far end so that Annelise sat between Rapunzel and herself. She leaned forward and looked at Rapunzel, "So, what do you like to wear?"

"Um... I... don't really know. I just kind of... put on what I have," She said quietly, playing with her hair a little. Daria nodded her head, "I can see that. Well, we are going to doll that both of you up tonight."

She was happy to hear that Rapunzel was going to the party as well, and started to finish eating the rest of her breakfast and gently rubbed the back of her head when Daria started to get excited about 'dressing them up'. "I bet you would love to be a fashion desinger or something Dari." Annelise said jokingly.

She quietly started walking behind Daria walking side by side with Rapunzel as they left the resturant and headed out towards the front door where Clyde was waiting by the car, Annelise climbed in behind Daria. "What are you going to buy Daria?" She asked as the car started to leave the lodge and headed down the mountain and into town.

Daria chuckled when Annelise asked her what she was going to buy. She shook her head, "Nothing for tonight, I've had that outfit planned since I packed. I might grab something though... If it happens to catch my eye. I really just came to make sure that you didn't plan on going in jeans and a sweatshirt," She smirked at her friend, "I'm like... Consider me... Your Fairy Godmother, I'm just here to make sure that you look stunning at the ball."

When they got into town and the stores, Daria hopped out and stretched before looking at her friend and Rapunzel, "Alright, you two ready to be made beautiful?"

Rapunzel nodded and grinned at Annelise before following Daria into a dress store only to have the girl start piling dresses into their arms.

"I already know you are the fairy god mother of fashion." Annelise said teasingly as the car made its way into town, she looked at Daria and started to pout. "I never wore a sweat shirt and jeans to the party, I think Eliza did once though." She laughed as the car came to a stop at a store Annelise got out shortly after Daria did and helped Rapunzel out of the car.

She shifted slightly as Daria started piling dresses and dresses into their arms and laughed slightly looking at Rapunzel. "Sorry she kind of goes crazy when it comes to clothes and parties."

Rapunzel looked up at Annelise's hand when she offered it to her to help her out. She took it into her own and smiled, giving the girl a small thank you before they followed Daria into the store. She laughed a little when Annelise called her friend crazy, "It's okay... I've never actually done this before... Most of my clothes are just hand me downs..." She tucked a strand of hair that fell out of her braid behind her ear, "It'll be nice having something that is mine..."

Daria handed the two of them a couple more dresses, "Alright. I didn't really know what would look good on you, Rapunzel, so I kind of just grabbed everything and with you not really having a style, we are going to find you one. You have everything. Although, I'm sure they'll all look great on you," She turned to Annelise, "And you, my dear. Are going to struggle to choose between these," She ushered them to the change rooms and took a seat just outside, "Alright, change into your first one... I want you guys to come out at the same time so we can all decide."

She pulled her legs up onto the couch that she sat on as she waited. Rapunzel gave Annelise a small laugh and smile before she stepped into the change room to try on the first dress.

"I'm glad you decided to join with us. otherwise I would have to be doing this by myself." Annelise teased Daria as she walked into the changing room with a handful of dresses that Daria had shoved onto her. She took a moment looking through the dresses until she found a red one She started putting it on and walked outside of the changing room looking down at Daria as she sat on one of the chairs. "What do you think?" Annelise asked looking over at Rapunzel and Daria.

Daria looked Annelise over in the dress as Rapunzel stepped out in a similar red dress although the blond didn't look as comfortable in it. Daria clapped, "Oh look, you're matching."

Rapunzel struggled between choosing whether to pull the dress up or down and looked at Annelise, "Your's looks great on you... Me... I feel like I'm wearing a towel..."

Daria laughed a waved her hand, "Then back you go," Rapunzel gratefully took the exit and slipped back into the change room before Daria looked back at Annelise, "I think you both look hot in tight red," She smiled, "It looks nice with your hair too. Orange and red don't always mix. If you like it, I say that was easy."

As she finished, Rapunzel stepped out again in a wildly different dress, "That was fast," Daria commented on the speed of the girl's changing. She whistled, "You look like a princess."

Rapunzel played with her skirts a little and smiled. She still looked a little uncomfortable but it wasn't the same as when she was in the red dress. Daria looked between the two of them, "Was... Was it really that easy?"

Annelise looked at Rapunzel and blushed deeply seeing that they were wearing the same colored dress and giggled softly at Rapunzel's comment. "I get that feeling as well sometimes, i'm more used to wearing something warmer." She walked over to a nearby mirror looking at herself through the mirror liking the look of her dress she had picked out.

Then Rapunzel went back into the changing room only to come back out a few seconds later, loving the blue dress that Rapunzel had changed into. "I really love that look on you Rapunzel." Annelise complimented staring at Rapunzel's body for a moment before turning to Daria. "I'm usually pretty easy when it comes to clothes. You know we need accessories now right?"

Daria scoffed at the comment, "You do know who you are talking to right? Accessories are my favourite part," She got onto her feet, "Get changed into your clothes. We'll buy your dresses then find you girls some shoes and jewelry."

She grinned at them both. Rapunzel looked at Annelise again, almost looking for her to lead for she turned around and did as Daria said. A few minutes later, she was back out and in her skirt and cardian. She tapped the toe of her converse against the ground as she held the dress in her arms. Daria pointed to the cashier, "Pay over there," She said with a smile.

Rapunzel nodded before heading over to pay.

"Yes mistress of fashion." Annelise laughed as she turned around and headed back into the changing room, putting back on her hoodie and jeans along with her boots, Annelise came back out a few minutes later looking over to Rapunzel and smiled at her. She walked alongside Daria as she waited in line Annelise pulled out her wallet her eyes going over to the price tag and pulled out the exact money for it.

As she handed the money over to the cashier Annelise looked at Rapunzel as she went to check out. "Do you think she is cute?" Annelise finally asked turning to face Daria.

Daria looked at her friend slightly taken off guard by her question. She had been speculating since they saw Rapunzel in the restaurant... Annelise seemed to be... shy in a way that she wasn't before and bold in ways that Daria hadn't seen in her. Not to mention, Daria was about 90% sure that Annelise was checking her out when the girl was trying on dresses. Of course, she wasn't just going to out her friend like that. She glanced over at Rapunzel, "I guess. I mean she's pretty but I'm not attracted to her," She said in a joking tone, "Why? Are you?"

Annelise blushed slightly and quickly shook her head rubbing the back of her head awkwardly. "I uhh maybe.." She said awkwardly, even though the night before she had been with Alan it wasnt as enjoyable as she thought it would have been. "Maybe you are attracted to her you just dont want to admit it." Annelise said changing the subject.

Daria grabbed Annelise's shoulder and looked at her with wide eyes, trying her best not to squeal and catch the attention of the oblivious blonde. She gave her friend a big, "Are you serious?!" When Anne tried to change the subject, her smile disappeared for a moment, "Trust me, dear. If it ain't a boy, I ain't interested," She squeezed Annelise's shoulders, "Well... We'll get you two drunk tonight and you can go for a test drive," She teased, "Trust me, it is the best way to figure out if you are really into someone... and if you aren't, blame it on the alcohol," She pressed one of her hands to her chest, " Now I know I have someone to make you hot for.... I suppose in both ways you could take that."

She kissed her friend's forehead with much happiness before she finally released her shoulders, "Well, come my little turtle doves, we have much to do."

Rapunzel watched Daria a little as she seemed to be suddenly filled with ten folds the energy that she had before.... Which Rapunzel was a little surprised was possible at all. She turned her attention to Annelise, "What... was that about?"

Annelise felt Daria grabbing her shoulders looking into her friends wide eyes, Annelise started to look very embarrassed about it. "I don't think alcoholalcohol would make things better." Annelise whispered softly feeling her friend squeezing her shoulders, even though she did like to joke around and act childish and energetic at times she was shy when it came to dating.

Annelise blushed slightly when Daria kissed her on the forehead, she turned to look at Rapunzel as she approached them. "Oh um, she was excited that I would be singing at the party tonight is all."

Rapunzel followed after Daria with Annelise and looked at her, "You sing?" She smiled, "I sing sometimes... but only when I'm alone..." She tucked the stubborn strand of hair that refused to remain behind her ear, "That's really brave of you... To sing in front of everyone."

She looked around to see Daria waiting to usher the girls to the next store. Daria grinned, "Come on, the shoe store is just down the street. We are going to walk though. I forgot something up at the lodge and had to sent Clyde back up to get it."

With that, she turned and headed down the street, the two girls following behind. Rapunzel picked up a handful of snow as they walked and started to ball it up in her hands, her fingers turning red, "Do you live up here? I mean... You work at the lodge right?"

"I usually sing for the party almost every year, though mostly just cover songs I couldnt write my own songs to save my own life." Annelise said with a soft laugh as she quietly followed behind Daria out of the clothing store, she adjusted her jacket slightly to get warmer.

"Yes I do, my dad owns a house very close to the lodge, he owns the place. Though he had some meeting with his bankers out of state so he leaves me and my sister in charge of the place." She looked back at Rapunzel curious why her hair was so long before asking. "Why do you grow out your har so long?" She asked.

Rapunzel bit her lip a little when Annelise asked why it was that she grew out her hair. She took the braid into her hands and looked at it, "I... don't know... It used to be longer," A lot longer, she added silently to herself, "But it became pretty hard having hair that dragged on the ground when you walked places... So Agatha chopped it all off.... But I couldn't go shorter than this... It was kind of like I lost a little bit of myself," She made the action of tucking hair behind her ear, despite no hair falling in her face, "Aggie says it is pretty amazing that it was so healthy and clean for the length that it was... She didn't think it was even possible... I don't know how it got that long though," She wrapped her arms around herself and looked at Annelise, "I don't remember much of my life before a year ago... it's just... poof... gone."

"It looks very pretty, and well kept whenever I grow my hair out it can become a real pain to deal with." She said brushing the small blonde streak in her hair tucking it behind her ear, feeling the same connection somewhat. "I've always had this blonde streak in my hair since I was little. I've never even dyed it once." Annelise said and smiled. "I also cant really remember anything when I was little when my father found my sister and I in the mountains. Same with Daria over there as well."

Rapunzel looked between the two of them, "Really?"

Daria turned around and walked backwards as she nodded her head, "Mhm, well, I was found in my parents backyard which is bascially a wood but it was... you know... in Russia."

"You're Russian?"

"My parents are. They were at our cabin there and... pretty good thing too. They didn't have neighbours for miles and I wasn't exactly dressed for a Russian winter," She smiled, "But I didn't get any cool hair thing. Just this," She pulled out her gold necklace out from under her scarf, "We don't know what it says... Trust me, my parents exhausted a lot of money before they finally decided it was just a pretty picture."

She shrugged and turned around. Despite the dark pasts the two had just shared with her it made her smile. For the last year people had been asking her where she was from and always gave her sad or confused looks when she told them that she didn't know. It was nice to know that someone else understood that. Daria opened the door to the shoe shop and Rapunzel gratefully went in, her legs freezing under her wool tights and skirt. She looked around the place and her eyes widened. Just looking at what was there she was almost positive that she couldn't afford any of it.

"Don't worry," Daria said as though she were reading her mind, "This part of the shopping trip is on me. A friend of Annelise is a friend of mine and I buy my friends nice shoes."

"I would have liked a nice thing of jewlery Daria has though." She said jokingly as they continued walking down the sidewalk in town, knowing that they all almost had the same history now. When they walked into the shoe store Annelise looked towards Rapunzel for a moment. "Good thing i'm friends with Daria she will buy us a car if she wanted."

Annelise walked ahead hearing over towards where they sold high heeled shoes, wondering which ones to get that would match her shoes as well as keep her feet warm if she had to go out into the snow again. She spotted a nice pair of black high heeled boots, she searched for a pair in her size before eventually finding the right size and tried them on.

Rapunzel looked at Daria as Annelise explained, her eyes going wide, "Really?"

"Really... My parents make far more money than I could ever spend... So why not share the wealth a little," She said as she waved a black credit card before she handed it off to a store clerk, "Just make sure all our purchases go on that."

"Of course, Ms. Belikov," The woman said with a grin knowing well that with the card's colour the girl was most certainly loaded. Daria smiled at Rapunzel, "Now let's find you some cute shoes for your dress."

She looked down as Annelise tried on some shoes and nodded, "Those are cute, Annie."

She sat Rapunzel down and started searching before she found a pair of gold heels. Daria picked one up, "What's your size, Rapunzel?"

"Um... I think it's a size six..." She said, not fully sure.

Daria grabbed the box and walked over to her before handing them over, "Long hair, tiny feet, anything you weren't blessed with?" She teased as Rapunzel pulled the heels out of the box and tried them on, "Like them?"

Rapunzel placed her hands on the edge of the seat as she looked down at her feet, "Mhm... A lot... Just one thing though..."

"What?"

"I've... never actually worn high heels before..."

Annelise sat there as she got adjusted to the new pair of shoes her eyes meeting Daria's and smiled at her. "Thank you." She said standing up as she walked around hearing her heels clacking against the hard floor, Annelise watched Daria picking out a pair for Rapunzel she took a few steps closer to get a closer view of them.

She stared at the sparkely pair of heels and smiled. "They look really good." Annelise complimented Rapunzel, she looked over at Daria for a moment and then towards Rapunzel. "I can teach you." She said softly blushing slightly.

Daria smiled at Annelise's offer to teach the girl to wear heels. She might have been more experienced in wearing them but there was no way she was getting in between the two love birds. She nodded her head, "I'm going to look around for myself and then I'm assuming I'm right to buy these. Why don't you two practice a little then we'll head back to my room and start on Rapunzel's hair.... because that is going to take a while."

"Really... You're going to do something with my hair?" Even Agatha wouldn't do anything with her hair beyond cutting it and that's what that woman did for a living.

Daria had already pulled out her phone, "Well... I'm going to call in someone... a few someones to do your hair."

Rapunzel looked up at Annelise in awe, "Your friend is really nice... I think I'm going to have to get to work on drawing her," She said with a small laugh before standing up and quickly grabbing onto Annelise for balance, "Okay... How do I do this?"

"She is one of my best friends, though I only get to see her once a year though." She said looking towards Daria and gave her a friendly nod as she headed off to somewhere else within the store. Annelise blushed slightly as Rapunzel held onto her, looking into Rapunzel's eyes for a moment.

"Let me show you first and then you can try sound good?" Annelise gently backed away from Rapunzel taking a few steps away from her. "What you want to try and do is walk from heel to toe, make a few short steps at a time and don't try and walk toe to heel or you will lose you balance."

As Annelise explained she slowly walked up and down the aisle a few feet away from them and looked over at Rapunzel and smiled. "Now you try."

Rapunzel watched Annelise as she walked with ease in her heels as though she were walking in flats. She was quite impressed.... Even more so than she would have been previous to standing up. She bit at her lip when Annelise walked back to her and smiled, telling her to try and do the same thing she did. She took a deep breath and started to walk. She wobbled a little here and there or had to reach out and grab one of the shelves but more or less, she was good enough on them that she would probably be able to not die on them that night.

She walked back to Annelise and quickly grabbed onto her shoulders. She hadn't fallen yet and she really didn't trust that she wouldn't fall at all. She looked at her friend and laughed a little, "I feel tall... I've never felt tall before," She hesitated, "I think...."

She smiled at Annelise, "Thanks for letting me come... This is really fun..."

Annelise stood there watching as Rapunzel started to walk seeing the visible wabble having the same issue when she tried on heels for the very first time, even fell and sprained her ankle the first time she walked in them. "I'm glad that you are having fun, and i'm happy that you came with us." Annelise smiled and blushed slightly as Rapunzel held onto her shoulders.

She was very tempted to lean forward and kiss the other girl but knowing that it would be awakward to kiss her in public and she was afraid of embarrasing the girl or scare her off. "I think we are ready to check out don't you think?"

Rapunzel nodded and released the girl's shoulders, carefully making her way back to the seat. Once she sat, she took off the heels and started to put on her converse. Daria came over to them, "Alright, you two are all paid for and Clyde has made his way back down from the mountain... Rapunzel, do mind running out and telling him I just need to get my card back?"

The blonde nodded and gathered her box before heading out to the car. Daria turned to her friend and opened her hand a small necklace with a simple pearl falling to hang from her finger, "If you like her, give her this. And some alcohol and then make out with her because... well... You don't know how long she is staying... Give her a reason to give you her cell phone number other than being a good chum."

She winked before handing the necklace off, "Meet you in the car," She said with a smile before heading back out into the cold.

Annelise went back and sat down on the bench taking off her high heel boots she had picked out, laying them neatly inside of the box before putting her shoes back on. Her eyes going up to meet Daria's as she came back to them. She looked to Daria for a moment as she asked Rapunzel to head towards the car to tell Clyde that Daria was getting her card back.

She dusted herself off looking to her friend as she approached her to see Daria had a small necklace with a pearl linked to it. Seeing how beautiful it was Annelise looked at Daria. "Thanks Daria, though maybe i'll leave alcohol out of it." She said softly as Daria set it into her hand and followed behind her friend back out into the cold and towards the car.
Name Robin Hood Real Name Phillip de Monte (He has not gone by this name since he was a child) Age 24 Occupation (If Any) Thief Appearance - Thirteen Years Ago (Age 11) Appearance - Today (Age 24) Personality Traits Robin is brave and at times shows lack of care of his own life. This being said he is incredibly protective of those who he deems close to him, even those who are older and are more than capable of protecting themselves. He would gladly throw himself in the way of a bullet and sacrifice himself for anyone he holds dear. These feelings are not unrequited though for those who stand beside him would quickly show him the same courtesy. He is quite intelligent and calculating but he is quick to think on his feet which has gotten him out of many scrapes before. Robin is still young and from that he can be juvenile and despite his brain he sometimes doesn't think before he does. He is fueled by revenge which does, at times, cloud his judgement. Despite the anger inside him, he keeps quite a cool head but is more willing to fight it out verse talk it out. Having been raised to the age of eleven as a noble man's son, some noble mannerisms have stuck with him. Chivalry being one of the major ones. Skills Robin Hood is a master at archery as well as fighting with a sword, the latter of which he began to learn from a very young age. Although, hand to hand combat is not his strong suit, he is capable of fighting without a weapon. Hood has a soft footed walk, allowing him to easily sneak around without detection. He can pick locks with easy and is an escape artist. Robin is a natural leader has easily convinced men and women much older than himself to follow him. Biography (Before Earth) Phillip de Monte was once a nobleman. He once had land to his name and a title before it. However, thirteen years ago, Maleficent's men stormed his home and killed everyone inside. His father had little warning and quickly set to protecting his son. Phillip might have died as well, had his father not hidden him away in a hidden room behind a bookcase, allowing himself to be struck down in an attempt to fight in the other room. When silence washed over the house, no screaming or yelling to be heard, Phillip snuck out. He ran to his father and pulled the dead man's head into his chest as he cried quietly. He did not understand why they had been attacked... Why they had taken his father from him. He started to walk around the castle, searching for any living soul. He found nothing but the dead bodies of his mother, sister, and their loyal servants, all who had attempted to resist the men. As Phillip ventured down the stairs he heard laughter and quickly hid himself. Clad in black armor, Maleficent's men sat at his table, drinking his father's wine and cheering to their death. "The boy... did we find him?" He had heard one of them say in a gruff voice before another replied "Just tell The Queen he's dead with the rest of then." Phillip did not stick around much longer before he snuck into the kitchen and out the back door. He sprinted with all his might to the trees and disappeared into the forest. He spent months alone in the forest, starving and blaming himself for his family's death. When he stumbled upon gathering of rather jolly men. The men took pity on the young boy, who refused to give them a name, and took him into their fold, naming and teaching him to hunt with a bow and arrow. Phillip picked up on the task quite quickly and within a few years had mastered the art. However, Phillip was not happy living his days in hiding. As him and the merry men, traveled through the woods, they often came upon towns and villages that were in near ruin thanks to the Queen's men or taxes. At the age of 18, Phillip took it upon himself to help the people and looked to the men he was living with for help. It took a bit of convincing, offering to be the one without a horse for a full week or to make their shelter and fire for the next few times they found a place to stop. So the next time the men came, Phillip and the jolly men were ready for them and showed them resistance they had not been expecting. With little fighting, the soldiers retreated and the town celebrated. The celebrations did not last long before the soldiers were back with more men and beat Phillip and the men to a pulp. Seeing Phillip as the leader, they took him into custody as they burned the town leaving the people to burn with it. It was then that Phillip learnt that fighting might not always win. The Queen had an army with more trained soldiers than most any town that they attacked could supply. These people didn't need an army... They needed money. Dragged to some outpost, they tied Phillip to a chair and beat him brutally, trying to beat him into some kind of submission. However, when they finally let the boy be, he threw himself out of his chair and slowly dragged himself across the ground until he reached a table with many blades laid out on it. Struggling to his feet slightly, Phillip turned and grabbed one of the knives and cut into the ropes that held him captive. Once free, the boy had every intention to escape but thought back to his revelation hours prior. With a grin on his face, he quietly snuck around the room, grabbing a bag and stuffing anything that looked to have some kind of value into it. Being a cocky, he did not leave with his bag full of treasure just yet. He slipped out into the hall and began to steal the bounty of riches that the outpost held. When his bag became so heavy that he feared he would not be able to carry it back to the village, he snuck into one last room where he found a beautiful bow and quiver. Smiling, he gathered them both onto his back and ran to the window to look below at what the fall held for him. Grinning as he found the stables and a kind pile of hay, he tossed his bag down before him and climbed into the window when he heard a man yell, "Hold, villain." In quick movement, Phillip removed an arrow from his new quiver and notched it before he turned, pointing the weapon at the man who stood at the other end of the room, brandishing a sword. Phillip smiled, "The Sheriff of Nottingham, I presume," he said as he pointed with his arrow head to the man's rich attire, "Sir, have you any pocket change for a lowly thief?" "I will give you nothing!" The Sheriff yelled back before he advanced forward. Phillip pulled the string on his bow back a little further, "Ah, ah, how much time do you think it will take me to put this arrow between your eyebrows? Enough time for you to stop me? I think not." The Sheriff growled before unhooking his coin purse from his belt and tossing it to Phillip. The boy released the arrow into the Sheriff's sword arm's shoulder before catching the bag. The man howled, "Who are you?" Phillip laughed... The nobleman he had once been was long dead. That boy was assumed dead by the entire world, "Robin Hood," He said simply, taking the name the merry men had given to him years age, before he jumped out the window into the hay below and gathered his bag before taking a horse and racing off with his riches. When he returned to the town, he found it to be in better conditions than he had expected. The people had managed somehow to put out the fire and were doing their best to fix the damages that had been done. The happy men ran to surround Phillip's horse when he returned. Phillip smiled to them, battered and bloodied as he was, "What... You didn't actually expect me to walk while you rode," He joked before he rose his bag into the air, "I bring riches from the kind Sheriff of Nottingham for the people." He tossed it in front of himself, allowing the silver and gold to spill out, "May that cover your taxes." It was from that day on that Phillip forgot about the boy he had once been and became Robin Hood, the thief who stole from the rich and gave to the poor. The Queen had robbed him of his family, now it was his turn, with the help of his band of merry men, to rob her of everything she owned. Biography (Life On Earth) Robin never made it to Earth and is unaware of its existence. Other

Esmeralda Lovel - Present Day Evening - The Pride Lands

The dancers left quickly as Scar began to yell about wanting the scruffy man found. Esmeralda left with them, bringing up the rear once more, glancing over her shoulder at the furious King. She was curious about what it was that had infuriated him in such a way... The man or the magic? The girls walked in silence back into their room, through the quiet halls that carried only the echoes of Scar's rage. When they reached the room, Esmeralda watched as the other women went about their lavish living space, eating, drinking, talking, dancing, all as though nothing had happened. The woman took a deep breath and made her way to the bed that she had been pulled from earlier that day. Once she was out of sight from the other women, she allowed for more tears to escape her eyes as she remembered the young boy whose life she had taken. There had to have been another way that she could have saved him... Saved his mother. Had she not refused the King what he wanted, he wouldn't have hunted them down.... They would be happy and living with no worries of dying at the hands of a cruel beast.

Her head snapped up at the sound of someone trying and failing to be quiet. She caught the gaze of an older looking woman with dark hair. She quickly looked away as she wiped her tears from her cheeks. The woman spoke, "I'm sorry... I was told to change your bandages."

Esmeralda sniffled, "It's fine... I just... Thought I was alone."

The woman moved to her and sat on the bed next to her as she began to prepare to change the bloodied cloth, "What's your name?" The woman asked in a soft voice.

"Esmeralda..." She replied in just as soft a tone as she watched her. She saw a small smile at the edge of the woman's lips, "That's a beautiful name... I'm Sarabi, once Queen of this castle."

"Oh... Well, you are the first one to ask me that," Esmeralda said, her eyes moving from the woman's hands to her face, "My name..."

A small sigh seemed to escape Sarabi's lips as she nodded, "People... don't really get names here... You're less of a person that way. Turn around."

Esmeralda did as she was told, leaning her head forward as she pulled her hair over her shoulder, "He's cruel..." She said quietly, "Scar..."

A humourless laugh escaped from Sarabi's lips causing Esmeralda to look over her shoulder at the older woman, "His name is not Scar... And he's more than cruel, child," She pulled away the bandages and sighed once more, "But I see you have seen that."

She slowly began to rub an ointment into Esmeralda's torn flesh to prevent infection. The girl bit her lip as she did before she spoke through the pain, "What do you mean.... His name isn't.... Scar?"

"He was born with the name Taka," Sarabi said, ""In our ancient language, its meaning is loosely translated to this language as 'garbage'... And the man is nothing but... He killed my husband, his own brother, in cold blood before he took this kingdom... And my son, Simba... his own nephew... they never found his body but Taka wouldn't allow him to live, if he had his way. I fear I have lost him too..." The woman bit her lip as she looked to the roof, as though she were trying not to cry, "He was only a boy. Had just turned seven... He had the... brightest future ahead of him... Out of all of us."

Esmeralda rested her chin on her knees, "They called him Garbage?"

"That is beside the point, dear..." Sarabi grabbed the girl's shoulders and turned her to face her, "The man left my husband's shaman, Rafiki, on a stake to be ripped apart slowly by nature because he doesn't like magic.... He is a monster."

"Why doesn't he like magic?"

Sarabi reached out and rapped Esmeralda on the forehead lightly, causing the girl to jump slightly, "That isn't the point. Stay away from that man as much as you can. No one wishes to be in his presence and no one should. Even his wife, Zira. She nor their child returned with him when Taka took over. Either she finally got her wits about her, grabbed Vitani and left him after he was exiled, or they are both now dead by his own hand."

Esmeralda nodded her head and Sarabi turned her back around before she started to cover her wounds once more. The girl bit her lip and started to think that without Scar's anger... He wasn't much different from the Romani... He was an outcast since the day his parents named him. He had been treated no better by the royals than the Gypsys... And he was their family... For that, she pitied him.

Aurora Rose - Present Day Evening - The Moors

Aurora had sat the table that night in silence. Maleficent had told the girl to sit to her left and she had made certain to sit in the chair to the left of Maleficent's throne but the Queen never showed. Which left Aurora alone with the Witch and Maleficent's men. The Sea Witch tried to make conversation with the shy Princess and although Aurora spoke to avoid being rude, she did not reply in way that the conversation furthered.

"Do you wish to leave her, my dear?" The witch had asked her at some point of the night.

"No," Aurora said without hesitation, still looking at her plate, not daring to look at the Witch. She held her fork tightly as she rose a lettuce leaf to her mouth. The truth was Aurora wanted little more than to free of her curse. She'd give almost anything to be free of it but she knew the Witch could do little for her. No one, except one man could... A man Aurora had yet to even meet. Her one true love. She rested her fork back onto her plate and let out a small sigh. Maleficent was intent on never letting her find that man though. She was not allowed to have such feelings for people, as the Queen had said earlier about Gaston: It would not do well for either of them in the situation.

She looked at the Sea Witch and stood, "I must retire to my rooms for my journey has made me awfully tired," She curtsied to the woman, "Good night, Miss Ursula."

Straightening, she turned and walked around the seat before she left the room without another word. Once the door had closed behind her, Aurora ran. She sprinted as quickly as her dress would let her from the dining hall to her room in the East tower. When she made it, she threw herself onto her bed and sobbed. Maleficent knew every which way to hurt the girl without laying a single finger on her. The years of being built up and torn down had truly damaged the girl. As much as she wanted to be free of her curse, as much as she wanted to find the man who would break it, she wanted Maleficent to love her...

She rolled over and looked out her only window. The one good thing about her room being so high was that she could see for miles over the lush and green Moors. She pulled her pillow into her and sniffed as her eyes found the North Star, "I wish..." She said quietly. She wasn't sure what she was wishing for... Freedom, the love of a mother, the love of a man... Maybe all of it. She closed her eyes, causing more tears to fall and stain her cheeks, "I wish..." She said once more before sleep washed over her and took her away.
Scar Lionhart, Dominic Greyjoy, Odette Swan and Esmeralda Lovel - Present Day - The Pride Lands
Esmeralda was covered in a thin layer of sweat as she stood at the front of the dancing women. They had been working for what felt like several hours, she wouldn't be surprised if they had been. The guards who had brought her back to the room had all but thrown her into the practice space and informed all the girls that Esmeralda was to teach them before telling her to get to work. Although the women had seemed intriguied in what she was going to teach them, they seemed to be a little uneasy around her. Unease was not something that was foreign to Esmeralda when she was around people. The Romani were outcasts in France and most anywhere else in the world. Few people wished to spend long lengths of time around them unless they were providing some kind of entertainment. However, Esmeralda was quite sure that it wasn't just her upbringings that was putting the women on edge. Since Esmeralda had arrived here she had been whipped twice and returned from being dragging out of the room with stains from tears on her cheeks and an empty look in her eye. That was enough to put anyone on the edge. They had not been taught any dances, as Esmeralda always felt that it was easier for people learning to have their own fun putting dances together. That way if they felt like they were getting lost in the new movements, they were free to add in their own. As she worked with them, her biggest fear was Scar's expectations... She could only teach the girls so much and no matter how much she taught them, some people just didn't pick certain things up... She didn't even know if these women would be able to dance for the King in a way that he would deem worth not killing more of her people. However, with that in the back of her mind as she work with the women, she made certain to catch any mistakes that were being made and tried to teach them moves that were more simple. She assumed that her work as their teacher would not end after tonight. She would teach them moves that were more difficult when they had more time and were getting grips on what she had already given them. She was in the midst of singing a French song for the girls to dance to when guards walked in again. She immediately stopped and looked at them. They looked over the thirteen women that stood before them, "You're dancing. Now." The other women seemed excited, happy to show off what they had learnt to Scar and quickly followed the men. Esmeralda was less enthusiastic to returned to stand in front of the man, who had been cruel to her each time he stood before her, and decided to take up the rear of the line. When the reached the room the women spread out but kept mainly to the order of their line, those who were at the front were closest to Scar and... A swan..... Which left Esmeralda to be, comfortably, the farthest away from the man. After being blown off by Maleficent, Scar spent a good majority of time in the mirror room trying to quell his anger before he did (or turned into something) that he would regret. What on Mother Earth was Scar supposed to do with a swan for the next sun cycle? His guards already thought him insane, and though he didn't much care for what others thought about him on the normal occurance, when it came to his reputation of a hardened brute of a man reduced to snuggles from a docile, pure creature that was a swan... that was when he decided to care. Pinching the bridge of his nose with his fingertips, one arm still crossed over his chest, he tried to think. What else did he have going on today that would keep him from just keeping Odette in the sitting room until he could ensure the grotto was ready for her to stay in? Racking his brain, he could only think of the one thing he had already set up; the Gypsy girl was to dance for him at dinner that evening. This wouldn't be a... terrible opportunity. If Odette was to stay here (how long she was planning on staying would be something he would think about at a later time), she might as well get to know the castle and those within it. Making up his mind before he could change it, Scar descended back down the spiral stone stair case and joined up with Odette in the sitting room once more. Reaching her neck out she let her beak brush against the grapes that were laying on the platter that had been placed onto the floor for her to get to easier than if it were on a table looking them over for a few moments before she began to peck at them the juice rolling down her beak and into her feathers staining them a purple red in colour, closing her eyes she shook her head trying to get as much juice off of herself as she could before she completely gave up turning away from the food her wings flapping lifting her back up onto the settee so that she could continue to wait passing the time by burying her body in amonst comfort of the cushions. Lifting her head up out of the pile of cushions as the door opened she turned her gaze over to see who had joined her in the room her light blue orbs catching on Scar's figure causing her to tilt her head as he motioned for her to follow along behind him, lifting herself from her comfortable perch she jumped down from the settee her feet working quickly to follow him out of the room and back into the hall wandering along behind him as he led the way through the castle to the great hall her body tensing and lowering against the ground bringing her wings in tightly to her body as he reached down picking her up in his arms. Briefly, he had the swan follow him to The Great Hall where a feast was already laid out for him. Picking the swan up and ensuring that she was able to fold in her wings gently, he carried her up the stone steps to the main table that oversaw the entire room and set her on a cushioned chair to the right of his throne before he himself sat down. No sooner than Scar had situated himself in his seat did the doors open once again, a line of thirteen different dancing girls entering in a single file and the Gypsy girl, as Scar had been able to pick out almost immediately from the bandages that she still wore underneath her blue top, brought up the rear. Something of a grimace came over Scar's features then, the bandages from her earlier beatings were throwing the whole thing off. His dancers were to be perfect; flawless in every way... he hadn't exactly thought about that when he had hailed the whip down into her flesh. He felt his leg muscles twitching, getting ready for him to stand and call the entire thing off but just as soon as he did, a thought crossed his mind. Maleficent owed him a favor for putting him off for a day... it wouldn't be at all beyond the witch's power to heal the wounds with a wave of a hand, leaving her unscarred and just as perfect as she was when she was first brought before him. Relaxing his leg muscles back down, Scar remained seated, snapping his fingers to have the nearby female servants start to fill up his plate. "Something vegetarian for the swan." Scar muttered to one of them, keeping his voice low as to not be overheard by the others on the ground floor in which he could feel their odd stares baring into him. It's just for one day... Scar kept telling himself. Just for one, bloody day... Relaxing her body once she realized what he was doing she once more extened her neck looking around curiously at everything that was going on in the room around them, men and women moving about quickly bringing out food and drink that she had never seen before let alone tasted before causing her interest and curiosity to increase bubbling away within her as she craned her neck trying to get a better look as he carried her past them all and up the stairs until they came to a large table her gaze turning to follow him as he laid her down on the chair before dropping down into his own his attention called to the center of the room as more people began to file in lining up and presenting themselves to them though why they were doing such things was beyond her knowledge. Following his gaze she let her eyes wander slowly over the thirteen women standing before them all with smiles on their faces and looking excited except for the singular woman standing on the far end looking at them with confusion and what looked like the hope that she wouldn't be noticed at all. Her head turned back to gaze upon his figure once more as she heard him snap his fingers the loud sound startling her back to attention the thought of the many women disappearing from her mind as she watched him lower his gaze muttering to one of the woman who had started to fill his plate with the strange foods that graced the long tables around the room, letting her gaze drop from his as the same woman began to fill her own plate with everything that wasn't meat she curled up on the cushion her neck lowering until she was able to let her head rest softly against the place she was seated. Turning his attention back to Odette, having to lower his gaze more than he had initially thought as he found her curled up onto the cushion (from fright or fatigue he wasn't sure), Scar moved his hand to run his fingers down the fine feathers of her back in a single gentle stroke, having taking note that she wasn't eating. "Your... uh, friend... the gangly one..." Scar paused to clear his throat for a moment, unsure of what he was saying until it had already passed through his lips. "Would you at least try to eat something if... I let him inside?" He asked, the last four words being forced out of his mouth between clenched teeth as if it pained him to do so. Turning her head on the cushion so that her cheek was resting against it she opened her light blue eyes slowly letting them flick back up his figure to catch on his own as he began to speak to her asking her if she would consider eating if Dominic was allowed into the castle, lowering her eyes from his she thought back to him waiting outside the castle for her to return back to him... That's if he was still outside the castle waiting for her to return to him in the fist place. Turning her head back away from him she let her eyes wander back over to the thirteen women in front of them her light blue orbs watching them from under the table her wings shifting slightly as she tried to get her body comfortable, the woman moving away once she had filled the swans plate completely with salads and fruits. Esmeralda watched as the other women in front of her took some sort of sultry pose for their King as he seemed distracted. He was talking... To the swan... She watched on a little as he pet the creature with a tenderness that she hadn't even been sure he was capable of. She supposed it was good to know that he only abused humans... Music began and pulled her attention away from the strange scene to look at the musicians she hadn't noticed before. Music was something of her past... She hadn't danced to someone playing music since she was a child and still lived with the Lovel's... Her family. Noticing that the other girls were dancing, Esmeralda joined in. It was strange dancing again with this many bodies and moving to music that she didn't know. She smiled as she moved around the room, taking advantage of her revealing costume to bring her stomach into her movements in ways she had been unable to before due to her own clothing. She still refused to look at anyone else in the room though. Anyone who was enjoying the movements of the thirteen captive women. She only caught glances of the women and could see them doing their best to involve her teachings into their dancing. She grabbed hold of her skirts and start to spin moving them this way and that. Despite her resolve to not look at anyone, she found her eyes falling upon the swan every now and again. Why was it that this swan was getting fed better than most other people that lived within Scar's kingdom? Although she had not lived in the Pride Lands before she was captured the names of those who ruled other lands travelled quickly as well as their, often, less than kind treatment of their people. She pulled her eyes away as the music changed and changed her steps seemlessly to match it. What was so special about the swan? Scar hadn't even so much as glanced up at the dancers since their entrance, instead his attention was solely on the swan sitting at his side, his hand running down her back again in a soothing gesture. Not sure how to take her silence, or even lack of some sort of confirmation as to what she wanted, Scar exhaled sharply through his nose and stood up from the table. Resting one palm on the edge of the table, leaning his body forward he caught the attention of the doorman guard with a snap of his fingers followed by waving his hand for the man to approach. Abandoning his post, the leather-clad soldier approached the table, stopping at the ledge to look up at Scar having not been given permission to climb the stairs and awaited orders, standing stock still with perfect posture. "There was a man outside the castle earlier, an outsider. Find him, bring him inside, and get him something to eat but do not speak to him, or allow him to speak to you. Understood?" The soldier quickly bowed to his king at the waist and hurried back through The Great Hall and through the doors, only when they shut behind him did Scar sit back down, returning his attention to Odette once more. "Now will you eat something?" He asked, sounding a bit more perplexed than he had intended. *~*~* Evening had just started to fall as the guard left the imposing walls of the castle, out into the dry grasslands of the Pride Lands. Despite it turning to dusk, the air was still hot and uncomfortably sticky, various mosquitos and other irritating insects flying about, searching for a meal. Lounging atop a large rock only a few hundred yards away from the castle itself was Dominic, who was reading from a small, slightly tattered book in his hand, entitled 'The Great Gatsby' (A souvenier he brought back from Earth during his last visit) The guard, a tall, well-built man with light brown skin ignored the urge to place a hand on his sword hilt as he approached Dominic, the latter raising his eyebrow as the guard approached but otherwise not looking up from his book. "Come to try and shackle me again?" Dominic asked dryly, though there was an edge of bitterness to his tone. The guard, true to his orders, remained silent, simply motioning towards the castle and nodding his head sharply. Dominic closed the book, returning it to his slightly tattered frock coat as he stood up from the rock, dusting himself off. "Muzzled, eh? I won't taunt you for it...know you have my sympathy." Dominic commented in a sincere tone before following behind the guard, remaining silent, if only out of respect for the guard's practically enslaved condition. Entering the Great Hall, Dominic, despite being rather shoddy in dress and marred by a rather ugly bruise on his cheek, nevertheless stood tall and proud; giving off an air of elegance that could only be a sign of prior wealth and nobility. His eyes quickly danced across the room, taking account of almost everyone there: guards, dancers, various servants, the king himself, and Odette. Fixing his steely gaze on Scar for longer than a moment, Dominic let himself be led to a seat, where he was promptly served on Scar's wishes. He upheld every courtesy taught to him, thanking his servers politely and smiling quite friendly. If one didn't know any better, they'd have thought he was some sort of political ally, cordially invited. Closing her eyes she relaxed her body over the cushion the gentle repetitive motion of Scar's hand brushing back over the length of her body smoothing out her feathers calming her down though in her mind she knew that he was still mad at her, it had been made clear by both his words and his actions so far that even though he had admitted that he missed her he was also angry that she had come and put them all in danger... And that he was ashamed to be seen with her. That much was obvious. Lifting her head up slightly as she felt his hand slip from her she turned her head watching him curiously as he stood up motioning for one of the many guards he had stationed around to approach where they stood their conversation brief but he had not bothered to hide it in any way allowing her to listen to everything that he was saying as he gave his permission for Dominic to come and join them for the banquet that was being hosted, bringing her head up a little more so that she was now able to see over the top of the table she watched the soldier leave her attention turning over to Scar as he asked of her the same question he had a few minutes before. Turning her gaze away from him and back to the plate in front of her the large piles of fruit and vegetables almost double if not triple what she would normally eat and consisting of most foods that she hadn't even seen before, pushing herself back onto her feet she took a couple of steps forward so that she could sit up and still reach what was in front of her with ease as she extended her neck her beak brushing against the food offered to her hoping that it would make him happy enough that he would stop worrying about her every second minute. Lifting her head up as she heard a familiar voice entering the hall she searched around her eyes finally coming to a rest on Dominic's figure as he sat down thanking those around him who were giving him food and drink, shifting in her place she forced herself to turn back to her food very slowly making her way through the meal in front of her as she made sure to resist the urge to fly over or call out to him in any way. When Scar stood suddenly, it caught Esmeralda's attention causing her eyes to land on the man he had called to the front before she allowed them to follow the man out of the room. She supposed that that was a downfall to being so far away from the King... She had no clue on what he had said to the man. He had not been paying any attention to the dancers yet for what she saw he was too entranced by his bird friend. She rose her hands above her head and started to move her hips in large motions to fit the slower tempo of the music. That man had nothing to do with Scar's discontent with her.... But what on Earth had Scar sent him to do? A few minutes later the doors opened again. Esmeralda turned around and danced with her back to the group to see who it was. A scruffy man with a cold look in his eyes entered. She followed his gaze to see it land upon Scar. She pursed her lips a little, it was nice to see that he hadn't scared everyone into submission. She winced a little, she was one of those people though... She was just as scared as everyone else. She turned back around to see Scar speaking to the swan and was slightly curious as to how he rose to power if he was this crazy to be talking to a bird as though it were a person. No, he was not as kind to people. Black eyes flicking back over to the door as it opened, they settled on Dominic as he was seated. One word from the guard to the servants and they were showing him every bit of courtesy as though he were a renowed guest... some even seemed to enjoy his company as they served him his meal and refilled his drink. Staying his breathing, Scar turned his attention back to Odette, trying to convey that he wasn't at all put off by the man but the firm grip on his goblet said otherwise, his ears only faintly picking up on the sound of music playing across the room by his own request. Buying himself time to sate his slight uprise in anger, Scar took a drink of the wine and set it back down, half-empty. "There, you see? He's fine." Scar said using his hand to gesture towards Dominic's direction, keeping his eye on her as she poked at the food in front of her with her beak, unsatesfied with her effort until he actually saw her swallow something. Visibly relaxing in his throne, Scar lifted his eyes up to the scene before him, taking an interest for the first time in the dancing girls. His eyes connected with the Gypsy girl for half a moment, nodding slightly to her and motioned with his arm for her and the others to continue. "After you've eaten, I've a place for you to rest up for the night. Clean up those feathers. A secluded area where no one but me can bother you." He stated to Odette, though keeping his eyes out in front. "I'll... see about doing something for your friend... I suppose..." Enjoying his meal, Dominic nonetheless kept himself on alert, marking any exits or guards in the room just in case something were to happen. His eyes scanned across the room once more, getting a closer look at Odette now that he had the chance. Were her feathers....red? Fearing the worst, Dominic's eyes narrowed sharply, but softened as he tried mouthing, "Are you okay?" the next chance she looked at him. Closing her light blue eyes she continued to try and eat as much as the food that had been provided to her she listened to his words in regards to Dominic and how he was fine even during the time that he had kept the two of them apart from one another, opening her eyes just in time to catch his body relaxing out of the corner of them she slowed her pace taking her meal at a much slower pace now that he had realized she was indeed eating what he had given her. Lifting her head up from the plate all together she turned her head to look over him letting his instructions about where she was going to be staying the idea of being able to clean her feathers of the dust and grape juice she had managed to get over her something she enjoyed thinking about, she hadn't realized that her journey was going to cause her to become so unclean and with the amount of lakes and ponds growing lower in numbers the further they traveled cleaning herself wasn't something that was able to be done as much. Turning her head around so that her gaze was resting on Dominic she ignored Scar's words altogether letting them fall on deaf ears as she instead focused on what Dom was trying to get through to her, catching on to what she was being asked she nodded her head the action probably being taken as a response to Scar's statement though she was answering the question letting Dominic know that she was indeed okay. Esmeralda's eyes passed over Scar for a moment when she saw him, for the first time since they began, look away from the bird and to the dancers before him. His eyes met her's and for a moment, she was terrified as she looked back at him. However, that fear dissipated when he nodded his head and motioned for them to continue. She looked away from him after that, not wishing to look on him for longer than she felt necessary. It was nice though. To know that she had at least pleased him enough that he would not hunt and kill anymore Romani in front of her... for now. She felt a small sting in her eyes as her mind travelled back to the little boy, looking up at her, lifeless. Her movements faltered just for a moment before she caught herself and kept going. She could cry again tonight when it was safe... It was not safe in front of the beast that sat at the head table. She took a deep breath and search for the relief and happiness she had felt just a moment ago and brought back into her dancing. As the music picked up, she allowed herself to jump and spin and at times, weave through the other dancers. Dominic hardly spoke to anyone during the dancer's performance, choosing instead to simply enjoy the provided meal and keep his eyes alert. Though his head was turned in the direction of the dancers, he merely looked through them. Base entertainment for arousal, yes, but Dominic knew most, if not all these women were practically imprisoned in the castle. In fact, he could have sworn he saw bloodied bandages on the back of one of the girls. Shaking his head in disgust, Dominic resisted the urge to speak up, knowing such a motion would end up with his head on a silver platter for the king to decorate his table with. Letting out a heavy sigh, Dominic was about to get back to his own food when he felt a displeasurable tingling sensation in his head. He couldn't place where it came from, or what it was...but it grew stronger, louder. His mouth twitching slightly, Dominic winced as the feeling became nearly unbearable...then his perception changed. Instead of sitting in the Throne Room of Scar's castle, Dominic was standing on a long beach, the entire world around him seeming hazy...surreal. Though the beach stretched as far as the eyes could see, a thick cloud of mist and fog surrounded him entirely, entrapping him on the shoreline. The sky was a cloudy gray, as though a thunderstorm were about to occur, though there were no other signs such as thunder, lightning, or even the tiniest bit of rain. The only sounds around him were the waves rolling and crashing, nothing more...emptiness. Looking around curiously, Dominic felt himself slowly but surely becoming more agitated and nervous when a second voice spoke up, almost echoing in tone. "I apologize for the intrusion, Dominic." Stepping out of the thick cloud of fog was the Sorcerer, looking like some sort of phantom in his long black coat, his veiled hood giving the impression that there was naught underneath it. Dominic instantly bowed low, apparently out of a sign of respect. "Master Yen Sid...I didn't expect you so soon." He excused himself slightly nervously. "Very few do." The Sorcerer replied, amusement prevalent in his voice as he spoke. "I'm afraid our plans are accelerating faster than I had predicted. It is time for you to return to Earth." He added in a more serious manner. Before Dominic had time to object, the Sorcerer continued, "Make your goodbyes, but quickly. I would like to speak more to you in-person." With that statement now made, the beach and the Sorcerer faded from view, leaving Dominic back in the Dining Hall, looking to others as though he had just undergone some sort of epiphany. Looking to Odette once again, Dominic abruptly rose from his seat. "I'm so sorry, Odette, but...I must leave. I am being summoned." He said vaguely with the slightest hint of a smile. "I'll be back soon, don't worry!" With that, Dominic quickly disappeared in an almost blinding flash of light, as though a mini sun had burst within the Dining Hall; with no sign of the man left behind as the light dissipated. Turning her attention back to Scar she extended her neck as far as she could pressing it against the table in a motion that pointed her beak towards the water jug her wings parting from her body slightly as she ruffled her feathers trying to get his attention so he knew what she needed, the sudden sound of her name being called out causing her to sit up quickly her gaze turning back to Dominic as he turned to her explaining that he had to leave and apologizing for having to do so, /"W-What? But-... But Dominic..."/ Stumbling on the cushion slightly as she tried to move enough to jump off to go see him but before she had the chance a blinding flash of light forced her to shut them tightly her head turning away so that she didn't have to see it, quickly turning her head back around her eyes flicked about searching for Dominic's figure in the crowd, /"..Dominic..?"/ Esmeralda moved through the women, although staying closer to the back, as she danced when she suddenly heard the commotion of someone standing up very quickly. She stopped her dancing and turned slightly, her arms floating down from above her head, to look at the scruffy man from before standing and talking very quickly. He apologized for something... Although, not to the King... but to an Odette. Her eyes drifted over to the swan, was he also talking to the bird? Had everyone in this palace gone mad? He told the bird not to worry and then Esmeralda was being blinded. She rose her arms again to shield her eyes and turned her head away from the beam and by the time the spots had disappeared from her eyes, the man was gone. She resisted every urge in her body to run over to the table and look around. She had always been intrigued by the other world of magic. Gypsy magic was not the same as this was. Her magic often dealt within the body and knowing how it worked. It used oils and crystals to heal. When things effected other people it would often come back and effect you. Revenge spells were often met with Karma and love spells rarely went the right way. This magic was different though... People could make things out of nothing... They could disappear without a trance in a way that Gypsy magic did not allow. It took her a moment to realize that she was standing still among the dancers who had quickly gone back to dancing after the mayhem. However, it was clear to see their eyes going back to the spot where the man once stood. Esmeralda did not start dancing again... Scar had seemed angry since the moment they walked into the room, similar tenseness that he had been before her earlier that day... When he had her first whipped. A sudden curiosity about the state of his chakras washed over her before she pushed it aside and looked at the King. She felt as though Scar may be done for the day... She didn't wish to risk it though, making small movements as she kept her eyes, for the first time as she danced, on the King not wanting to be surprised if he became outraged.... Distracted for a fraction of a moment by Odette's movements towards the water jugs, he had to hold his tongue to keep from lashing out at the servants for forgetting something so obvious as to water. Throwing down the roll he had just picked up with every intention of eating, letting his servants know that he was annoyed with them, Scar stood to retrieve one of the water jugs. The very moment his fingers touched the cool metal of the pitcher, something happened... someone spoke... His black eyes darted over to Dominic, finding him standing and addressing the court as though he owned the place and though Scar completely missed everything that the man had said, it hardly mattered. A rule had been broken, and knowledged with how things worked in The Pride Lands or not, the loathsome little parasite was going to be punished accordingly... Lifting his fingers to snap them together so that his guards were alerted, the fingers barely so much as touched together before there was a sudden flash of white light. Immediately Scar retreated back and stooped himself down, putting a protective arm in front of the swan while he forced his eyes (though wide in shock) to remain open and search out the visitor who he was sure had caused this. Magic was not allowed in The Pride Lands, Scar had made sure that was clear when he had his brother's Shaman, Rafiki, tied to a stake for the birds and predators to have their way with the old man's husk of a corpse and left to die a slow, painful death. Furrowing his brows, Scar chanced a look back at Odette to ensure that she was okay as soon as the bright flash subsided. Turning back to look where Dominic had been, Scar slowly stood to find the area completely empty of the man and with his surprise, issued out a frustrated shout that had the entire room practically vibrating with it. He practically flew off of the handle then, jumping down to the main floor and grabbing the nearest guard by the collar of his leather half-tunic and throwing him halfway across the room, shouting so loudly it was hard to understand what he was saying, though the basic point of 'find him' had been addressed both loudly and somewhat clearly. He didn't have to say it, but it was also clear, the feast had come to an end.
Name: Aurora Rose Other Names: Briar Rose Real Name: Princess Aurora of England Age: 19 Occupation (If Any): N/A Appearance - Thirteen Years Ago (Age 6): Appearance - Today (Age 19): Personality Traits: Aurora is a very kind and friendly person, she is loved by all those she meets as the fairies said when she was born. She is quite poised for a girl who has spent most of her life as a captive of an incredibly twisted woman. However, she has not been unaffected by her ordeal. She is quite shy and is very easy to scare. Aurora is ultimately a very loving person, willing to trust most anyone, even the woman who easily threatens her life. This has gotten her into some sketchy situations but Maleficent has often swept in saved her, which might be part of the reason that she does trust her. Skills: Aurora has a lovely singing voice thanks to the second gift from the fairies. Biography (Before Earth): A celebration was thrown after Aurora's birth to King Stefan and Queen Leah where all were invited to meet their new Princess. All but one. When the festivities began three fairies, by the names of Merryweather, Flora, and Fauna, approached the crib annoucing that they wished to bless the child with their gifts. Flora approached first and blessed the Princess with the gift of beauty and grace before Fauna blessed the young girl with the gift of song. As Merryweather moved to bless the child, a dark figure entered the large throne room with a wicked grin. Maleficent, a dark witch, was unimpressed by her lack of an invitation to the celebrations. She laughed darkly as she approached the crib informing those who looked upon her that she had a gift to 'bless' the child with. King Stefan placed himself between his daughter and the evil woman and commanded her to leave his castle. The woman thought little of his orders and after tossing him to the side, looked down on the baby giggling in the crib. She smiled before commanding the attention of those in the room, "Listen well, all of you. The princess shall indeed grow in grace and beauty, beloved by all who meet her. Before the sun sets on her sixteenth birthday, she will prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel, and fall into a sleep like death! A sleep from which she will never awaken!" Then she left, leaving the King and Queen in horror. Merryweather quickly moved to Aurora's side and informed her parents that she could not lift the curse but she could change it to avoid death causing the girl to merely fall asleep until True Love Kiss found her. Still, in fear, King Stefan banished all spinning wheels from his kingdom to keep his daughter safe. The safety did not last long though for on her 6th birthday, Maleficent returned again. With much resistance, she managed to steal away the Princess and brought her back to her palace after she lost the woman she viewed as a mother (although, she never shared this fact with Aurora). Aurora spent ten years of her life fearing the day when she turned sixteen as she remained trapped in the clutches of the very woman who her parents hand been trying to protect her from. However, when her birthday came around the corner, Maleficent changed her mind about the girl's curse. She called the girl to her and informed her that she would not be falling asleep on her sixteenth birthday but that did not mean she was removing the curse. Instead, Maleficent chose to modify her curse to allow her to choose when it was that Aurora would fall asleep and has been holding that very fact over her for the last three years. Since Aurora has not once dared to escape and even when permitted out of the palace walls to run messages or errands for her Queen, she does dare tred off the path that Maleficent set in fear of her curse. Biography (Life On Earth): Aurora was stolen away from her family by Maleficent before she had the chance to be sent to Earth by her family. Theme Song: Gravity by Sara Bareilles
